I had no complaints about the service until recently. I believe there has been a change of staff that has caused several issues for my company. Jennifer, despite several attempts to explain how our scheduling system works, double books us constantly so that we are to be in two different cities at the same time. This is a massive problem for our business because we aren’t able to effectively serve our customers. It’s absolutely ridiculous and the training of the staff seems to be severely lacking.

Carolyn took the time to explain to me the ins and outs of the company, helped me sign up and also took the time to give me a tour. Scarlett is the front desk rep who always keeps us updated via email regarding all mail and packages that come in. If you sign up with them and you know you get mail/packages frequently, please let your reps know that it’s no trouble for them to contact you. My Wife and I explained to Scarlett that her emails were very appreciated, helpful and to always feel free to contact us. After all, they are assisting us in ensuring our businesses can run smoothly. Carolyn and Scarlett are very helpful and I highly recommend anyone who’s looking for office space to rent with them. I cant say enough great things about the team at Intelligent Office. They have answered my office phone for about 1.5 months and I cant believe I didnt hire them sooner. Its been such a great relief to have that task lifted from my shoulders, and they do a really great job. They are professional and really easy to work with. They are able to schedule appointments for me and send emails- this was huge for me as a physician! (They are all HIPAA compliant)Perhaps the most important thing for me was the individual people. This isnt some huge call center with 100 people all mashed in cubicles. As of now (2017) there are only 4 people who ever answer my phone, and I have had the pleasure of meeting and talking to all of them. This team really gets to know you and your business and they want to help you grow. Schedule a time to go meet them and you wont regret it.Ladies, thank you for all that you do and Im SO glad to have you on my team.

I have really enjoyed using Intelligent Offices facilities and services. I rent one of the small offices by the hour to meet clients and to work on my business in a distraction-free environment. I have also used their large conference room for small workshops. The environment is beautiful, professional and calm, and the service and friendliness from the staff is outstanding! I always look forward to my time there, and I would highly recommend Intelligent Office as a place for you to do your business.

Intelligent Office (IO) is a great resource for medical practices needing assistance answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, and sending tasks via the electronic health record to physicians and staff as they come in from patients. IO is HIPAA compliant and the staff can handle virtually anything that the practice requires. They are trained on the specific needs of the medical office, making them integral to the care team. The cost savings realized is significant when you consider that you are not paying for an FTE with benefits. Whats more, the process is seamless. Their facilities are beautiful. Michael Johnson, the owner, is the consummate professional and his staff is wonderful. I highly recommend this company as second to none.

The intellignetOffice in downtown Raleigh was one of the best experiences that I have had working in a vitrtual office. I needed to secure office space for a last minute team meeting, Michael Johnson, the owner, and his staff at IntelligentOffice really came through.
