If I have to describe R&Ls service in one word, Id choose Outstanding. Thats because they really stand out among other closing attorneys in the area in terms of expertise, professionalism, reliability, quality and responsiveness.There were a couple of options for closing attorneys that were provided to me right after signing the contract for our first home and after careful review I chose R&L. Im glad that it was the right decision that I made. All through the due diligence and closing period of the home, R&Ls service has been excellent. I worked with a paralegal named Angie Cockman and she was always on top of things whether it was to gather documents, the title process, getting a payoff done as part of the loan requirements, preparation of the closing statement or even responses to my emails.The overall interaction and process with R&L was seamless, without any delays or lack of diligence in any step of the entire home loan process.I would really recommend the services of R&L for anyone looking to close on a home.

The worst attorney in the Raleigh-Durham area. I may have not been a client, but I sure had a conversation with this attorney. She was very rude and short with me. Is that part of the culture there? David is a get it done guy that obviously has an unbelievable team at Ragsdale/Liggett. He catches on quickly and is creative enough to find all the imaginary horribles that can unfortunately happen in life and lay out a concise plan to steer the client clear of a negative outcome. As a lender, some real estate attorneys and title companies can make a transaction miserable. Some are just blah/par for the course/nothing exceptional. Ragsdale Liggett, and more specifically, Laura Capps at Ragsdale Liggett is AMAZING at what she does. I NEVER have our ops team comment on the people handing title and settlements, and every time I work with Ragsdale Liggett my team members comment on how great Laura is.
