Great customer service. Would be nice if Fed Ex and UPS pick up were consistent. Just found out closed Fridays, inconvenience for me. Open on Saturday now but w/I Fed Ex and UPS out its not helpful for me. I love the way they keep ur info so when shipping, its faster and easier

I am thankful that this place exist. No other pack and ship store in 6 to 7 miles radius of us. They are full service shipping center for UPS, FEDEX, DHL and USPS. They also do printing, notary and fax. Very friendly staff and the price are reasonable. Please support this local business.

Very friendly and efficient. No long lines. They will give you options because they can ship with FedEx, UPS, and the United States Postal service. This is my go to shipping place.

I used this location as a virtual mailbox and they abruptly closed this mail service with only 3 days notice. Very inconsiderate. They also didn’t scan any of the mail items or do a good job of sorting mail at all.

Honesty, transparency and very good customer service are some of the things I have found out about this local post office. The young lady called Karla and a young man are both very effective and can go extra miles just to satisfy the customers. I will patronize them again and again.

I have been dropping packages off here for years and never had a problem until the business came under new ownership. I attempted to drop off a small USPS package and was told there is a $0.50 convenience charge for all USPS packages because they are not compensated by USPS for pickups like UPS/FedEx. When asked why there was a change, I got the reply of We have to keep the lights on somehow. It is perplexing to me that suddenly they want to make money off letting a package sit in a USPS collection box waiting to be scanned by the mail carrier. A small package, already ready to ship, requires absolutely no man power/labor on your part. As for taking up real estate, in the store front, per one of your replies to a previous negative review, packages sit waiting to be picked up for a few hours. I hardly equate that to taking up real estate. I suggest you find other methods to make profits in order to keep the lights on, because it seems like you are losing a lot of previously loyal customers based on this ridiculous new policy.

Love this place! The guys in here go above and beyond to get you everything you need so youre back out the door quickly. Not only that but they are so thoughtful. I once left documents on the counter and they mailed them all back to me! As someone who avoids the UPS Store like the plague because of their outrageous prices, I appreciate how easy on the wallet this store proves to be. And, if Royce is working, ask him to do a magic trick; you wont be disappointed.

These guys are great! I came by at closing and had two tracked items sent. The next morning I realized I forgot something in the package and needed to send it. They very carefully helped me open the envelope and put the needed papers in to preserve the original label. They were extremely helpful in fixing MY mistake.

I used to really love this place, but it is under new management now and I really have not had a positive experience. I do quite a bit of drop offs here because I do not always have enough space in my mail box. I noticed that other customers are not having a pleasant transition as well, because I have heard them say so to the people working there. Once these patrons leave (mostly unhappy), the woman working there will make remarks about them, how unprofessional!! Today I went back again, and they want to charge $0.50 just to drop a package off! They will never be receiving my patronage again.

Very knowledgeable and professional employees! Great service, will print labels here (which I needed a UPS label printed) and will also tape the package to be shipped as well for no charge! Highly recommend.

This place is a joke. The place has a weird vibe like its really a front for something else. I would avoid at all cost, otherwise they will nickel and dime you over every little thing.

Went to pick up a wish order. They had to scan the code twice, because it kept timing out. Waited for 15 minutes. Then was told that they needed to open the package. Even though I was picking up 4 items. This was my second time here and my last. Need to get their act together. I had my code ready so I wasnt wasting time. But they sure wasted mine. Not to mention they started to help another customer, because another guy was helping me. But he couldnt do that. Because he was everywhere else. Wouldnt even recommend getting a mail box there, they might need to open your mail to check it

This place is awful. I would just avoid completely. Terrible service and management.

Had a package stolen from one of their employees. Had a case opened and havent heard from them in a month. About $600 worth of stuff, and the owner could not care less. Small businesses run on good customer experience (I know... I have one myself), and I debated even rating them because of that. However since the owner doesnt care, I thought it should be known to prospective customers.
