Start to finish, the whole experience was great. The owner came out to assess my home & how much time would be needed, gave me an estimate & she was right on target. Her staff was friendly, professional & effecient.They ladies arrived on time, did an amazing job & were very professional. I was thrilled with the results. We hired Molly Maid after the other cleaners went out of business. They have done a great job on our house since taking over about 6 months ago.I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs there house cleaned, very professional and they always show up on time. 5 Stars!!

I started using them several months back, I could only afford to have them clean my floors. For the first few months they were great! Everything was done exactly how I expected it to be. The Crew spent the entire hour minimum working hard. But then it started to go downhill, I noticed several things not getting done (baseboards werent getting swept, throw rugs were getting vacuumed or moved, chairs or even moved from around the dining table) rooms getting skipped all together, then I realized the floors werent getting washed at all, just swepped. Neighbors would tell me that their car was only in the driveway for around 20 minutes, I pay for 1 hour minimum, and I couldnt get these floors done in 2 hours myself. Just no way. My house is 1900 sq ft, all hard floors. I did complain a couple of times, and I was told that I would receive a $20 discount for one of the services, that never happened. I never got the discount. Then I was told that a manager would do a surprise visit at my next scheduled cleaning, and make sure it was done right. That didnt happen either. I gave them several opportunities to correct my issues, but I wasnt going to pay $90 a week to have my floors washed, and then have to do it myself anyway because either it wasnt getting done, or it was done so poorly that it didnt look like it was done at all. I cancelled my service with them two weeks ago, Ive given them this long to call me and try to fix the problem before I posted this review. Ive never heard from them. The problem with companies like this, is the cleaners they use are paid poorly and dont care whether or not they come back to your house next week, theyre always going to have another house to go to. Ive always had much better luck with people who clean for their own business, and my money matters to them. They want me happy, cuz they need to come back next week.

I have had Molly Maid cleaning our house for several years now and I will have to say they have always done an excellent job. Our house is not the easiest to manage with multiple pets and a child and can be quite a bit of an undertaking. Our schedule can be a bit difficult to accommodate on occasion and they have always been more than gracious with our scheduling. We have become quite fond of the regular girls that clean our house and they have always been willing to go the extra mile if need be. I love house cleaning day and coming home to the excellent job they do. thank you....

Molly maids continues to be a breath of fresh air when regards to cleaning our home. They are prompt, always call before they come, and do a fantastic job with our home. We have kids, dogs, and a lot of traffic in our house all of which is cleaned to perfection. Truth is cleaning day is my favorite day to come home from work!! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a house cleaning service!

These folks are top notch! The cleaning crews are very detailed, cautious and quick. France is a very hands on owner and has great business values. I always look forward to my next interaction with Dan who works in there office, hes a genuine peach of a lad.

They charge $100 an hour. Quoted us $400 to clean our house when all of our past maids have done whole house in 4 hours for $120. Find an independent contractor so you dont pay all the overhead.

We have been using Molly Maid for over two years. They are always on time and very good at what they do. In fact we recently moved and chose to continue with them. Their quality always remains top notch and does not deteriorate over time. I would highly recomend them to our friends.

I want to update my review as of 9/26/2018. I moved into a new house and was able to get the same team to clean. The team that cleans have continued to perform well. However, the I have had a few issues with the office management part. When I moved into my new house, they started charging me a different rate without discussing new rates with me or informing me they were going to charge by the hour instead of the flat rate they had quoted me. Instead of a flat rate, they started charging me by the hour saying that some days it took longer to clean than others (even though I get it cleaned weekly and it is the same work every week). The rate would change between $144 - $175+. I found the charges on my card and was upset they hadnt discussed it with me first. They agreed this was not right and refunded me the difference. We agreed on a new (higher) flat rate, which was fine but the estimator never came to my new house to verify the right rate was being charged. Then, several weeks ago they claimed my key no longer worked in the door. I am fairly certain they lost it. They offered to replace all the locks on my doors, but what a PAIN to deal with. And then yesterday they never showed up to clean. I got home and noticed they hadnt cleaned. I checked my mail and they said they just werent able to do the regularly weekly clean and they would do it next week. No other explanation. That doesnt work for me. I dont need unreliable service that loses my key and charges my card whatever they feel like without telling me. My trust in the office is GONE. I have asked them to return my key immediately and they have not even responded. I can only assume this branch is under different management than it was 2 years ago as I never had a problem previously. I have now used them for 5+ years and I am switching to a new service with better office management practices.Previous Review: I have been using Molly Maid for just over a year now and I love them! They come every week to clean my house and area always on time and reliable and do a great job. They are careful and courteous and always friendly. They work efficiently and my house is always fresh and clean after they leave. I dont know what Id do without them!

Love Molly Maids! The girls are always on time and so friendly. They tollerate my dog, who always wants to know whats going on and tries to battle the vacuum cleaner, and my boys who dont always do a good job of cleaning their rooms!I would hightly recommend Molly Maids!
