Called for a consultation and was met with an incredibly impatient and rude gentleman who ended up hanging up on me after just 2 minutes of conversation. Thankfully it was only a consultation and I hadnt invested any money in them yet - I cant imagine entrusting my hair to someone so rude and unprofessional. Bullet dodged!
