Absolutely the best experience ever! Beautiful interior design amazing choice of wigs and extravagant service! I will be going back to get touch up on my lace wig when needed. The process is smooth and its not tight at all.. You almost cannot tell you have one on!

Very relaxing hair salon experience. I especially like that you are serviced by yourself in a private room. When you have various hair issues, it can be uncomfortable and embarrassing to be sitting in a chair in full view of people staring at you.Gail, the salon owner, is very understanding and sensitive to this. For example, If you have on a prosthetic hair unit, she is the one who removes it, services your hair underneath, and then replaces it back on. You are then discreetly escorted a short distance to another private room where a different staff person styles your hair to your liking. Unlike other salons I have been to, you are not made to sit out in a waiting area with other customers, while you wait for the next step in your servicing. This privacy alone is worth the trip!I also like the quality of the hair pieces. These are full lace and made with superior human hair. So far my units haven’t matted or shedded excessively. They are low maintenance and easy to care for at home. In addition, since this is a full service wig salon, you also have the option of having your unit expertly serviced there as well.It is comforting to know that I finally found a salon that can adequately address and take care of my unique and special hair needs.

I have been extraordinarily pleased with both the excellent and professional customer service and expertise that Gail has when it comes both to hair care as well as the art of making hair units that are indistinguishable from your own hair. She is a master at problem solving issues so that it is a very customized experience and she ensures customers are totally satisfied with the outcome. Outstanding services rendered, Mrs. Gail has been doing my hair since I had brain surgery in 2006.Very patient and understanding of her clients needs. Once I was hospitalized and she came to the hospital to service me. Lovely environment, clean and comfortable. If you need services and privacy as I did after surgery this is the place to go. Of course, you know when you find something online you are very skeptical about going simply because everything you see online is not always what you get. I called the phone number provided and left a message and Gail was very prompt about returning my call. I spoke with her and made an appointment and of course I was very skeptical about going but I did go. On the day of my appointment, I went in and my first impression was…okay, I already like this place very inviting and the receptionist was VERY pleasant! Gail called me back and we went into a room, she closed the door..(PRIVACY) talking about privacy. Gail begin to talk to me about her Spa and just poured out information to me, just so caring, pleasant, understanding and I could go on. She makes you feel valued and she understands how you feel about your hair loss. After, speaking with her…I made an appointment THAT day to get my hair done. I went back and got my hair done this past week and I feel like a new person. I’m just still in shock of how Gail made my hair look! Gail, THANKS! If you only knew what you have done for me!!!! FRIST of all, I knew it was over for me! I had a mindset of “now I have to result to going to Beauty World “ where everyone would be walking around including men! Like I wasn’t embarrassed enough when I had to duck down to put the wig cap on and then again to put the wig on! I haven’t been in a Salon in over 15 years! My daughter called me and said, “ mom I want you to go to this Salon that I have done some research on that offers a free consultationand privacy. I told her that I’ve been through that before and the privacy went out the window! She finally convinced me to go and she made me an appointment for Wednesday. I was very nervous about taking my wig off, I really just wanted to show some pictures of my hair and go from there. Upon walking into InvisiLace Hair Spa, I was so surprised, the astompere was so inviting and pleasant! The receptionist was kind and welcoming. She introduced me to Gail who was positive, supportive and very knowledgeable of my situation. InvisiLace Hair Spa put the “P” in PRIVACY! I learned that not only the unit (wig) was being treated but my hair on my head was equally being treated as well. I was so pleased with my consultation with Gail that I made an appointment for the next day, Thursday! I was once again satisfied with total PRIVACY on Thursday! Gail styled my hair so beautiful and l am so pleased with my new look and so happy to get MY hair washed and shampooed by a PROFESSIONAL!!! I can say with confidence that I AM BACK IN THE CHAIR AGAIN!!! I want to thank my beautiful daughter for her support!
