Fairway has done an excellent job of power washing our siding and windows. The pine trees in our yard make our house a mess, but Fairway gets it shiny clean again. If anything is missed they come back promptly to do touch-ups. They are easy to work with, and that has kept us coming back to them for many years.

I had set an appointment for a complete window interior/exterior cleaning, power washing, and several other outdoor services. On the morning of the appointment, it was raining hard and was unseasonably cold, like 45 degrees....see your breath cold. Standing there under the porch awning, talking to the two gentleman that were sent to do the work, it occurred to me that it would be difficult to see the quality of the window cleaning, the power washing, and the services ...in the pouring rain. Also, knowing that these men were to be outside in the cold rain for all of the morning and all of the afternoon, it occurred to me that people work better when they are warm and dry. So, hoping for a better day to perform the work, and hoping to show compassion for the two workers who were going to have to work outside in the rain, on wet ladders, 2 stories up, I called the main office. I spoke with Chris and explained the situation to him. I told him I would have them do the roof again when they returned. (another $750). He was polite and professional. He recognized my concerned and offered me the option to reschedule. The two employees did not tell me this, but Im sure they didnt want to be 2 stories up, washing windows in the rain, on a wet ladder, Its just common sense. But some companies are all about the money I guess and would make their employees work in any condition. In any event, I never heard back from the re-scheduler, office manager. Then I called and spoke to Carol (owners wife). She said she would look at the schedule and call me back with a new date. Guess what, She never called me back. 2 weeks later and I just called again. She said they decided they would not return to the site. She said her workers work in any weather, regardless, they dress warm she said. Then she went on the chastise me for wasting the companies gas money during a gas shortage. She displayed a real combative, money first, customer last attitude. I didnt want to endanger anyone by having them on a 2 story ladder washing windows in the rain. Chris, the company rep, acknowledged my concerns and gave the option to reschedule. I dont want any accidents, or poor work to be the result of this companys greed. Owner was dismissive, arrogant and not concerned with the employees safety, comfort, nor their customers experience. I even told the owner I was going to write a review. She seemed ok with it.

They also cleaned the inside of my screened-in porch and did a great job. When I asked, they even crawled up and cleaned the top of my fan blades on my porch. They do a really good job. Not inexpensive, though. But they know what theyre doing.

Excellent service and very responsive. Saves us a lot of time to focus on more important things in life. Give Chris a call; you wont regret it.

The guys arrived right on time and got immediately to work. I had mentioned that we had a lot of new landscaping that I wanted them to take care of and a front door that needed special attention. They were extremely careful with both. Our screened porch was especially dirty and it now looks like it has been newly painted. Our whole house looks wonderful and we couldnt be happier with the results.

We have used Fairway Home Detailing to clean and stain our deck and fence, which were gray and green with mold. The product they use is exceptional and protects our wood for a full three years against mold, moisture, dryness and rotting. The difference in our wood and that of the neighboring homes is striking. It has greatly improved not only the look of the wood, but its longevity as well. This company has great customer services and responsiveness. We highly recommend them.

We have tricky storm windows, and Fairways team did an excellent job of removing the window part of the storms and cleaning all the glass both inside and out and replacing the glass properly. They also have a handyman who is going to fix the 3 torn screen we discovered. They pointed out any difficulties they ran into during the job, and took care of them all. Price was reasonable, and the folks were great to deal with. Would highly recommend them, and will call on them again for both window washing and other services as they come up.

Ive used their power washing and gutter cleaning window cleaning for many years. Their handyman service has been superb. theyve painted and stained outside areas rebuilt front steps rebuilt a back door jamb and when they found other areas wrong then what theyre working on they chose to fix that too.

Jose did a great job pressure washing our house, without the use of harsh chemicals or bleaches. He arrived on time, was very thorough, and pointed out a couple of places where calk was pulling away from a window frame. I am very pleased with the result and our house looks great!

We had our gutters cleaned and Fairway did a great job. They were so nice and did a fabulous job. The gutters were very clogged and dirty on the outside. They cleaned them up nicely along with washing off the roof as well. I am always happy with Fairways job on any project we have them help us with!

Fairway Home Detailing services are just as offered. My home is white and lots of pollen and grime on roof accumulate over 6 months. Our first scheduling was for a washing of the exterior (including deck) and roof with review of rot issues and repairs if needed. Went so smoothly. Cleaning was timely and products used gentle to materials and plants. We now have a schedule for exterior washing, full home inspection, cleaning of hardwood floors, carpet cleaning, and grouting of bathrooms. Every time I try to more than clean the grout, I break some rule of tile maintenance and create a situation that warrants additional help. So excited to have tasks completed while we work and have them done better than we can do for ourselves. We have had so many nice complements about the exterior cleaning, really looking forward to some interior help. Good for us to have a time table for all this that is reasonable to plan ahead and deal with the clutter we all have to deal with before having interior cleaning projects or painting commence. More to come as we find issues for handyman services to help us tackle. No doubts, best resource for overall home maintenance. Forgot to mention that when I call for scheduling or questions, so nice to be treated by a company that values my commitment to them.

They were on time and did a thorough job pressure washing my screened in back porch and furniture, the other outside furniture, and my garage floor. Both the advance communication and follow-up with the scheduler went smoothly. The technician, James, who came to our home, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and meticulous with the cleaning. We were impressed when he carefully attached the long hose from the van to the house, wore paper shoe covers so as not to track through the house, put up corner protectors as he snaked the hose to the rooms being cleaned, and was careful to protect any wood flooring adjacent to the carpets. I have used the whole house plan for three years. The exterior wash and window service has been good. The visit in May of this year was not satisfactory, but Don and JD came out to redo inside my screened porch and I was much happier. Inside services are top-notch, especially the tile and granite countertop services. Handyman service hours have been used to replace two rotting exterior doors, repair rotting areas in the trim, and even replace batteries in my smoke detectors. I rely on Fairway to complete tasks I cannot do. So much easier to have one reliable company than to contract with several different companies!
