The team was punctual, and tackled a lot of windows and gutters at the same time. The windows look great and for the most part the sills are good. There was not a bit of debris on the yard after the gutter clean out. I was amazed. There were few drying spots to take care of on the window, and one I wish I’d seen and asked them to redo, but one out of 22 windows is not bad. Would I have done a better job on the sills? Yes. But I didn’t have to climb a ladder or wash the rags or any of the hassle that comes with doing it myself. I’ll take that trade off. I will use them again in the spring, and just ask them to please pay attention to the corners of the sills.

Setting up the appointment was easy, and the cleaners were kind and efficient. My house looks great (I got the house wash). They were very busy right now so plan for your cleaning to be a few weeks out from when you contact them.

Have used Labor Panes several times with nothing but positive results. We just listed our house for rental and the fact that we didnt have to clean the gutters or windows was a huge relief. Everything was nicely done. A few things they couldn’t deal with - some finishing drips on the windows which just took a little razor scraper to remove. But the crew was really nice and efficient. They worked hard.

All staff - both office staff and technicians - were professional and efficient, and the cost was quite reasonable. I’ll use Labor Panes again!

Anna at Labor Panes is great. Communication, getting in touch, and speed of response -all easy. The work that was done last week was adequate, as far as pressure washing, but they did miss a couple places. A different two guys came out the next day to wash my windows, and they are beautiful, but the sills were left pretty dirty and buggy, so I called and Jeremy came out today with Phillip to clean the sills and screens. Now I’m very satisfied. I realize that not every worker is going to be as picky as me with how he cleans, but I also didn’t realize that cleaning the sills was extra. Jeremy was very nice to come do this himself, and I will remember that. Hopefully, next time I’ll know to ask for the sills and screens to be cleaned the first time around. Anyway, I appreciate Jeremy’s work ethic and desire to satisfy the customer. It’s very rare these days.

Labor Panes cleaned our gutters and installed gutter guards. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous. After the installation, they cleaned our deck. As for the quality of the gutter guards, I believe these will work well for us, but time will tell. Were ready for the rain now...

Guys did a good job overall. Windows are really clean, grids were put back in appropriately, most window sills cleaned just fine. Minor issues: they forgot to put two of the screens back in place in an upstairs bedroom and missed cleaning the sills on those two. And in putting one screen back in in the kitchen, they bent the small hinged hooks that hold it in place. We fixed them easily, but need to watch for little details. All in all were pleased and would use them again.

Awful company, avoid avoid avoid! Putting gutter guards with them caused more problems than they are worth. We moved to our house 3-4 months ago, never had problems with squirrels coming out of the attic, but the day or so after they installed them a month ago, we noticed some insulation on the ground but thought maybe it was part of the process of installing gutter guards. Now for the past 2 weeks weve had squirrels coming in and out of the attic and per two separate pest control companies, it was due to the gutter guards! When Jeremy who installed the gutter guards was contacted, he said he usually lets homeowners aware of any potential problem holes near the gutter guards but apparently suffers from short term memory loss and forgot to tell us about it, putting our attic in further danger from squirrels. we ended up having pest control guys trap the squirrel and reinforce the hole that squirrels previously would and could not have entered had it not been for the gutter guards. To make matters worse, even though they put on a façade of being customer friendly, manager Steve Perry most definitely is NOT. Please do not waste your money with this company!Update 10-31-20: user another gutter cleaning company in the Durham area and come to find out, the gutter guards installed by these jokers were not installed properly and there are apparently gaps. Additionally one corner of gutters were not even cleaned out when labor panes installed the gutter guards (tons of dirt that would have accumulated proper to installing the gutter guards were found). It is mind boggling to see 5 star ratings for this company. Do not waste your money, there are plenty of better options in this area!

Great experience with a friendly crew. I knew the lead guy, Fernando from a previous project, glad to have a familiar face in my home. Fernando was working with a new hire, Jamaar( sp)?Diligent work, here all day and the glass looks great. they even took care of a skylight which I dont think was on the work order.

They did an excellent job cleaning everything. I took off a star because they left our front door and mat soaking wet, and were a little rough on the landscaping. But they were very pleasant and everything is sparkling clean.

The Labor Pains team was very professional - sending reminder messages before and following up after their appointment. The windows sparkled after the cleaning. One window wasn’t totally clean so they sent someone out to reclean that window. Their prices are fair and everyone was very helpful and friendly.
