I hired MD Handyman Services to replace deck support posts that were rotting at ground level and the rotting bottom end of the deck stairs. They replaced all 4x6 support posts with 6x6 posts set on new concrete foundations, removed the rotting bottom step and ends of the stair stringers, created a new bottom step with concrete and set the now rot-free ends of the stringers in concrete. They also spotted other rotting areas and replaced them with new wood. All work was done to perfection, cleanup was immaculate and the cost was reasonable. The crew was friendly, professional and meticulous in their workmanship. MD Handyman Services will definitely be my go-to company for any future repair projects that arise.

We called them in to do some cosmetic fixes for a customer of mine. Miguel and his team did a good repair, when all was over. However, he forgot to come to the estimate visit until we called and was ultimately 6 hours late to that appointment. We agreed on a slight discount for that inconvenience. Then he completely missed the actual repair appointment the following week, and would not respond to phone calls. He ended up rescheduling for the next day, but not before the customer had waited around all day, frustrated and impatient. When asked for a further discount because of these latest inconveniences, Miguel refused.Miguels lack of professionalism and good communication unnecessarily angered my customer and reflected poorly on our company. We will not be contacting him again for service and we recommend that you find someone else as well.
