Axcess has given me an opportunity to grow professionally. My recruiter, Ms. Jackie, helped me find a career that I can grow in and has given me access to people and jobs that I would have not been able to get on my own. I want to thank her and all of the management team. Ive been here for over a year and I love what I do!

Very unprofessional supervisors and managers. Needs much help and retraining in how they deal with their employees and handle payroll! Also, run background checks on ALL your employees so others crimes dont jeopardize the livelihood of clean/good ppl who need their job and have families to care for!!

Criminals, one of the workers stole from a house we worked at. Marcus sent us a worker that had not completed a drug test or background check. I would not use this company for temporary workers. Other companies are in raleigh that offer the same services. Using this company is a waste of time. When I confronted the manager, marcus he was very rude and hung up on me. Unprofessional company needs management help, and better workers.

Very unprofessional. Girl at the desk (had crazy long eye lashes and a lot of eye glitter makeup) tried to change info on my tax forms. Luckily I was paying attention and told her to change it back. She then tried to argue with me about it like it was HER tax form. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not apply here again.

Super unprofessional! No stars deserved! I was contacted and scheduled for a Skype interview for an internal position and the day and time of my Skype interview I was NEVER contacted! Never did I receive an email or a phone call about rescheduling or an apology for them not contacting me via Skype. I called the next day, and the woman who was suppose to interview said they hired someone else. Completely unprofessional!

My experience is personal, as a former employee of Access Staffing.I applied to an Indeed ad for painters, went to their office and was made a Lead Painter straight away. Off-campus housing for NC State University needed new paint, about 300 apartments. We were told that the pay was based on performance, and 7 units and above warranted a $100 bonus. On the first day of work my crew of four others consisted of people off the street, or those not currently working other jobs with Access Staffing. None of them had any prior painting experience. They showed up with A paint brush, (a 2 at that) or nothing at all. My crew used MY personal tools and supplies, for which I had to teach them how to not spill paint on the carpet, for this job, that was my biggest accomplishment. On the fourth day of work, an announcement about bonuses being cut in half made me laugh. Most of the worst workers nearly walked away, even though they had no chance of making 7 or more apartment in a day. (My team was one of the best and we broke four to five a day.)Access then moved me to another account, for which they told me was better pay, and that I would be leading actual painters. It was a four day job in Boone, NC. Off-campus housing for ASU. Mind you, I have already worked for 7 12+ hour days straight, and the very next day I am to be in Boone. I was told there would be accommodations, and per diem. Long story short, I slept in an empty apartment, IN A DROP CLOTH. No towels, no toilet paper, no shower curtains, no sheets... nothing. In the end I was never reimbursed for gas, food or any other expenses I incurred at any of my job sites, things like chalk, and spackle to fill holes. Some of my things were stolen by the crappy workers I had to lead as well.Come payday, even after raising concerns about my hours, my check reflected a 40 hour work week, and was short by $100 dollars. I had worked close to 100 hours in 9 days straight, no breaks. I received a paycheck for about $400 dollars. My next paycheck was a personal check for the remained of my hours, (which they claimed as another 40 hrs) and my credit union turned up a red flag on her account, and I had to goto Bank of America directly to cash it. Some of my crew told me their checks bounced altogether. I am worried Access did not pay taxes out of my check, and end of year will hold it own surprises come tax season. The company boasts flashy stock photos on their website and nothing I have encountered reflects what they claim, especially the “Christain” part. I am an experienced painter, and the two other experienced painters I worked with closely at this job said the same thing: NEVER AGAIN. If you want someone experienced for a job, don’t come to Access Staffing, who knows what you might get.
