I’ve been with this company for almost two month, Still having issues with pay! They want you to come to work and not pay. This place is a complete joke. I reached out, I haven’t heard from nobody. I got in contact with the person that hired me. They said HeadWay has a lot of issues when it comes down to paying people reading these comments, I detect no lies!

I am not a slave, headway doesnt pay people for working. Stay far away from these evil people

This was my first experience as a brand ambassador. From the first con-tact with HEADWAY, I was made to feel comfortable and valued. I had contact with at least four of the employees there. All were courteous and helpful and encouraging. The company that I represented was just as delightful and the experience was quite enjoyable. Training was clear and concise and prepared me for the work. I would love to work for HEADWAY again, if the opportunity presents itself.

The worst temp service.If you chose to work with them - You will be subjected to verbal abuse. Total confusion. Consistent badgering. Your daily actions are under a microscope. They highly micromanage. The entity is very rough around the edges as though they havent done this before, lack of experience. They are very unprofessional in how they treat new hires. They badger their clients and their contract employees. They will tell you that they do not want to hire you, when the client specifically wants you. And they have fired contract employees on Christmas Eve.

I was placed on an assignment that met my very detailed specifications. The assignment was fun, and the pay was more than I was offered at previous Temp agencies. I would highly recommend Headway to anyone in search if employment.

Due to poor management and complete incompetence on the operations / fulfillment side of things, this company has lost almost all of their clients and has laid dozens of their employees off. Its really sad to see, as this was once a great company. It likely wont be around much longer though.

Everything seemed like a go for the post-wave Wendys project when Mr. Glenn Allen was assigned to New Hire paperwork and totally botched it. Their completely stupid requirement for a Remote Agent Representative to sign an I-9 could have been circumvented by viewing the passport photocopy I sent. When you need an answer to something, Glenn Allen wont respond to your email until after the fact. You have to call him to get any answers. Then, thinking I was meeting their deadlines and completing all paperwork as required, Allen cant find my faxed I-9, nor my faxed photocopy of my passport (sent from two different offices on two different days. Allen had the audacity to blame me for not sending them, then suggested the ink may have been unreadable, then became parental saying These are required if you plan to work for us. Oh brother! Talk about NOT taking responsibility. No accountability. Pass the buck. Make the employee wrong. Never admit a mistake. Im still emails asking if my documents (confidential, at that) were ever found. Are they in the hands of somebody at Headway who has criminal intentions? Stay away from this company to protect your personal information!

One of the agencies I work events for recently switched to use Headway for their payroll.It has been a horrible experience.The onboarding started back in April and its almost Memorial Day and I am still having issues with being paid for an event that took place May 6th-9th.

Headway workforce solutions reached out to me regarding a position they were looking to fill through Indeed Jobs. Miki Wright was the agent who was in charge of the process. After multiple emails from Miki through the job cite, I reached out to via phone call to discuss the position they were looking to interview me for. After a successful phone screening they forwarded me the application and told me they would get back to me following completion. Upon submittal, I called and left a voicemail concerning my successful completion of the application and informing that I look forward to hearing back from them. Never had I heard back. I called an additional time to touch base and see if perhaps the position was filled or they did not deem me fit for the position. Either way they selected me for the process based off of my already posted resume. I am happily employed however am seeking a better opportunity. Needless to say, dont bother wasting your time with this company because clearly they dont have common decency. A complete waste of time.

Headway Workforce is one of the most professional temp position providers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. While a serious accident & surgery has had me sidelined for several months, I hope to accept assignments with this company again in the near future.

Very unprofessional company they set up a phone interview with someone and did not call them. Then sent a email an hour and half later saying the canceled it. After they did not call. A automatic email with is unprofessional in this case. If the company is to lazy to write out a email saying way they missed and canceled an interview then i dont want to work for them. It shows that they are lazy, untrustworthly and unprofessional. I follow throw on my agreement but this company doesnt.

Check the online reviews before committing to a assignment with Headway. There are warning signs out there and they are true from my experience.

Horrible company that does not pay after work has been completed and you have submitted your hours, still waiting for pay after assignment ended sixty days ago

Headway is a large company with small town values. They care about their staff and make the office a great place to work. Everyone is always willing to help in any way they can.
