My wife and I just returned from a 5 day cruise aboard the Celebrity Summit booked by Paul Stone from Expedia Cruises. We booked with the need to try to return to some form of normalcy after many cancelled opportunities to travel the past 20 months. After jumping through the COVID testing hoop we enjoyed a great cruise experience with 308 fellow cruisers. The ships staff of 790 were GREAT! We felt like we had our own personal yacht with exceptional service, phenomenal shows and great food in the Luminae Restaurant. I highly encourage my fellow cruisers to enjoy this same experience because the industry needs our full support NOW! Thank you Paul for all your help the past year!

I used to book my cruises directly with the cruise lines, until I discovered Expedia Cruises. My travel agent, Paul Stone, has been able to add value to every cruise I have booked. He has resources available to him that have saved me money and time. Also, I get double Expedia Reward points. I have used those points to pay for pre and post cruise hotel stays. I will never book again without the help of Expedia Cruises and Paul Stone.

Worst site to book a flight, go directly with the airline. Due to Covid outbreak my flight was canceled, I was on the phone with Expedia 7 times with diferente agent everytime trying to reschedule they are not trying to help you at all. No refund offer, to book it again I had to pay extra, I had horrible experience, I would never use expedia again.

Expedia Cruises has been great through the whole booking process. We will for sure be using them again for any trips we have!

We procrastinated a long time before trying to book our first family cruise, and when it came time to do so I couldnt find 2 rooms close together (required when traveling with minor children) on the date and itinerary we wanted. I contacted Expedia Cruises and met Elizabeth Logan. She was fantastic to to work with. She was able to get us what we wanted, provided great advice, and took all the stress out of planning everything. I highly recommend her.

There are friendly people working here but when things get messed up they are not capable of resolving the issue or following through with commitments that they made along the way. This specific issue was over payment that was scheduled as a deposit and payment in full at a later date that they took all up front and took close to 5 weeks to resolve.
