I was told it would take 4 days for everything to be completely fixed. Once the screen arrive they will put it on the same day and will call me. My screen was expected for arrival on aug 18 or 19. Which mean I should be picking it up then. It is now aug 21 and no one has called me or said anything about my laptop they are never in the office but want to charge so much to get a screen fix not in a professional manner or time I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone very horrible service here. Still no laptop over a week now

Hired One Tech to install a camera system I purchased. Ehab gave me a price to do that and an option to upgrade to a higher definition camera with upgraded wiring. Appointments were on time and best of all they were able to reach crawl spaces they werent expecting to. All of my wiring is hidden. So glad I opted for the better cameras. Cant go wrong with this guy. Honest and fair ( not cheap/ big difference). Id give him an opportunity to install or fix anything I can. He does business the old fashion way. Good customer service.

I come here every day for almost 10 days to fix my phone . The door is locked but the sign and website says we r open . It’s just playing with ppls time

Showed up at 11am to discuss a repair since I saw great reviews. Open sign is lit, door is locked, and phone number on the door is forwarded to another number that went right to voicemail. Guess I’ll try the next one on the list.

Having recently moved from N.Y. to N.C. I was so lucky to choose One tech computer Services and repair when my hard drive crashed. under their wing and fixed us right up in less than the 24 hours they advertise as a favor to us. We were so pleased with their way of making you feel very important. Next I brought them my lap top that was so full of viruses, I couldnt use it. That was fixed in one day and discounted as they just did a job for us. They are very, very knowledgeable people. I highly recommend One tech Computer Services and Repair.

After being told from experts at Best Buy that my computer had a bad motherboard and would need to be sent off to Kentucky (really) for repairs, I decided to get a second opinion.Dont think that because this place in not in the high end rent areas that it is not top rate! Ehab was over the top nice. He stated he would take a look at the machine for $30 (cheap). So smart to find this issue was nothing to do with a high price motherboard replacement of over $600 was estimated from Best Buy (could be more they said). It was nothing more that two DDR3 ram chips that were bad. He fixed the computer and had it up and running in less than twenty minutes. I am telling you this guy knows his stuff. You will be happy if you take your electronics to Ehab. He was a pleasure!
