I give Geek Squad only one star because yesterday I spoke about a problem with my dryer,a service man came by today be yo look at it, unfortunately for the 20 minutes he was here it be was working.when he left I went to try and dry some clothes and dryer kept turning off. I, tried several times to call geeksquad a couple to no avail. They tried to tell me since service man was out there today there was nothing they could do today, I just wanted to try and set up a time yo get someone out and look into it again, and couldnt.i tried vall the service man with number he left and he would never answer the phone.

They are polite. But after taking my computer for a couple of weeks, they did not fix the issue I had whatsoever. The sound still crackles, video still stutters. Incredibly disappointed.

Never answered the phone and once that did I was on hold for so long that the call dropped. Ive called several times.
