Michael Bishop is amazing! I was having an on-going issue that kept popping up after hours that was keeping me from meeting a deadline and I was pretty frustrated. I assumed that I would be waiting to get a call back during business hours, but he called me back right away and helped fix my issue quickly, allowing me to get back to work and meet my deadlines. We have been using XceedIT for about a year now, mostly as an Office 365 reseller and infrequent Microsoft tech support. Recently, they helped us with a server migration from Windows Server 2008 R2 to Server 2019. I have spent 5 hours trying to resolve a technical issue with a Microsoft product and have spoken to so many people. Every time I spoke with someone live I would get transferred to someone elses voicemail. Finally I looked for a Microsoft support company online. Our company has partnered with XceedIT for 4 years. Our most recent interaction was a complete switch of our phone system to XceedITs managed voice.I was reluctant at first to switch as our current phone system operated fine and I was fearful of the new system not having the sound quality or providing us the phone functions our company needed. However, the pricing of the current system forced us to purse other phone options.I have to admit I am very happy not only with the phone functions but also the quality of the equipment installed and the voice sound quality. What I really was pleased with was the absolute seamless transition in switching from one system to the other. The switch over came with no down phone time at all. No caller to our company even knew we changed - zero interruption in phone service. The only noticeable change our employees even noticed was a new phone was placed on their desk which began working as soon as it was plugged in.I recommend XceedIT for all your IT needs and strongly can recommend the managed voice they offer.
