So here was the situation I was in. I live in Northern VA and was traveling down to North Carolina with the family. Our Infiniti check engine light came on halfway to NC. Concerned with the light I called the dealership 15 mins before they closed and asked if I could come in the following day.When I showed up the following day without an appointment and spoke with David one of their Service Consultant. I explained that we’re on our trip, we only have the one car and I was concerned with driving 5 hours back to VA not knowing what was up with the check engine light.David was awesome !!!He said that he would get it in and have them take a look. He got our car looked at right away. Our issue was fixed, washed the car and had me out the door in about 1 hour.Great Customer Service, Great Service and Great Experience.

I bought my first Infiniti in Austin Texas and drove it to North Carolina and traded it after three years for another Q50.I have to say that the customer service experience was amazing at Crossroads Infiniti. My sales rep Naz Mytskan was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He listened and paid attention to my preferences and dislikes and made sure I was happy with my selection. The car purchase experience was very pleasant thanks to the efforts that Naz puts into his customer service. Ask for Naz, he will assure your satisfaction.

I truly enjoyed the service and how quickly they got me out the door. I was there less than an hour and most of that time was signing the necessary papers for title taxes and tags etc…which was the easiest thing in the world and super awesome.When I came in Chris Jones happened to be right up front. He took me straight to vehicle. He let me drive it up the road. He would have let me go further but I didn’t need too the cars there are amazing and drive so wonderful! His sales service was out of this world. We came back in (my daughter was with me and on the phone with husband) she and I discussed price and we walked into Chris’s office as my daughter and I were discussing pricing and Chris did not even take a seat Before he simply asked how much we wanted to pay! I explained I only wanted to pay a certain Amount cash. Not 5 minutes later he came back with Mr Sunny Chauhan and they had a pricing paper which Sunny discussed with me. I told him we were still higher than I wanted to pay and he and I looked (as he explained) what we could do to get me where I wanted to be and we were able to decide on a price in less than 2 or 3 minutes. All that was needed was paperwork to be signed.About 5-10 minutes later Mr Jason Kim came into Chris’s office (while Chris was out cleaning up the car). We walked down to Mr Kim’s office and he had a smart signature board in his desk which made signing paperwork fly by. It took may 10-15 minutes to get everything signed, then I had to sign a few originals and have notarized. The best part was he downloaded all of my paperwork onto a little USB keychain and we were ready to go. Once we finished it hadn’t been an hour yet so “no traffic on the highways” Chris walked is out to our cars and they had cleaned it all up and Chris had filled the tank to the top. He put my 30 day tag on and shook my hand and sent me on my way.They were all so nice and seriously helpful. I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle.I have never purchased a vehicle in my own. I was completely impressed with how I was treated by each person and how they had the step ny step order you go through to purchase the vehicle.I did receive a call about 3 weeks ago from Chris Jones to make sure everything was great with my car. Of course there were no complaints.I had to call the office today because I still have my 30 day tag from May 5 so o spoke with John Multon, another finance manager, and he was super quick to check on title tags and registration.I hope I am able to purchase my next car from them. They ARE the ULTIMATE DEALERSHIP! The only one I have ever wanted to go back too.

Even with a mix-up about the day my service appointment was scheduled, things worked out really well. I was given an immaculate loaner vehicle to use while the service techs performed routine 60K maintenance on my 2012 G37XS. Although it took a bit longer than the four hours estimated to complete the work due to a shortage of service techs, I was given the opportunity to use the loaner for another day. My car was returned to me as promised on the next day, vacuumed, clean and with no added charges as may happen at other shops. Thanks guys!

I had work done on infinite back in April 2021! Paid about 9000$ One reason was upcharged work was done to my car I didnt authorize! Went to general manager he didnt care just wanted the money! I have proof of what was authorize by me! Now the mechanics did only what they was told! Before work is done you are sent an email to approve or disapprove work which alot of work done to my car I didnt approve! Now I understood that work still had to be paid so I said I would use my 10 percent off dealership coupon! Was denied to use that even my veterans id! To this date still have not provided me with the work I approved of! Now my next step is going to court good thing I saved everything I approved of! BEWARE Of This Dealership!

I had a 9am appointment to have my 45,000 mile service on my QX50. My Service Advisor was Joshua McMillan. He git my car signed in and advise me that my Service would take about 3 hours. I also so had a couple of things that I needed them to look at for me. Joshua, had all my issues checked out snd addressed for me. He kept me apprised on thought out my appointment. My Service was completed and all my concerns were addressed within that 3 hour timeframe. I just had my QX60 serviced at INFINITI of Raleigh and couldnt be more pleased with the whole process. They were able to work me in within a day or two of calling and Joshua McMillan, my service point of contact, kept me informed of everything all along the way. The waiting area exceeded my expectations with computer stations, comfy furniture and a complimentary coffee, water, soft drink area, along with pastries. Staff often came through to check on customers waiting, asking if they could get anything for us. The complimentary car wash and vacuuming of my vehicle was icing on the cake! I literally drove away thinking how grateful I was to be a part of the INFINITI family.

A simple oil change and they couldnt get it right. After 4 requests to leave a review I am finally leaving a review. I dont own a Lexus, or even live in the North Carolina, but they sent me an email advising of my service appointment. In retrospect I should have cancelled the appointment and let the true owner just show up, but I was courteous, called them the day prior advising they had a bogus email and asked them to correct their records when the owner showed up for the appointment. While stated were making a note for the service manager, no one took responsibility and the bogus emails remains uncorrected with multiple requests for reviews. Havent received a similar survey request from Lexus USA to review the dealership - yet.

My experience was great! My advisor kept me informed. My car was ready within a reasonable timeframe. It was washed, and I have not had any problems with the work performed. The staff was friendly and professional. I chose to wait on my car, and social distancing, waiting 6 ft apart and wearing masks was being practiced by everyone.

I went to the Infiniti of Raleigh for an oil change and for them to take a look at my brakes. (I had a really loud squealing sound when I backed up). They changed my oil, but couldnt tell me anything about the squealing noise just just know my brakes arent bad and that I have possibly two more oil changes before my brakes needed to be changed. I wasnt satisfied with what the mechanics said, so I went for a second opinion at the Nissan dealership. Nissan sent me photos of my brakes which were completely bald and also a picture of a pin that Infiniti forgot to put back where it belonged and it scratched the inside of my rim. I called to speak to the service department manager, all he said is he can give me a discount on more brakes. Im highly disappointed in Infiniti at this point.

We drove three hours Saturday afternoon to meet with Naz Mytskan, the salesman who had initially helped us online.There are plenty of car dealerships in the Hickory area, and we visited a few before making the trip. In all honesty, it was worth the drive. We received a mind-blowing deal on a 2020 Buick Enclave from INFINITI of Raleigh. As we all know, theres more to buying a car than just see, like, own. This is where Naz made such an impression.We are in our 60s, considered senior citizens by society, not something Naz and Sonny would have known through texts and calls. Their service was outstanding. Naz was thoughtful, taking a detailed video of the Enclave for us, he was well informed about the vehicle and worked with Sonny to get us that spectacular deal. Since we did the credit app online, Naz promised he would have everything ready to go so we wouldnt have to spend an extended amount of time in the dealership. True to his word, things were in place when we arrived! Rob, who helped with finances, was incredibly efficient at explaining the multitude of forms we signed and gave great advice on what extra plans we might want to purchase. This is an terrific dealership and its our pleasure to recommend them to you.

Every time i come to this location i have issues. Took my car i, to look into work that was completed nearly a year ago. The representative i spoke too told me it was still under warranty. After having the car for 2 days and unable to “duplicate” the issue i was still charged diagnostic fees although they couldn’t find a issue, and to my knowledge the only thing that was done was car taken on test drives. They are called the stealer ship for a reason. I will not bring my car back to this location.

The best experience Ive ever had at a dealership. I brought my Infiniti in for a recall and to figure out what the noise was in the front of the vehicle. Ive only owned the vehicle for 3 months and have put less than 2000 miles on it. The service department helped me work with the dealership that sold me the car in order to get the repairs done and paid for. The waiting area was clean and well-stocked with snacks, beverages and wifi. Overall a positive experience. I wont bring the car anywhere else now.

When I bought my first Infiniti in 2008, my service representative asked me to try their service at least once. Now, 13 years and 4 Infinitis later, I have never been anywhere else but Crossroads Infiniti for my service. Not only are the staff friendly, they are also efficient and knowledgeable. The walk-in service is great when you have time. The scheduled service and loaner program are exceptional (a loaner was one of the reasons for a newer Infiniti).With any service I have had at Crossroads, I have never worried about leaving that service and confidently driving either 5 miles or 2,000 miles (Ive done both). Infiniti and Crossroads Infiniti service are a great pair that I highly recommend.

Just bought a car from here after eyeing it for a few months. SO glad I finally did! I worked with Salah, Sunny, and Rob and they were all great. I even forgot my garage remote in my trade in but they kept it for me until I could come back and get it. And needed a new battery in the remote for the new car and it took two minutes to replace. Infiniti is amazing, it’s my second one and I honestly don’t see myself driving any other make. BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE, you won’t regret it!! They’re there for you even after you’ve purchased and are long gone.

I purchased 6k mileage QX60 (preowned) thru online. I had a video call before purchase online. that was my mistake. I am not able to see some small/minute scratches on the car. They told me  it is showroom condition so  i believed them since reviews are good and branded infiniti showroom, moreover better APR compare with another dealer close by. Finally, a week after I sent pics of scratches  to fix . They didnt help me to fix them. I was disappointed that I could purchase the car which was close by even though the APR is little more.

I’ve been buying cars since I was 17 and I am now 36 and I’ve NEVER had an car buying experience like my INFINITI experience. Salah my salesman Customer Service was BEYOND on point, the Finance Manager was down to earth and generous. This whole establishment is exceptional. When they see a car pull up the come out to great you and you don’t feel like it someone jumping out at you to get the sale first. The device department had me feeling like I was a star 💫 when I had to take the car to get service. That in itself was EASIEST service experience I’ve ever had from the time I picked up the phone to schedule to the time I went to get the loaner to when I picked my baby back up. The pull the cars up have your door open for you air on and offer you something to drink and I even got offered more of those delicious cookies. The ONLY complaint I could give is when I first brought my car and got it home it had so much dog hair under the rugs in the seat belt clamps and under the backseat head rest I was sneezing for days until we got it all out 🤦🏾‍♀️ My son and I are seriously allergic to pet hair. I blame myself for not giving it a better look over before I brought it though. I was just SO excited I FINALLY was able to get the car I wanted and I’m sure they would have corrected that issues had I brought it to their attention but no starts lost here. I am highly disappointed in the service that was provided at the this location. I never write Reviews, however this was warranted. I waited to write this just in case someone reached out to right the wrongs, but no one has contacted me.The level of service has drastically dropped at this location, I took my car in for simple brake and oil change. Three months ago, typically set all appointments at 8am. 5:20 comes around no one has called me. I call to check in for them to say your car is ready. Huh, why hasn’t anyone called to inform me? I pick my car up. go back three months later to get brakes on the rear, oil change again and check the squealing. I pick up josh tells me everything is good squealing gone. Great, 2 days later squealing still there, I go back, Josh says we will take a look, he calls squealing is gone the tech said you had off market rotors and brakes. Wait you all put new rotors abs brakes in the car. Josh say sorry it was a mistake, he resurfaced your rotors, all is good you can pick up your car. . I get home 1 week later still squealing. I call, I am a little annoyed at this point it’s my 4th visit. Josh never calls it’s 5:20, I am off work. Is my car ready what’s going on no one has called me. He stutters, well you need new rotors, really after 4 visits you are just now figuring this out. Unacceptable, you have wasted my precious time to tell me I need new rotors. You could have told me this three visits ago. But now I have to pay for new rotors that could have been done three months ago. I ask how will you compensate me for my time and why were the technicians that incompetent that they could t have figured this out three visits ago? He say mike will give you warranty in your brakes. That doesn’t help me, is it a life time warranty? No!!!I will never visit this location again. The mere fact that I have to call to see what the status is with my car is unacceptable, technicians are not giving proper diagnosis, and no follow up from management is unacceptable. I will never buy another Infiniti let alone service this one at the raleigh location. This Q50s has been nothing but problems since the day I bought it.Let me not forget to mention the recall a couple years ago, they had to replace the entire brake package and rotors. And I had to take it back 3 times for them to tell me there there was a recall.

Brought my 2013 G37x in for an oil change and state inspection this past Monday. It was easy to make an appointment for the timeframe I wanted. Reggie Strickland was my service advisor and did an excellent job of seeing that I had a great service experience. The waiting area had full amenities, and I also appreciated the complimentary car wash, chocolate-chip cookies, and water when I left!
