I call the phone number and it says it’s closed. Tried calling from 10am - 3pm today. Trying to get an office to transfer paperwork from my dr from one location to this one (can’t do it on website) and neither location picks up, 20+ calls over multiple days and nobody picks up, ridiculous!

I will never set foot in this site again despite the convenient location. The same rude woman who was there last year was still there. But somehow had become even more discourteous and rude. She told the patient in front of me she had no orders for her but after a laborious argument she found them. At my turn I was told she had no orders for me. After listening to her shout one reason after the other of why there were no orders, I just left. If you want issues, this is your place.

The facility was nice, there was no line, and the person who worked with me was amazing. Her name was Rishonah. I’m very grateful to her for how kind, careful, and supportive she was while drawing my blood. Thank you, Rishonah!!

I’ve only had good experiences here. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Today, the lady helping me went above and beyond to get my lab work completed so I wouldn’t have to drive back. Every time I’ve been here I’ve been treated very well.

It took over an hour for me to receive a pre-employment drug screening for work. Most other locations I’ve been to in the past, I would normally be in and out in no time. The whole check-in system was a bit unorganized. Many times both receptionists would be away from the desk. Highly annoying. At one point someone who came in and checked in after me was called to the back before me. The facility was clearly understaffed, so the entire process was moving in slow motion. One of the receptionists who assisted me with the drug screening process was also unnecessarily bossy. Most likely I will not return to this location for any kind of future service.

Awful customer service. Miranda has attitude, argues with you without checking first and then tried to change her tune. Good medical service but BAD customer service.

I went in for a pre employment drug screening and had a really bad experience. The front desk admin was short with me, had an attitude the whole time, and acted like I was bothering her when there was nothing else going on when I came in. I checked in online from my car like the Labcorp text instructed and waited for them to let me know to come up like the page said. I decided to go in after a few minutes and told her this, and she just kept telling me No you shouldve come up with an attitude.

After reading reviews of all the local LabCorps, it seemed that it was hit or miss on each one of the locations as they all have poor star ratings. My mind was just trying to find a reason to put this blood draw off and finally bit the bullet and went anyway. My visit (which obviously I was nerve wrecked for days) to this location was top notch....I do not remember exactly her name, but something like Taniqua....(I hope she knows Im speaking about her). I was in/out less than 15 minutes and I didnt have any issues at all as she gave me a 10 star performance keeping my cool, calm and collective. I will go back here with out any hesitation...and not worry about reviews anymore.

The phlebotomists are fantastic and personable, and the check in process is easy once you get familiar with it.If you arent familiar with their check in process, it can be confusing and not very friendly considering the employee at the check in desk is not used to communicating with the patients except to bring them to the back; other than that, no complaints.

After seeing Doctor went to LabCorp for blood work. I was having trouble with check in. There was a sign that said ask us for help so I approach window and said I was having trouble and lady said you have to sign in at machine. I tried again and keys were sticking and not letting me proceed. The lady would not get out of her chair and help. She was very rude and there was no line so she was not busy at all. Finally my wife and I approach the desk one more time and the bottom fell out. All three of our voices elevated and she was yelling what we had done wrong and why we couldnt complete the process. We both saw it was going to get out of control so we told her we would just leave and use another LabCorp. We went back to Doctors Office to let them know what happen. This was the absolute worse customer service and just plan rudeness I have ever experienced in my life and Im 66 years old. We went 3.9 miles down the road to another LabCorp and we were in and out in 15 minutes and no issues. Also, I would like to say this is my first google review I have ever posted.

We have also been going there for years because it is the closest place, but the staff has been consistently rude for years. Since we are just giving blood and it is very close to home, we have kept going, but we are starting to think about looking for other options.

The staff was downright RUDE!I went in for a pre-employment drug screening and experienced some very poor customer service. While checking in the woman at the front desk was very unfriendly. After checking in and being taken back for the drug screening, the tech was very rude while instructing me on the procedure. When I was asking the tech some questions, she would not even look up from the computer to answer me. Her entire demeanor suggested she was unhappy and she did not try at all to be friendly.Interestingly, the staff was very kind and friendly to the patient ahead of me (who was there for some routine blood work). It is as if whenever they have to do a drug screening, for any reason, they automatically assume you are a drug addict. This is strange because almost everyone has to do a pre-employment drug screening when getting a job.Treating a patient differently due to them having an addiction, let alone based on that assumption, is wrong and ultimately harmful to the patient. Someone working in this type of position (in the medical field in general) should be more open-minded and should understand the harm that comes from that type of treatment. Healthcare professionals should know better than to behave in this manor. This type of treatment results in healthcare disparities that harm patients and communities.

Staff is extremely lazy. Have a new “quick” check in portal. I check in and did everything it asked. Then was called up to the front for more questions. Only patient in the Lab corp office. Asked about my insurance because it was not listed on the forms my Doctor had sent over. The new quick check in computer had scaned my insurance card before I went over to see him. He stated he had not looked that far in the computer yet. I then sat down again. He called me back up to look at the paperwork again. The same paperwork that I had offered to give him the first time. Very poor customer service.

Fair warning folks - This is some poor customer service! Staff seems very unhappy - they were inexplicably very short with me. I was unfamiliar with the process and they were gruff and unfriendly - let me call it what it was - rude. I was actually scared when they finally took me in to draw blood that they’d be rough! One positive - they did a good job with the draw in the end it was fast and there was little bruising. It’s too bad since this is a good location, close to me. But I’m going to avoid it at all costs in the future.

Terrible experience! Dont plan on using their services again. Cannot call and speak to anyone, get any help. When I finally reached someone (selected the physician option) they were not friendly or helpful. Frustrating.Update: DO NOT GIVE CREDIT CARD INFO. It is easier for them to charge you than to deal with sometimes difficult insurance companies to get payment. They will go easy way, and it will cost hours of your life to remedy. A $1000 is a large charge to have pop up.

The lady at the desk with purple hair was beyond rude. She should not be doing with the public. I do Not Recommend this place at all. when we asked her a question she simply stated what do you want?. She needs a lesson on being cordial and working with the public. Ive NEVER met someone as rude.

After reading terrible reviews for all the local LabCorps, I was discouraged and not expecting much. But I had a leave a review to say that this location was great! I had made an appointment online, but ended up getting there early. I checked in on my phone (or you can use the express check in stations), and was called up to the window almost immediately before being led to the back. The people working there were friendly and proficient. Yes, the waiting room is bare bones, but it was clean. Getting to this location is a little tricky since the building complex is large, but if you follow the signs all the way down to Entrance D, the lab is right down the hall.

As a former Labcorp in employee for years, I was excited to see there was one in the building at my new job! I am at a surgical office and we occasionally need to send off specimen or have patients obtain labs prior to surgery. I tried to call this office to get some information for my manager to have lab orders sent over to them. When I called it said they were closed at 1:59pm on a Wednesday. I decided to walk down and try and speak with someone in person. I have never written a review of a Labcorp, or any office but this warrants one. Rude would be an understatement, the woman at the front desk was unwilling to be helpful and outwardly expressed frustration helping the patient in front of me and myself. I was able to get her supervisors name and number after not allowing her to brush me off. I get it is hard times in healthcare- trust me. I even get the overwhelming job as a phlebotomist with Labcorp- man do I get it. But being rude to your patients is just unacceptable to me. I know it’s hard but if you can’t put on a smile or be helpful then this is not the field for you.
