Wonderful place, did a rapid PCR covid test and had the results as soon as in 1 hour. The employees were very friendly and used proper safety standards, such as masks and gowns as well as gloves. They made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable and proceeded to explain the process of the test .

Very professional staff and made me feel safe as soon as I walked in the door. I came for a COVID test and Leslie was fast, easy to talk to, and gave me all the information I needed. Would highly recommend coming here for any test that you may need.

I went to get Arcpoint of Raleigh-Garner to get a blood type test. I found out they also offer 5 & 10 panel drug test, finger prints, paternity test, Quantiferon test, Alcohol test & more. Also let me just say the staff was amazing in assisting me and making me feel comfortable while getting my blood drawn they even worked with me only being comfortable with butterfly needles.

I was looking for a place to get some routine blood work done and stumbled upon ArcPoint Labs of Raleigh! I called to check on pricing because I always thought things like this were really expensive and I am not currently covered with health insurance! The staff was soo helpful and informative when I called and they do not process insurance (being a privately owned lab) and were able to inform me of their super affordable pricing and some different blood panels they offer that combine several tests into one package. I really loved that this was an option because I was able to get the blood tests that I needed, along with a few more that I just wanted for my own personal knowledge! I highly recommend this establishment for any/all blood tests and I would definitely go back for other blood testing. Check them out!

I had to get a pre-employment drug test at ArcPoint. When I went in, the process was so quick and easy. I was in and out within about 10 minutes. Not to mention, the staff was amazing!

Mariah was super helpful in setting up my appointment for the blood type test. She explained the whole process as well. I’m usually against needles or anything of the sort but talking to Mariah helped comfort me and now I can’t wait to find out what blood type I am!

I called the clinic for a rapid Covid test, the staff was super helpful! Katie booked my appointment over the phone super quick and got me in same day with no issues. Everyone was extremely polite and caring. The lab was really easy to find. I parked outside they came right out explained everything and how the process would work. Everyone was honesty super amazing. The test result came back within 1 hr. Very efficient I would highly recommend!

I have had bloodwork done at this location numerous times. I have gotten thyroid panels and my regular Womens Health panels done. The price is a little bit more than what I paid with no insurance at my doctors office but I got my results WAY quicker- only 3 days rather than the normal week or more at my primary. I also liked how I was in an out in 10 minutes and did not have to worry about sitting in a crowded lobby. It was worth the extra money for the convenience and fast results.

I have had the rapid anitgen test done twice at ARCpoint Labs. I have recieved the best customer service here and I did not feel nervous at all for the test. The collectors gave me very specific instructions prior to swabbing which did relieve any type of built up paranoia I had about the test. I was told I would get my results within 30-45 minutes and I got it within 20-30 minutes. Even though the payment is out of pocket, each penny of it is worth for the amazing customer service and efficiency!

Went in for a pre-employment urine test. I am very cautious about covid and was worried when I was asked to take this test. This is a small facility that was very clean and well-maintained. The tech wore a mask and I was the only one there for testing around 230pm. I was in-and-out in approximately 15 minutes. I highly recommend this business if you need to submit a urine sample for Quest Labs.

Everything was done so quick in less than 5 minutes. I was also pleased to find out that they offer any type of blood tests without a doctors order. Andres the clinical Director was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about different kinds of blood tests. If you need to get some blood work done I recommend talking to him!

Edited review: The laboratory ARCpoint used for testing of my COVID test required an additional sample for quality purposes (read as: botched the test). I was offered a second test free of charge, but by this time I was in Massachusetts. MA travel laws require a negative COVID test to leave the two week quarantine; otherwise you cannot leave your house for so much as groceries (or another COVID test) under penalty of $500 a day. As a result, 2 weeks of my life stuck in quarantine. To ARCpoint Labs credit they did give me a full refund, but given the outcome I cannot possibly justify higher than 2 stars.

I was scheduled to do a 10 panel Drug Test for my school and it was an awesome experience. The facility is spotless clean and the staff is outstanding, the results were sent immediately by using a rapid instant test. So much better and faster compared to any urgent care!
