From the initial consultation to completion Aaron and Rafael were very professional - showed up on time every day, cleaned up at the end of the day, and the end result was a great looking bathroom.The price was also very reasonable too. We won’t hesitate to use them again.

We had both bathrooms upstairs completely renovated in 2019. The hall bath was taken back to the studs, new drywall, wall and floor tile, vanity, plumbing and painting. The master bath was also completely redone to our excellent satisfaction. He and his team stayed on schedule and arrived every day and cleaned up before they left every day. They never left a mess behind. We’re thinking about redoing our kitchen and tile and would call Aaron again at no hesitation.

We hired Betts to remodel our master bathroom, including a full tile shower rebuild with new shower pan, tile floor, and trim/paint work. Were definitely happy with the results and the experience. Aaron made planning the work easy as he has a lot of experience to lean on for recommending certain materials and design concepts. He was never pushy with us to try and have more done than we wanted or up-sell on new fixtures etc, which was not the case with other places we received quotes from. He took the time to understand our vision and ideas, and adopted that vision as his own for the project.Aaron and Rafael were on time everyday and worked diligently and neatly. They are both polite, professional, and also quite friendly. I had no reservations about them being in my home.Im leaving 4 stars because at the end of the job there were some details overlooked, and we had to have them back for some touch-ups. The job was to finish on a Friday and they were definitely in a rush that final day to wrap it all up, so there were some grout spots and paint/trim that needed a second look. However, I contacted Aaron and he had no issues coming first thing Monday to sort it all out, no questions asked, so in the end all is well.

Aaron and his team did a tremendous job on our backsplash and tiled feature wall in our kitchen. He worked with us from beginning to end. Aaron updated our antiquated bathroom with a beautiful Built-in shower and new tile floor. He had to tear the shower area down to the studs and rebuild the shower Pan.I cant say enough about the quality of his work and I also want to comment on his work ethic. Communications from the start to the end were excellent and he took meticulous care of my home by covering floors and furniture and cleaned up the workspace every day before he left. He has a wonderful eye for tiling and design and attention to detail. Even the finishing working such as trim and painting were perfect.I recommend Aaron with no hesitation.

Aaron came out to do an estimate for our bathroom which needed to be done quickly due to a plumbing issue. he seemed very nice and gave me a verbal quote the morning he came to the house, he stated if i would pick out tile and email him the tile options he would get me a quote later that day. I waited until late the following day and reached out to make sure he received my tile selections and if he had a quote for me. he said he received my email and would have a quote for me the next day (so we went from getting a quote same day,Thursday to I will have one to you on Saturday) This was more than a week ago, I still havent heard from him. We already gotten a new contractor and have the work scheduled. If he didnt want to do the job he could have just said so. This was very unprofessional.

Aaron came recommended from a neighbor and did not disappoint, he leveled a busted up foundation where we had a new septic line put in and retiled the bathroom. He was always on time in the mornings and he finished a day early and everything was perfect.

Betts Designs re-tiled our screened-in porch. They adhered to their agreed- upon schedule and did such a professional job we asked them to re-tile our master bathroom. The result was an equally professional job and was finished on schedule. We are delighted and recommend them highly.

Aaron Betts and team did a fantastic job on our upstairs renovation. This consisted of removing texture from hall walls, painting 3 bedrooms and the hall, replacing all room and closet doors, building new shelves in closets, replacing all power outlets and switches, and hanging new ceiling fans and lights. They stayed on schedule, arriving every weekday by 8 am and leaving by 5 pm, with an hour for lunch. They cleaned up every day and hauled away any debris. Aaron was very responsive, and understood quickly what we wanted. We picked out the doors and paint, and he had them delivered. He provided all the products except for ceiling fans and lights, but Im sure we would have if wed asked him to. I highly recommend him, and would be glad to respond to any questions you have.

Aaron was absolutely wonderful to work with. His communication is prompt and clear, and he was able to come to my house to assess my job very quickly. I would highly recommend Betts Designs!Heres why:We asked Betts Designs to provide an estimate to re-do at least the master bathroom shower due to a shower pan that was retaining water due to a poor pitch near the drain (turns out there was a lot more going on!).At the estimate visit, Aaron gave us a heads up that we might need to have some plumbing replaced in our older home so that any renovation would not be in vain (rusting galvanized metal pipes-->PVC). We did take care of that through another company and were glad we did so when we saw the condition of the pipes being removed. Aaron then scheduled us a week afterwards to not only take care of the primary project (upstairs master bathroom) but also to re-do sheetrock in a downstairs bathroom and laundry room that had been impacted by the plumbing work.I appreciated the thorough and candid assessments as we moved through the process as well as the fair pricing initially and as we had to tack on extra things: there actually turned out to be major water damage underneath the shower itself and the rest of the bathroom -- we had no idea it was such a widespread problem but clearly it had been a problem for a while. Aaron and Matt shifted gears temporarily to fully replace the rotted two layers of subfloor, wall insulation. and some framing pieces to again... make sure that the renovation work could last too.We have pets and so I really appreciated that Aaron and Matt cleaned up every day, too, and were conscientious about the dust being generated in the house.Aaron was also responsive to our questions along the way. It was clear that the Betts Designs team wanted the process to go well and the renovation work to be high quality.

Aaron installed all of the tile in our master bath, sunroom and kitchen. He paid attention to every detail and suggested creative tile designs that enhanced each area. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Aaron for any tile installation you are considering.

I contacted Aaron Betts after I saw many recommendations online. I also saw some of his tile work and was blown away by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Aaron came to my home and took measurements and we discussed the details of the project. Not long after, he sent a detailed quote and a briefing of the process. Aarons price are competitive but the timeline wouldnt work for me (a little too far out for me). I enjoyed his professionalism and knowledge.Even though we didnt use him for the job, I called him for advice about some questionable tile work being done in my home and he took time out of his evening to give me some helpful advice. He really did me a HUGE favor because the contractor was trying to fix a mistake that would have worn off after awhile. Thanks to Aarons advise my current contractor is going to fix it right. Fingers crossed. I wish I had gone with Betts Designs

I would love to have given a 5 star review, because I have had projects completed that look beautiful, however my most recent experience reflects the 1 star. Project details - cut out sheet rock so plumbing could be replaced, replace cut out sheet rock, scrape popcorn ceilings, paint ceilings, install crown molding. Contract stated work to begin on a specific date - it began 2 days past that date, with no notification it would be delayed 2 days. Quality of work is horrible, and is in the process of being redone. Not all sheetrock has been replaced, kitchen ceiling is not smoothe, crown molding all needs to be replaced - poor seams, no mitered corners, excessive nails in each piece, and the best part --its all UPSIDE DOWN. When the final bill was presented to me I sent the pix and my concerns on the quality of workmanship. I received an email stating he would like to come by to discuss on Monday still waiting on that Monday, but in the meantime I have contracted someone else to redo the work.
