Tri-City did gutters on our home when it was a new build. After about 4 years they are constantly leaking in different places. Warranty is apparently a year so we are on our own.
Been here since early morning! Had a 3:00 pm delivery still here! Plus the place is a Dive! Unloader Gentleman was super cool and easy to get along with!
Didnt complete the work and fix some problems left after installation of gutters. Numerous attempts by builder to get them to come finish the job have gone unanswered. Would not recommend.Dec 28th update: Some of the work was done but not done very satisfactorily. See photo of downspout that was installed and not straight. I pointed it out to the person that installed it and thought he was going to fix it and when I came back out he was driving away and the downspout was still the same. See picture. Contacted company about coming back out and was told I am writing it up. That was Dec 3rd.
Tom with tri city is one of the rare ones left in the world that cares about customer service. I left a lesser review and was automatically responded to by tom the branch manager..that type of care and service speaks volumes to me. I will again be using tri city for next project. THANKS TOM
Cant get a return phone call after initial conversation to fix our gutters. Our home is 1.5yrs old and builder used Tri City for gutter work. We had one issue resolved but now have two leaks and they wont return our calls for repair.
Stopped by a site where they were working asked for a business card and was rudely told get out,get out now with him putting his hand on my mother....we own a construction/property investment company. That is assault and during this pandemic even more wrong. This was in Durham,NC on onslow
Great staff, quick unload
Had no problems delivering. No room to park with all the employees vehicles parked on the street and lot. Because of parking do not arrive too early prior to delivery time.A good route for a truck that stays out of the residential area is US 1 onto Gresham Lake Rd, just over 1 mile turn left onto Rowland Rd, then the 1st or 2nd right onto Becky Circle. The 1st right on Becky Circle is easier into TriCity lot with all the vehicles parked on the street. If anyone has a better route please post it.
Poor space to delivery.
Very good pay and great benefits. Totally love it here.
Nice people. Just horrible dock to back into and took awhile to get unloaded.
Rough building to maneuver a semi around
They did an ok job spray foaming our house. Where they lack in is customer service. They gave me a detailed quote, said they’ll be there Friday 100%. Get a email saying it’ll be Monday. Ok no big deal. No one shows up Monday. They come Tuesday, and it takes them 3 days to get it done. I was on a time line because I had drywall coming Thursday. Once they said the finished, we brought drywall in. The next day, we realized they didn’t insulate any doors or windows. That was listed on the original quote and the guy tried to tell me it wasn’t. Well they came out in a day and did the doors and windows. But guy made a big deal out of moving the drywall out of the way like it was going to kill him to do any extra work. If they had completed the job to begin with, you wouldn’t have to be worried about doing extra work. Lastly, when they cleaned the garage to foam, instead of pushing everything to an accessible side, they shoved it all under the landing. Thanks for the extra work in cleaning that out! Like we don’t already have enough...
Rude and uncooperative with driver when asked to move company vehicles in this tight lot to accommodate a 28 sleeper tractor with a 53 trailer. Cars line both sides of street and employees parking at dock entrance make this extra fun for someone who has been driving big trucks 4 years. Look at pictures Ive posted and decide for yourself. This is a commercial area in the middle of residential neighborhoods.
I didnt get to do business with this company because 1) They lost my first request to have an estimate done and I had to call them after a few weeks to ask if they were going to come bid this job. 2) They wanted us to fill out a 4 page application just to get an estimate on installing gutters. After asking why I needed to apply to do business with them I get an email saying that any company requires that type of information to do business.( I work for a Real Estate firm, and we have never filled out a application to get work done). I gave them a single star is because they forgot about the first estimate I requested, and I was trying to give them feedback to let them know as a customer I didnt think I needed to apply to do business with a company, they should be trying to get my business, and they are not open to feedback from their customers.
Brian did a great job, on time, without any accidental overspray or messy application areas.
I wasnt able to work with them because the amount of work for foam insulation didnt justify the cost. I was trying to get some work for 400sqft room but there minimum charge was $2000 regardlesss of footage.
Terrible terrible terrible find someone else dont waste your money on these guys terrible
Had tri-city do a basement. They did a fine job.
