I’ve taken my son here 3 or 4 times now and we will def keep coming back. (Vantwan has cut his hair twice and does an amazing job.) They do such a great job w/ his hair and they are professional and easy going. The shop is clean, comfortable and has a great vibe.

Very professional and friendly staff. The owner seems to set the tone and has raised the bar on quality service and a welcoming experience for the customer. I was pleasantly surprised to see customers of various races entering this African American owned and operated establishment. I travel for a little more than an hour to this barbershop and it has been well worth it so far. My barber Kevin is a cool dude and cuts my hair just the way I like it. I am from the NY area and finding a good barber that compares to the one I left in NY has been a challenge. I already told Kevin he cannot move as I will be a repeat client.

I would give Kevin 10 stars if I could. We didn’t have an appointment but when we stepped into the barbershop we were greeted by friendly staff and welcomed to Kevin’s chair. He surpassed my expectations and was so kind to my special needs son. Usually my son struggles getting a hair cut, but he warmed right up to Kevin and didn’t shed one tear (this is huge for Elijah)! My son can’t stop smiling and looking in the mirror. We’ll be back!

Great barbershop. Each barber stands out from typical barbershops for their professionalism. It’s a family-friendly environment that plays good music. It’s always a vibe. The owner, Vantawn, always keeps the shop looking good with his upgrades. Our cut was done by Antonio. He always hooks us up. I travel from far for his cuts. The shop is also active in giving back to the community by hosting and participating in several community events. I recommend this place with my life.

If your looking for a great cut this is the place your looking for. Vantwan worked his way up to owning his own shop and he couldnt of done that if he didnt have the best cuts in raleigh. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Been getting my hair cut here for a while. They know what they are doing. They care about the customer and their work.

Came in at 8:35 and i was the next person in line. 3 people came in after me and was seen before I was. No one said a word to me or let me know anything. I was just sitting there looking stupid. Poor customer service. If this was appointment only they could of said something instead of just taking people before me.

Went in for beard line up for a wedding barbers hands were shaky asked for square line up got a rounded one top beard lines are super jagged and uneven had to go home and fix it myself dude took almost an hour and twenty minutes. Will not be returning
