I was very dissatisfied and very disappointed, was so excited to see a place that was clean and seemed to be professional. But I was very wrong. The place is nice inside and up kept. But boy is it busy, they only had one barber, there was a line about eight other guys needing a haircut, and it was early in the morning. I simply asked if they were doing walk ins right now and if there was a line. I got a scoff, rolled eyes and attitude as the guy pointed to the men sitting down. Very sad because I wanted and have been looking for a haircut, this place seemed like it would be a good option but looks like I won’t be coming back. I just moved here from California, seems to me that this is a reoccurring issue with barbershops in North Carolina, either not clean, no experience, or very unprofessional. Should consider getting more inviting barbers if you want to keep your clientele..

Went in for walkin appointment the 1st chair barber on the right side said said he would get me in next. Waited two haircuts before me (an hour)before he told the other barber he was leaving without saying a word to us.The barber( last chair before customer seating on the right side) Asked if we were waiting for something because he is booked up but come back later. Two days now trying walkin and asking for other barber numbers since everyone is booked no one was helpful in the shop or business phone on website. Would not suggest this place to anyone unless you dont mind poor customer service.

I’m very picky with my barbers and I’ve tried about 4-5 different barbershops (real shops not some Great Clips chain locations) in the area and this is by far the cleanest and most organized barbershop here. Charlie the owner is professional and great with the kids and from what I’ve witnessed all the barbers here are legit with their fades. So for the same price (~$15 starting) you’re pretty much paying for all the other shops around, I would highly recommend this spot for your next cut.

Work until 8pm but when arrived at 6pm, they closed the door.

I’d give it no star if I could I wouldn’t recommend. First experience was yesterday. There were people who came after me and were served before me since they were all of the same race Hispanic. The Barber who did my hair was completely rude the entire time Criticising me and making me feel uncomfortable which deeply scarred me!!and nothing was professional about the barber shop itself especially during this covid season wasn’t much sanitising.I hate the haircut wasn’t even what I asked for or wanted was completely different. so I’m gonna grow my hair out.Which as a barber it’s a priority to satisfy a customer need or there is no point of being one.Which This would be my first and last experience never setting foot to the barber again. You all have a goo day.

I called on my husband’s behalf one day for his haircut. I found this place on Instagram and really loved their work. My husband has thick Greek/Italian hair and most people have done a good job but Charlie did an outstanding job! The haircut was exactly what my husband Michael was looking for. Ive been coming here for about 6 years. Even before their name changed. I typically get my cut done by the owner. I havent had much of an issues Ive been cut with a razor once out of my 6 years here. I dont have a particular barber but theyre all solid to be honest. I tend to go here one a month.

Also make sure you allow plenty of time to wait to get a cut if youre waiting on him or any other barber with a lot of clients waiting.

Charly is a talented barber that can give you whatever cut, fade, design you want on your dome. Ive been coming to the shop for over 2 yrs and by far the best one Ive tried. The staff offers a variety of who you want to get your cut with. Weekends are busy, but otherwise, the wait is minimal (maybe 2 people ahead of you). The shop is clean and professional. Prices are very reasonable for the area. They get you in and out with a dope haircut. Efficiency, quality, and price... good enough for me IMHO. Keep up the good work, fellas!

Just moved here from Florida and have never liked haircut I ever got before until my found my barber who I went to for 3 years. So when I made the move I wasn’t too happy on taking a chance with someone. I went to two places before I was recommended to this place. Took my brother also and Charlie did our cuts. Easy to say that I think I found my new barber. Very satisfied!

Claudio is hands down the best barber in Raleigh. I’ve tried quite a few barbers after moving from NY and none of them even come close to Claudio’s style, professionalism, crisp cuts, and everything in between. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I couldnt say better things about the talent of the barbers here, especially Matt! His personality, attention to detail, and skill have made my teenage boys lifelong clients. His lines and designs beyond precise, and being raised in New York City, my sons are very obsessed with their hair. They never have a complaint. We love coming here and I will refer him to anybody.

This is the only place I will take my 9 year old son too. The owner Charly is absolutely amazing. Every visit Charly creates an awesome artwork shaved on the side of my son’s head. It’s incredible!The place is great~ Everyone is always friendly! We love coming here.

Just got my haircut from Charlie. I typically have my haircut in an old school comb over with a no guard on side and tapered/faded up. Charlie did an AMAZING job. Even though they usually do fades, he knew what I wanted and listened to me and absolutely killed it. I have always had trouble trimming my beard since it grows in sort of odd, and Charlie also took care of that for me and in the past 3 hours I have gotten a compliment on my beard and my fade. 10/10 shop, will be my goto from here on out. If you are looking for a shop that takes pride in their work and doesnt just treat people like an assembly line, this is the place for you.

At First we liked this shop, but yesterday I took my son to get his hair cut, he waited 35 minutes with three people working and only 2 customers. And when it was hhis turn, the guy said he cant get his hair done because he need to be somewhere. They close at 8 and it was 7:30 and we gave been there since 7, and when I went it to tell them that was not okay to have him wait that long and then till him he cant do it, he said he can come back in, and when he went to go in, they locked the door so he wont get in . So unprofessional Ill not be back . Feel sorry for the owner losing customers . I would not even give them a star

My son and husband normally goes here to get their hair cut. It normally doesn’t matter which chair they get in because they walk out looking A1. Not today, it was a guy, I never seen before, whom chair was the 3rd chair on the left with 2 cornrows with tapered side and back. He does NOT know how to cut hair and does not know how to do a part. He definitely made my son’s experience horrible. I asked for a high fade with a part and got...no description. He blamed my son was moving which was far from the truth. He never apologized for his horrible job, just said he would not charge me because as he said “this is not my best work “. Don’t let him cut your hair if you go there. I should have pulled my son from his chair, when he couldn’t pay for his food the lady up the way brought to him. Luckily, Charlie was there and he was able to save the day to get it looking decent for his graduation the next day.

Went for the first time today, the barbershop is real neatly organized and decorated real good. The service was real quick. My haircut was real fast, probably the fastest haircut Ive gotten, Charlie was quick with it and did a real good job! Not bad for my first experience.

Getting a haircut here is fast, within 10 minutes, but I personally stopped going to this salon because, I was having a conversation with the owner but he gave me a nasty body language and I didnt have the same feeling to return and spend my money there. When I say nasty body language, Most of latinos when we talk we use our hands and some touching, while I was having a conversation with him, I reached his shoulder and his body language was rude and ugly. I was not expecting that attitude from him The owner is/was that Cuban guy that looks like a middle eastern guy with a beard facial. Hes quiet all the time pretending to be someone else, or hide his latino background.
