I spoke with a service advisor, who never asked for my name. I wanted to get my wipers checked as well as schedule a service appointment for an official diagnosis. I was left waiting for 20 minutes and then told to do it online. I am thoroughly dissatisfied and I didn’t even get a chance to get the work done. This is the second time I’ve had a negative experience with Mercedes service. First in Cary now Raleigh. Maybe they took so long on the customer service because I was black, I’m not sure, either way they need major improvements and more staff bc the service department was hectic and unorganized. It’s that way EVERY TIME.
So disappointed!!!! I dropped my SUV off, no loaner. The promises of text messages, updates and pictures of work… Nothing! I emailed at noon, no reply. I called at 2pm to leave a voicemail. I got a return call to say the truck has not been looked at???? Like why do we have appointments?? I miss Infiniti where customers were treated with care and were given loaners equal to or newer to what you had.. I hope this is not how things are going to be with this dealership.
Called 2 weeks ago about my infotainment screen and havent received a call back yet. Im guessing theyre understaffed. Luckily I was able to get to resolved on my own.

First they ensure that they are getting you the part you need and the transaction was trouble free. The communication and notifications makes it worry free. Excellent merchant!
