Got locked out of my car in Radford and a friend called them to help me. They were at my car within 3 minutes and had it unlocked in 30 seconds. Very nice guys and quick service!

250 bucks to tow my car less than a mile and store for 8 hours. This place is highway robbery and they will overcharge. If you want reasonable prices, this is not the place for you. That is my only complaint, as everything else was good, but if I had known I would have gone elsewhere. I know of others in the area that charge much less and they have the same quality equipment as JES.

I called this towing company and within two minutes they came because i had locked my keys in my car. Called RU police and the city police, both couldn’t open my door and within in seconds they had my door open. AMAZING!

Great service. I live next door to the tow yard and have heard and witnessed several interactions between Shawn and customers. He has always been nothing but professional no matter how the person acted toward him. Shawn and JES Towing have gone out of their way to help both me and my roommates on several occasions. I have dealt with many tow truck companies over the years and JES Towing has always been the quickest to respond to calls no matter what time and provide great service.

In a word: Professional. Ive been towed by these guys before and yea its a bummer I didnt see the sign in time but that was my fault. They get a lot of heat for just doing their job and thats unfair. Since then, Ive called them on snow days to help pull my car out so I can get to my job and they were always kind, understanding, and speedy with their help. I would have been in much tougher spots if it werent for them.

They have towed me multiple time before from lots I did not have a pass for, which is my fault. But yesterday they towed me from my own lot that I have a parking pass for. They will send threatening letters for bad reviews of the company as seen below.

Shawn, Amber, and Jonathan are top-notch at what they do. Shawn is one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. Racist, Drunk, non-compassionate is not Shawn at all. We have done business with them and have never had a problem. I highly recommend JES towing.

All these bad reviews are obviously untrue with false accusations. I cant believe some of the things people will say just because they are angry. I know the owner and driver of this company and i can assure you that they are professional and kind individuals. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of their service. Truthful their prices are very fair so you will not be dissapointed.

These guys are nothing but awesome and professional and go out of their way to help people any hour of the day or night. Sounds like some entitled kid got mad because he didnt follow the signs and got his car towed and now is butt hurt over it and had all his little friends leave bad reviews for an honest hard working company. I would always recommend these guys and always do. Dont let a few unmature individuals sway your opinion because this is a great company. Some people need to grow up and realize there are rules and you are not above them.

These guys are great! I’ve used their services more than I once. In one of those instances, a couple years ago, while driving On Rock Rd I slid on ice and got stuck in the ditch on the side of the road. I Called these guys up and they were there in less than 30 mins to pull me out and get me on my way. Right after they got me out, they walked back to the lady behind me (who was also stuck) to see if she needed help. I would definitely recommend calling these guys anytime you need a tow!

I was towed because I parked in front of my gf’s car. The lot at our apartment is small so she just told me to park in front of her since I leave early for work. I called and asked why it was towed and he sounded half drunk and/or asleep. So annoying being that someone is always parked like that daily. Terrible company to deal with. They claimed I was “double parked” in a fire lane. There’s no sign or markings saying no parking or that it is a fire lane. And by definition I was NOT double parked. Screw JES Towing and the office guy was a complete jackass!

I don’t usually give reviews but felt this time I have to. We broke down driving through Radford on our way back to North Carolina. We called JES and they were there within minutes. The drivers name I believe was Shawn and he even helped us find a room to stay in while waiting for our car to be fixed. This guy went above and beyond any tow service I’ve ever dealt with. Huge thanks for your compassion and professionalism!

Wonderful company with hometown, family oriented fundamentals that exude quality, honesty and a respectful business. They always go over and beyond to help individuals in the community to best of their abilities. They treat everyone with the upmost respect even when the due respect they deserve insnt given in return. They carry on in a thankless job that carries a lot of responsibility and danger, just to provide a service and do their job. I wouldnt hesitate to call on JES if the need arose.

Friend mine was over for maybe 2 hours and they towed his car around 10pm at night. Completely unacceptable. 160 dollar fee to move it less than a mile down the road. These guys are crooks and just want your money. Avoid them at all costs.Response to owner: State law says no fee shall exceed 150. So that means youre just high balling people to make a quick buck. Like I said nothing but a bunch of crooks.

Had a touch get towed here from my sons house and they wanted us to pay $800 for storage after it was reported stolen and the cops couldnt even find it. They helped us out and we only. Paid $550

Its pretty sad when something doesnt go your way because you were in the wrong with having your car towed, you have to get your friends to try and trash and bash someone work place and tell lies about them so everyone can see to try and hurt his business because of your doing!!! I would give zero stars if it were an option. Many of these reviews refer to the company using the term crook and I couldn’t agree more. COLLEGE STUDENTS AND RADFORD RESIDENTS BEWARE! The owner is sue happy, if he can’t get money out of you by towing your car he will make up some lies and slap you with a law suit. This company is money hungry to the point of stealing from innocent families with babies to support. Not the type of local business I will ever support.

JES towing is directly next to our house so i have gotten to witness tons of people coming to get their vehicles from the lot. I have also been one of those people. In the 3 years that I have lived here I have had hundreds of interactions with both the owner and shawn, truck driver, and I have NEVER heard or seen anything but respect from those two in regards to a person or their property. Being the next door neighbor we often have students knocking on our door or in our yard. Normally when that happens they are rude with me until they find out that I am not the tow yard. Nobody wants to get towed and have to pay to get their car out but unfortunately it happens. When it does it is nobodys fault but the driver and you have no right to treat these hard working and polite men like dogs or bash them online because you are upset about your inability to read parking signs.These men arent targeting you personally or parking your car where it doesnt belong. As to the racist and drunk comments there has never been any alcohol consumption over there and Shawn is a decent man who wouldnt treat people with anything but respect. He has talked to most of the people we have over to the house and they come in all shapes and colors and never once has he said anything even remotely racist. Shame on the snowflakes and temper tantrum toddlers that got towed and are now bashing these guys on these reviews your parents didnt raise you right!

JES Towing is one of the best companies in Radford and the surrounding areas. These accusations of over charging are like the owner says part of new laws. Everyone’s a lawyer and knows the laws until someone educated them on it. These guys will go above and beyond to help you if need be. But they do have a business to run and they run that business excellently! Top knotch service and customer friendly! I will recommend them to everyone!!!!
