This service is run by the owner who is an extremely skilled, intelligent, and thoughtful person. He gives the best customer service ever and I have called them a few times. He always comes faster than the insurance ETA, he offers more solutions and better prices EVERY TIME. He hires great people, too. I wont recommend or call upon anyone else.

I didn’t choose Xtreme, my insurance company did and I’m glad. We were in town for a Virginia Tech basketball game and started having brake problems. The truck arrived well within the ETA provided by the roadside assistance team at the insurance company. Xtreme was courteous, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Our insurance company gave us a little over an hour ETA for them to come get us and Adam, the owner, made it out in about 15 minutes. He was very personable and made sure that our car was taken care of. He knew all about which auto store to take it to and could not have been more spot on. Highly recommend working with these guys for any car related issues you may face!

My car died on campus at VT and within 30 minutes of my insurance company contacting him he was there. He was very personable and let me know that the shop I was dropping my car off at was good and even drove me home. As a college student who has never had to deal with anything like this before, he made a stessful situation no one wants to be in much better than I would have expected!

Incredibly nice guy. Responded rapidly in the middle of the crazy snow-ice road emergency on 12/13/17. Very friendly, worked fast, and made sure he had towed us to a safe location before dropping us off. We were stuck out in 20-degree weather on a steep, precarious road. It was a rather dangerous position and he got us out carefully and efficiently. Really cant say enough how much I appreciated this guy and I didnt even get his name. Thanks, Xtreme Towing! My girlfriends car wouldnt start. We were pretty confident what the problem was but needed a tow to get it repaired. He came out to pick the vehicle up, not only did he identify the actual problem, but he got the car started. Further, he gave recommendations on how best to affordably get the car fixed. Will certainly never forget this and if I ever find a need, know who to call. Thanks!

Best towing experience we have ever had. They were over 25min early than what our insurance company said they would arrive to pick us up after my car completely died on the highway. They were kind, friendly, informative, and it felt like they genuinely had our best interest in mind, not just towing our car. They actually took us to the Enterprise business because we were traveling and only halfway through our trip when we broke down and we needed a rental to get us all the way home. He stayed there through the entirety of the process; he had connections with the branch manager at the Enterprise and made direct calls for us before we even got there. He offered to board our car for free at his shop and he could fix it for much less than the dealership could. Awesome service. I wouldnt recommend anyone else in the area.

Great service, Owner Operated, Very Nice guy, extremely Fair when it comes to fees. Helped us fix our issue in about 10 mins, and didnt overcharge for what he did.
