Update: Michelle is amazing and fixed my hair as best as possible. So I will say A+ on the customer service side of thingsNot 100% disappointed with my haircut and highlights but for $240 I just expected the length of my hair to at least match on the left and right sides (I did get layers but I mean the overall length) as well as I’d hoped my highlights went as close to my roots as possible as they look grown out and choppy and I just got them done 4 days ago. The physical color came out ok.

I’ve been going to Jess for a little while now. Prior to her, I’ve never really got what I wanted for my hair, particularly with color. Jess does an excellent job whenever I get a cut or color. Would absolutely recommend. She’s also very sweet, professional, and personable. Sometimes lengthy hair appointments can lead to awkward conversation. Never felt that here !The salon has been really amazing through Covid and I always felt safe there. They maintain a very clean space safe for their customers.All of the staff I have interacted with has always been incredibly pleasant the owner, Micki included. They create a very welcoming environment.

I have been a customer for 2 years now. I started with only hair cut but then I felt I can trust them with getting my dark hair to be ash blonde. And I was right. Jess do an amazing job every time I visit. She makes sure I enjoy my experience at the salon. Now I do a regular visit for root touch us and hair cut. If you have wavy dark hair and very nervous to get a new look try Jess, she is awesome.

Friendly people and clean place. One of the worst haircuts that I’ve received in a long time. It’s uneven and absolutely no style to it. Definitely too pricey for the level of cut I received.

Worst haircut of my adult life by an awful excuse for a barber named Dally. I told him just a trim and he basically shaved my head. I kept saying that’s too much and to just use scissors. He kept ignoring to ask me if I have stock at my company and how much money that is. I had an event this weekend and I’m going to wear a hat. Truly awful place - that guy Dally should never be allowed to have a customer again.

I wish I could give 10 stars I absolutely love this salon !It’s so cute and trendy inside and the staff are all so so friendly, I love going there And getting my hair done it’s legit the only place I’ve ever went and will ever go! My stylist is Jaclyn and she is Amazing!!! She always does such an amazing job and she listens to what your looking to do to your hair, and she’s so nice, I love being there . I highly recommend!!!’

I had my first visit with Jess at Leonardos and have to say they are awesome! Jess was amazing! I saw her after receiving a bad haircut so it was her task to fix it haha. She took the time to listen to what it was that I wanted to do and made suggestions for me to achieve that. My hair came out even better than I had hoped. She was very personable and professional. The salon itself is great as well. The staff was super friendly. They are taking all necessary COVID precautions and I felt extremely safe. The salon is in a great location with plenty of parking. I emailed the owner later on that day to tell her about my experience and she promptly responded thanking me for my business. All in all AWESOME experience. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new stylist or salon!! Thanks Jess and everyone at Leonardos!!

Hands down the best salon experience Ive ever had. The entire staff is so kind and helpful! Plus they take their COVID safety very seriously. I have curly hair and in the past other salons didnt handle it very well, thankfully that was not the case here. Jess was the stylist who took care of me and made the cut I wanted a reality. She took the time to explain to me what she was doing and why, and I loved the end result so much. I will definitely being coming back

This place is fantastic and they are also doing great with the COVID precautions, very clean place. They offer online scheduling too, and are very flexible to make an appointment at your convenience. My hair was done by Micki and gotten my best hair-cut in years, so would love to recommend 100% to everyone. As an owner of the Salon, she cares about the customer satisfaction which I absolutely loved about this place. I definitely dont have to look for other Salon now, and happy to found this place, which is so close to my home and I can get a pretty hair-cut anytime :) :)

It was my first visit to Leonardos Salon and my worst haircut ever. Uneven bangs, untrimmed neck and poor blow dry for $75. Too high price for mediocre result.

I went to Leonardo’s just for Ramy. He has been my stylist for two years now. He has the best vision for your hair in terms of cut and color. Of all the balayage I have done, Ramy has performed the best balayage and he always recovers my hair as well. His cut is also amazing and is fitting to your face shape. His work is precise and perfect. I highly recommend Ramy at Leonardo’s Salon! He is the best!!

These ladies really know their stuff. Even for a guy, they treat you with respect and are willing to talk through your hair decisions. Ive had highlights and haircuts here and its always spot on. Laura Jane, who isnt there anymore, was even able to give me red highlights without using bleach at all!!They offer lots of other services as well that Ill never use but Im sure theyre wonderful.

I went to Leonardos for over two years and love their work. Jessica does amazing haircuts and color. And their new location is great. I just unfortunately had to stop going there due to my own budget restraints. I do wish they offered more deals for their customers as incentives, but they dont really need to because they are so good :-)

Leonardo’s is a fabulous salon and spa! Jess is a wonderful stylist who listens and complies with your wishes. She makes suggestions and makes sure you are happy with everything before she is finished. The staff is competent and friendly. They make you feel comfortable throughout your experience. I have been a client for many years and have always left feeling very pleased. The owner, Mikki, couldn’t be nicer. You will leave the salon feeling great! 😊 Enjoy!

I love this place. Employees are nice, the owner is very welcoming, friendly and caring. They do a really good job every time my girls go there. The only downside for me is that, they are on the little expensive side. I wish they were little more affordable so I can take my daughters more often and who knows I could even treat myself someday. All and all, it’s a really good place.

Best haircut I ever had.

Leonardo’s is a hidden gem. I had no idea such a great salon was so close to me. I moved to the area from South Boston years ago and would drive back for my hair apts, pay for parking (or get a ticket) and pay Boston salon rates which was getting to be challenging so needed to make a change. I was a bit nervous to make a change but found Leonardo’s on-line and called for an apt. Micki (the owner) was very professional and answered all my questions and scheduled my 1st apt with Lynn who is amazing. She is very talented, personable and patient. My schedule changes often and Lynn is always willing to work with me if I have to reschedule which is extremely important for me. She listens and really cares about making you look great.Everyone there is always so helpful and accommodating. Lots of parking across the st and in the back. I would highly recommend Leonardo’s (especially Lynn) to anyone looking for a new salon.

Leonardo’s is great. Jessica is phenomenal. She does exacting cuts and color. Wish I was still in Quincy. The shop is well set up and spacious. They have their own parking lot in the back and are across from a municipal lot too!

Im not so happy with my hair cut. It doesnt look even or in shape when i put my hair on the front of my shoulders.

This was my first time at Leonardos Salon, and I was so impressed. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk hung up my coat and I was welcomed with a warm neck wrap and offered a cup of coffee while I waited for my stylist to finish with his client. Not only did Marc cut and color my hair exactly as we discussed but he also has a great personality and was so fun to talk to. Im new to the Quincy area and Im so thankful I found Marc at Leonardos Salon.

I was new to the Quincy area and was in desperate need of a haircut and a new salon to go to, especially one that wouldnt break the bank. I finally decided to go to Leonardos after reviewing many other salons. The first time I went Jessica was my stylist. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she cut my long hair into a lob with an undercut. She did an amazing job with the cut and styling and it was exactly what I wanted. The second time I just went in to trim my undercut and have a chevron design added and that was done great too. I will definitely continue to keep going back.

I recently went to Leonardo’s Salon for first time and I loved the place, and the amiability of Michelle. I had a great and cute hair cut .I’ll continue doing my hair with them and definitely I recommend this place

Nice atmosphere but salon skills are low. Ive tried 3x to get a decent cut and color and each time the stylist made a mistake. Haircut uneven, hot spots on my roots in coloring, this last time she cut the back of my hair and I had to tell her to cut and clean the ends on my sides. Paid $100! Never again. Shame on the owner not reinforcing skills or checking on clients.

Although I havent been back to Leonardos for 6 months due to medical issues, I was always very satisfied with the outcome of my visit there. Micky is the best, she knows exactly what I need in the way of cut and colour. I plan to go back asap.

They advertise Devacurl cuts with Jessica, but CURLY GIRLS BEWARE!! By her own admission, she is not passionate about curly hair, doesnt serve a majority curly clientele, and got trained merely at the request of the salon owner. I paid a premium price for the name devacut, and Jessicas service wasnt worth it at all.She used products with protein on my fine, low porosity hair despite me describing my hair that way. I expected a lesson on my hair care, but her tips were absolutely not right for my hair type. Her poor styling technique left me with a ridiculously uneven cut.I didnt ask for a lot of length off, just to take out the side sweep & asymmetry, so I feel like I asked for something simple & didnt get it. I felt like my appointment must have been rushed because Jessica was late to the appointment & had another customer waiting.I also didnt receive any feedback from the owner when I brought these issues to their attention. No follow up at all! They really do not seem to care about the service they provide.

I am extremely happy with the results, price and service. I had bad experiences with a high end salon in Braintree. Leonardos staff and products are just as good with out the high price.
