Lee in the Quincy Illinois store was amazing. His professionalism and knowledge was impressive. He fixed the issue in less then 5 minutes. He offered other services of which I needed none but it wasn’t a hard sell. He definitely is an asset to your company. The wait time was minimal. The staff pleasant. But he was exceptional.

Went into att to transfer some lines to a different plan. Levi was such a great help!! He was so friendly and outgoing, he answered all my questions and explained everything so well. Plus walked out with some new purchases. Very pleased with my experience and highly recommend. Not to mention all the other great sales people...super friendly and very helpful!!

Very knowledgeable people. Only complaint was they were more concerned with closing(after we had been there an hour) than helping us set up or new phones. We had to do it ourselves, which was a cluster.

False advertising and signage throughout store, and complete unwillingness to honor the pricing. Store associate even committed to telkign manager about incorrect signage from special that had ended a few days ago. Also, super unorganized and long wait lists. Blaming everything on workers who quit and didnt know what they were doing. What a joke! Moving to TMobile! Poorly managed!!!!

That Lee guy was a solid baller a$$ dude. Helped my mom out with everything from top to bottom. She went from a 3g phone to a 5g and he made sure she left with full knowledge of that phone. Guy goes above and beyond what they are probably suppose to be doing for us. Thanks quincy ATT for training exceptional staff. Long wait times though. #Covid

Even with an appointment expect to wait 30+ minutes. Had to make 3 different trips to town, twice with appointments made hours in advance and still had to wait over 30 minutes to be serviced. No appointment? Best not expect service for at least 1-2 hours. Poorly staffed location. Also had to pay another tech shop in town to actually finish my new phone setup, poor customer service for a major phone company.

Told me 1 hour wait, turned into 3 hours....3rd visit regarding same issue. Smh manager should always be available to handle things the reps cant, I cant leave my place of business for lunch...I eat while I wait on customers, sometimes my food gets cold in process but my store is ALWAYS handled professionally. This was a very unprofessional way to handle a customer service store, and shouldnt be adding to the stress of customers dealing with the loss of a spouse.

Helpful employees, unhelpful phone line. Anytime I try to call I get a this location is closed message, followed by store hours, even though I know they are open because I am calling during store hours to reschedule an appointment.

Absolute Terrible Customer Service. Has owed us a credit of $350 for almost 8 months and I’m constantly getting manager is on it is awaiting area manager to push through. There is no reason for this and I’m done and taking my 4 lines elsewhere!!

Worse store, terrible service. Wife waited over 2 hrs to change her SIM card and there were only other 3 customers. She left and had it done at another store and just took under 10 minutes. How can a company be so inefficient and incompetent. Time to change carriers if this is the way ATT treats its customers. All fees no service.

Took forever to get served and I had to go outside to wait for a hour and 35 minutes then when I got inside and trying to get a pre paid plan the sale guy had to ask everyone before saying he could help me then he lost my sim card before activation of the new card and he had a hard time doing that as well

Jason was so helpful! He really worked hard to figure out how to offer the same promotion that I was being offered on the phone. He was also able to set up my wireless hotspot correctly in an amazingly short span of time, after 8-10 people had tried to do the same and failed to do so. Thanks so much Jason!

Well we paid over 300 dollars for activation on new line and taxes only on a buy one get one free phone. But now 7 or 8 months later we are getting billed for the supposed free phone along with the one we agreed to upgrade to. Their response is that offer was expired 6 days before our purchase???? How is that not the store employeers fault and not ours????

Called them four times. Cant even leave voicemails. Whats the point of having a business if youre not going to answer phone calls? Next time you penalize someone for not calling you back, it might be because you never pick up. Even though I dont fit in that category I can sympathize with the ppl who fit in that category. Youre out of town, many dont have the luxury to simply walk to you with their problems. If youre understaffed, get more.

I love that they have chairs for you to sit in while you wait, though they arent the most comfortable. The staff are friendly and they keep track of your place in line for you so people dont cut and so you can do something else while you wait.
