Evidently the previous review of terminix was false because I just got text messages from one of their workers saying that I had to have the money up front even though they got all my account information and now I cant get services for the WASP infestation that I have they told me to find somebody else then if I couldnt come up with the money yet they were told it would be the end of the month and they said that was fine so you cant trust anything they say

He is very nice. He worked hard and good communication. Answers all questions and gives good feed back. The price is great and they do follow ups. I am glad I have hired them to take care of the problem in my home.

Attentive service and always friendly. They call before they come out and let me know what they found before they leave. Bug free for me!

When we had fleas, they were very responsive to our needs to have service between--twice. Our person asks what we are seeing and having trouble with and treats for that. I appreciate that. My family also used this company so we have a very long history.

They are very nice. But after your with them they dont show up when they are suppose too. No calls or texts. I was told if I had something to do not to wait on them they would come back. That does help get rid of bugs.

I was lied to by the field tech. For 3 months I was lied to about treatment. I have moved on to a different company because termanex could not take care of my problem. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company like that. Out alot of money now and still have problems. Do not recommend to anyone, unless you want to throw your money away and be lied to right to your face. No professionally at all!!

Very very poor customer service. Ive been trying to cancel service for a month now via multiple contact options and nobody will get back to me or cancel our services. Im canceling due to nobody showing up when they said they would and the incredibly poor quality. Spiders have never left in the three years weve had Terminix among other critters. If i could give zero stars I would. As Im typing this Im still being charged for service Ive been trying to cancel for a month.

I will never use them again.

Alan Stout was wonderful to start the process of taking care of our home, beginning with initial consultation. Dave, who actually performed the services we required was wonderful as well. Both men were respectful, knowledgeable and very easy to work with to take care of our home.

If I could give negative stars I would. Impossible to contact anyone when you need to. Everyone passes the buck constantly

They all did what they were supposed to do. It was an easy process.

Worst extermination place I have ever dealt with. The first lady put the bed cover on incorrectly (the zipper is messed up and instead of fixing it or getting a new one she left it, it now doesnt zip at all). She didnt show up for the schedule time and lied about how many visits she could do. The last guy made me feel like a burden when I was trying to set up scheduled times, I never seen any change in the bugs and didnt show up on time. The last time I tried setting up a time for him to come out he said he had was busy with other customers and couldnt come out. I waited a week with no response and quite making payments. Im not going to make payments for service im not receiving. I highly recommend going to someone else!

Completely blown away by the service...we went from having to sweep up hundreds of dead bugs every time we entered our cabin to not seeing even a single insect! Extremely happy so far, will definitely recommend.

These guys rock and got right to the issues. I highly recommend Terminex and will most assuredly Renee my contract.

They are not working weekends or holidays after being told we would have someone sent out the next day. Very upset with the service.

Had a terrible time trying to reach someone to come out. Terrible attitude from the people we talked to and the guy that came out and sprayed for us wasn’t too friendly either.

Very upset with the service,1800.00 later and i done everything that was asked,but when they was supposed to retreat they didnt come back when supposed to do the bugs didnt get fixed and no responses when they say they coming,have waiited multiple time when they said they be here and then they never show up,the times they did come to retreat i counted minutes on my phone parked down the road 2 of the times it was 4 minutes and my house is huge so no way they treated it that fast

It helps but not well enough....
