New home owner with a pest issue in the basement. Ladybug sent out a team member within 24 hours of my first call and coordinated around my schedule to accommodate the visit. Throughout the 5 week process, the team was extremely communicative and friendly. Took care of my pest issue and made it easy and stress free for me! I dealt mostly with the technician Nate and he was extremely pleasant to work with. Would recommend to a friend with a pest issue!

Ladybug is the best! They are so responsive, its actually amazing. Who ever plans to call an exterminator? It always comes up unexpectedly and having Ladybug to call on when you have an unwelcome visitor is a great asset. We have an annual plan with them and it is worth every penny.

I called Linda on Sunday in a panic about bugs in my bathroom. I told her what I thought it was and she said she’d have someone out to do an inspection the next day. Mike was absolutely wonderful. He diagnosed the issue and even though he wasn’t able to help, he referred me to someone who could. It’s so hard to find an honest company these days, it seems like everyone is out to try to make a buck, but Mike and Linda cared more about fixing my issue than having a pay day themselves (I’m sure another company would have “fixed” the bug issue and charged me). I will be forever grateful for their responsiveness, consideration, and professionalism. They’ve gained forever customers in my fiancé and I. We can’t recommend Ladybug Pest Control highly enough.

About a month ago we started finding hornets in our home! After the third, we searched online and found Ladybug. It was a Sunday afternoon so I left a message, and they called me back by 9 am the next day and had someone sent out within 2 hours. Very personable both on the phone and in person. Managed to find the new hive and flushed them out. About a month later we saw some activity and since Ladybug has a 90 warranty, called them back out and they sprayed some repellent over the whole house. A lovely company that I will use again and highly recommend!

They resolve the bee problem at my Dads House and with a guarantee for 3 months it was a good price and the bee problem was big they did a good job. They are friendly and professional.

Lady Bug Pest Control did a wonderful job. 1St they were punctual, they said between 12 and 1 and got there at 12:15.. the laid down poison and traps filled holes check the attic and the basement. Linda was very nice and informative. I recommend them highly!!!!!!!!!

Great communication, professionalism and no more ants!

This place has racist, and unprofessional people without any degree. They hired stupid people that probably are criminals. They hired people have no respect whatsoever for owner property. The delivery guy, never rang any of the doorbells, he just walked onto the property like he owns the property. This is not his property at all!He trespassed, and ignored all doors. He should have the courtesy to knock one of the doorbell or ring the doorbell.100% DISRESPECTFULLY PEOPLE!I know they’re doing their job but they should’ve let the owner know when they’re coming exactly(time/day).This person could have robbed the place blind or worst. We should have the same respect like anyone else but they didn’t respect us at all.I have to witness my family, and I have to go through this, that’s terrible.I have to report this case this is very frustrating, and disappointing on their service.I would never recommend this company to anyone.Do the work on your own, it’s safer. Have cameras in your property or take pictures with your phone.Hire people with degree, trained them well. This experience was terrible. This company is very unethical.

Jennifer, Mike, Linda and everyone at Ladybug are top notch. They have taken care of a number of jobs for me at my house and at a rental property I own including bees, ants, and squirrels. The customer service experience is beyond anything you could hope for. They offered advice on repair work, and even helped contact several vendors using their own personal connections in order for me to find a solution. Mike, who does the work in the field, provided his cell phone number and met me at my property on very short notice just to go over in person the areas of concern for re-infestation after treatment. I then requested some extensive and specific documentation from them, which they provided in a very timely manner. I can’t say enough about these guys—you won’t be disappointed if you have a pest problem—call them! They really go above and beyond.

I had Ladybug out last year when the home we moved into had mice. They were wonderful.

We were using a different company & would have to wait a week anytime we called. We switched to lady bug & havent looked back. They always bring someone out within 24 hrs of the call. The guy crawled under our deck & our neighbors deck looking for any entry points for rodents. They are prompt, explain what they are doing, ask alot of questions. We are as happy as one can be when dealing with getting rid of unwanted critters.

This company has no patience when they make a mistake. I scheduled a service, they messed up and went to the incorrect address. Called spoke with Linda, the owner, and Caleb, the account manager, both agreed to have it redone. Comes the day scheduled and they claim to have shown up. I expressed the importance of the job needed due to severe health conditions of one of the tenants in the house. To which Linda the owner said I don’t care. Yet she charged me for their mess up. Screamed over the phone when I complained about her trying to reschedule it 3 weeks out from the original date. If you schedule them know that the contractors are professional. But the owner is extremely rude and has no sense of understanding to certain circumstances when HER team messed up.They have come out to two of my properties and did a job were the rodents returned again and again.Wont use them again due to the owner’s lack of professionalism.
