Prompt, and the specialist who came to our home did a great job of assessing our needs. Did a good job of spraying the foundation and eaves. Highly recommend!!

ODonnells does a great job treating our house. Their employees are always prompt and communicate well.

I called ODonnell Pest Control three times for advice. The first time I got a woman who was hesitant to give me information, even though I asked her if I needed to come in and get product from their store and she told me no, what I had bought at Wal-Mart was fine (it was an ant spray). The second time I spoke with a man who was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions. I called back a third time on a different day and got the woman again. I wanted to ask a few questions about the foggers and the woman told me she didnt understand why I kept calling them! I thought this was extremely rude! I was willing to do/buy anything from them to get rid of my problem. I will never go into this store again or use their services. This woman needs to take a customer service class. She ruined all chances of ever getting my business and I will be sure to tell my family and friends about it!

Odonells has been spraying at the house on 2206 Spruce, Quincy, IL. They have sprayed several times and they still have not gotten the job done. They were suppose to get rid of bugs in the bank of front yard and they are still there. When I saw them, they were only spot spaying the bugs nests, instead of spaying the whole front yard.I am VERY unhappy with the service.My in-laws may get your service again, but my husband and I will go to another company if we ever need an exterminator again.
