My drain plug was rounded off and blue loctite was placed. When I called the place they said it wasnt them and that they couldnt do anything about it. Even though it was the last place that I went for my oil change. I had to get a new gasket, oil pan, and drain plug. Costing me a small fortune. I would never recommend this place and I will never go back.

You can tell they cared, felt welcomed as a guest...not just a customer.Longer review:I was traveling cross country with my family and had a concern with our vehicles oil level. I was in and out...I didn’t have the car flat when I checked the oil and didn’t turn off the ignition...because I’m not intelligent. The technician checked the fluid level and chuckled...he said “you’re good to go”, and explained to me why the level seemed off. He could have easily charged me for a complete oil change and I would have never questioned it but he didn’t, because he didn’t need to. Honesty in action. This was one of the most efficient, friendly, and professional places I’ve been to in years. I will send my family here in the future.

I used to work at this place by far the most scandalous place in Quincy. They will try and get you for all the money you have in your pocket. They will sell you synthetic oil and put regular oil in your car. They will try and sell you a 40 dollar air filter that cost 12 dollars at walmart they are also vary prejudice against race. I would not recommend going here. Red roof or walmart is your best bet. Unless you like being completely screwed out of your hard earned money.

Had me in and out in 30 min or so they even added a oil additive I provided very professional a little pricy but they filled my washer fluid reservoir I had not had time to due to my busy schedule

Beware of this place and if I was you Id go elsewhere.The owner is the guy you should stay away from very important.

Awesome service. They dont try to nickle and dime you on things like other mechanic shops in town do. Will definitely be a return customer.

When I arrived, I asked about a full synthetic oil change. I was then told they offer two kinds, and when I asked for what the differences was, I was told, “I guess ones better than than the other.” So having not been given any reason to pay $17 more for the Mobile 1 Full synthesized, I said I would take the house blend synthetic. 8 mins later, on the dot, (only positive experience of the event) I was told it was done, and that my total was $37 something. They didn’t even put in the correct oil! Instead of apologizing, the lady replied, “That’s just too bad, oops..”Once I got on the road, I noticed they drained my washer fluid, but didn’t refill it, and none of my windows were washed, but the 🤚prints from the employee’s hands were all over my windowsWill NOT be returning, and I would suggest to those looking for an oil change to go ELSEWHERE.

I stopped in for an oil change as I had in the past, the mechanics were very nice and respectful but the lady at the counter was rude and patronizing when I asked a question about the prices instead of answering the question she decided to patronize us and not only didnt answer the question but asked me a rude question instead. I also asked if our account showed showed records of our last visits and if she could see if it showed that he was a veteran since he had forgot his military ID at home. She one blew his military service off and rudely retorted that she wanted the ID. You really should remember customer service is an important part of the business and needs to be reevaluated. On a more important note I am applauded at the way you treated someone who served this country and question their integrity. I will be sharing my experiences with the MANY MANY folks I encounter daily. My husband and I will not be returning to this location.
