Took my F 150 in for an oil change. They called and said I needed new wiper blades and a rear license plate light bulb. I told them I had the wiper blades but to go ahead with the light bulb. The bill for the bulb and labor was $49.00. I asked, why so high? I was told because they had to remove part of the bumper. That did not sound right. Took the truck home looked at the license plate light, got a flat head screw driver, popped out the light assembly, twisted the assembly to open and expose the bulb. Reassembled and popped it back in, all in less than three minutes. I have now lost all confidence in a business I totally trusted. Price of bulb ranges from $3.00 to $6.00.

Came here to get a quote for my breaks. I decided to go elsewhere because I got a better quote elsewhere. I called them ahead of time to let them know I was on my way to get the car.When I arrived they had another car blocking it in that needed a tire mounted on it, why? Idk.. it took them 20 minutes just to walk outside to remount the tire. It took over 40 minutes just for me to get my car back. 🤦🏻‍♀️

They were able to get me in very quickly and look at my tire. The location is very clean and staff is friendly.

They charged me 40 dollars to plug a tire and tried telling me they put a steel belted plug in and that they had more success with plugs than patches. This is the exact reason I am in school to become an ASE and ford certified technician. Its places like this that give a bad rep to mechanics

Slow leak in tire. Reached out on a Sunday via site and heard back from manager Monday am. Set Tuesday appointment and took me in and repaired tire and out in 30 minutes. Friendly and engaging lady at desk quarterbacking the place. Well done!

I have a fleet vehicle. I brought it in just to have the headlight replaced. They caught my badly worn brakes and still managed to get me taken care of and on the road as quickly as they could. Which was good considering I live over 2 hours away. Very friendly and helpful staff. Im in Quincy twice a month. I will have my scheduled service done here from now on.

My girlfriend and I fixed here car at Summy’s almost a month ago and they gave me a list of things and we decided to tell them to fix everything that needs to be fixed. I thought everything was fine until Friday night my girlfriend called saying she didn’t have any breaks. I’m not very happy at all and this is a huge problem and when I went in to try to tell them about it they made it my fault! How’s that work?

Very knowledgeable and Very polite and friend staff. Had some problems with my car and they got the issues fixed same day if possible. Took time to explain all the work they did and what needed to be done. Always consulted me prior to doing any work to make sure it was okay with me if it was going to take awhile. Definitely recommend.

Taking your car here is not only cheaper than taking it to a dealer but you can trust that it will be done the correct. Ethically you can trust the individuals working on the car will not be price gauging you and will not recommend something to be done that isnt necessary. In todays society these people are rare in that they can be trusted and are highly recommended!!

I was in town for a few days and started having issues with my battery connection. I was leaving the next morning to drive home to Dallas. I pulled in at 5pm and asked if they could find the problem. They took it in immediately, diagnosed the problem and had me out the door in 20 minutes. Didnt try to upcharge me for anything! I couldnt be happier with the service I received!

Midas has been servicing my vehicles over 4 years and these folks do a terrific job. They go the extra mile in service and I always feel confident when I leave that I will have trouble free driving.

I just have to oil change my brand new car and they even did it right, they forgot to close oil thing and all the oil is on all over my car engine and engine start making weird noise so they had to send to the my car dealer.I wouldnt suggest this at all.Try some other places.
