The definition of awful!!! The lady Peggy is extremely rude she has a nasty attitude. When dealing with her youll receive the worst customer service experience. She has a persona that doesnt fit her face.
By far the worst post office. Every interaction feels like the employees are doing a favor to us.
The office has notice on every window it’s open until 5pm Monday to Friday. The office at 454 Hancock St closed earlier than 5pm. I arrived at 4:55pm for a book of stamps. Easy in and out. When I knocked on the door the staff never greeted me. They ignored my knocking and stayed silent. Horrible customer service.
This man blocked me in in the lot of my apartment and tried to intimidate me until he saw my camera
Overall, I had a positive experience every time I had to sort out an issue here. That being said, there was one older gentleman who yelled at me because the date I stamped was three days old. I stamped it on Friday and turned in the package on Monday. Not sure why this was a big deal, but he yelled at me, saying that they were going to think that he held onto the package. Not sure why that needed to be said. Otherwise, the post officers (is that the name for people who work at the post office?) have been friendly and helpful.

Today I have sent something to my hometown, These two ladies let me feel so warm. As you know, at this time every day have over hundreds packages sent to China that really tough work. But they still have patience with all the things, and help me find fit box and packaging for me. I went to there 4:45pm and they closed on 5:00pm. Everyone wants finished work shortly. But they are spent extra time for me. I want to say thank you. Clerk:03

This place should be 0 stars the extra one is for the extra effort the older gentleman givesboth men working here are nice and i wish i could say the same for othersthe women always make me switch the priority flat rate boxes to priority only even though they are not supposed tothere is no communication and they want to be controlling when they are not even rightyou CAN use priority flat rate boxes with priority mailing and the one in Quincy Center main one will tell you that. It’s horrible i switched 10 boxes until i found out the truth!
I run a small business and I go to this branch several times a week. The staff at this branch are so nice and so helpful. I run an ecommerce business and while we could arrange for pick up at my home, I much prefer the staff here for a nice chat a few times a week
If I could give zero star, I would. I work in an office nearby. I go there often. The guy who works there is extremely rude and this not the first time that he behaved like this. Will never go there again.
There’s an old guy that works here that is EXTREMELY rude to customers. I’ve been here to turn in my packages on three separate occasions and he was unbelievably rude to me and other customers on all three occasions. How is this dude not fired? He’s an absolute disgrace to the facility.I’m also not surprised to see that other reviewers share a similar experience as me in regard to this individual. USPS need to look into this worker ASAP.
I think staff here are nice, they work hard for family too, hope ppl respect them, and I think they will respect you too.

Delivery drivers dont even bother to ring the door bell when making a package delivery.. Missed many packages because of negligence.. Unacceptable..
Lost my $100+ package and failed to scan it as missing so getting a refund from the seller will be extremely complicated and difficult. Ive filed complaints with regional headquarters as well as the local branch management.DO YOUR F***ING JOBS YOU LAZY PIECES OF S**T.
Theres parking and the staff were very helpful when I needed to ship an item internationally.
