In the past couple of months FedEx has miss placed my packages a lot. Delaying them. Just had one set in Quincy Illinois for an extra 4 days. Keeper delaying the package for no reason. Sad Quincy Fedex sad

The lack of training female clerk did not fill the paperwork correctly so I had to deal with USA and oversea Fedex all by myself, spending numerous time on phone calls and emails. My package was stuck in oversea custom for 7 days and been charged additional $55 . Thanks Quincy Fedex hired such wonderful dumb clerk to challenge customers!

They refuse to deliver my mail and when told I need my EpiPen to live and you know not die they said nothing. Ive lost $1,000s in packages from FedEx and they dont care.

I now how SIX missing packages in less than 3 months that were shipped with FedEx. I try to call the Quincy Illinois location where my packages come from and you can’t talk to anyone. All you can do is call the 800 number and they are absolutely no help at all! All I wanted was to get a message to the Quincy location that the driver is delivering to the wrong house, but they won’t even do that. Therefore someone is enjoying lots of free expensive stuff! Ridiculous!

Chewy shipped my guinea pig food on time, transit was fine, now yesterday and today it left the facility on the truck and has came back delayed both days. The first shipment arrived from them without incident. They need to hire people who are more interested in doing their job correctly than eating donuts and scratching their rears. This isnt over, believe me. My animals deserve their food delivered in the 2 day window as outlined by chewy, and their people work tirelessly to make sure that happens.

Message from FedEx stated my expected package was on their truck and out for delivery on Friday. It never arrived.Second message from FedEx stated it was on their truck and out for delivery on Saturday. It never arrived.Third message from FedEx stated it was rescheduled for delivery on Tuesday.What is going on? Called customer service who stated they would put a tracker on the package to see where it was. Which is useless. I already know its at the Quincy facility and being scanned several times a day, which is easy enough. The trick is to get them off their butts and actually deliver it.

I tried to call but no one answers ever. When I got there to ask a question a lady at the counter was rude and threatened me so I left. I almost called the cps but felt it was a waste of time. Very angry she had to wear a mask too and seemed to have an issue with me being black.

This is nothing about this fedex location, but the company as a whole. All employees at this location are nice and easy to deal with.If I could give zero stars to fedex I would. Every package is late. My biggest issue is I have alot of live fish shipped next day air and every time they are late because they get held up in a sort facility.Dont use fedex overnight. Use UPS or even USPS. Fedex has turned into a joke and they make talking to an actual person damn near impossible unless you go to a facility, and its.not the facility employees fault.

I worked for this company. Funny how they put a friendly lady as the pic for customer service. The woman at the front desk for sure looks nothing like that. The reason your packages are getting thrown is because the drivers are told everyday to hurry and get their job done. Dont blame the drivers, blame management for these actions. I was put on a 2 day suspension with no pay even after they were aware of my mental illnesses. I honestly would take your orders elsewhere. If I could say more I would but i plan on taking this matter to court so we will see what happens.I should also mention that it only took me a little over a month to realize what kind of people is was working for.If anyone has any issues this year with their deliveries feel free to contact me through Facebook. If you need names so that they can be properly reported I would be more than happy to help.

You better check your drivers from the Quincy, IL facility! Yesterday, my package was thrown in a ditch up by the main road, found by a neighbor. Today, members of a church down the road found another one of our packages behind the church! This better get fixed, fast!!! You apparently dont have any type of standards in your hiring process of drivers! This is probably why you wont list your phone number publicly!!! Cowards!

The lady that was working at this location was not very friendly or helpful; she seemed to really hate her job and was taking it out on me and I was already upset.But the driver, John, went above and beyond to deliver my package to me and I appreciate that so, so much.

I had to select one but it is for unexceptible sorry service through this delivery service. I was suppose to receive package today to a facility that is open 24 hours a day and your driver uses excuse no one available for delivery. On top of that you delay my package 4 days till Tuesday for redelivery. What did you do, go to the back door of the building? Lol You either did not step out of your truck to open front door or never attempted delivery to begin with. All future packages through Quincy will be canceled. Poor work ethics on your part. I just hope my package is not ruined. I will call whomever I have to up the ladder to report this horrible service. 00000 that is what I grade FedEx in Quincy, IL.

Don’t know her name, but she is the only one I ever see working this counter. Always friendly and welcoming. I just went to drop a package not realizing they open at 9am and not 8am. Pulled the door, locked, looked at the hours and said well darn. Half way to the car the door opens and she is there with a smile and a “whatcha need sir?” To my surprise she said come on in and took care of the package. Thanks for your awesome customer focus!

Quincy Il to Mo...I purchase something off of eBay Seller sent it ... Fedex Send me an email saying it was dropped off at my front door... I was home that day nothing was dropped off. immediately called fedex and they said they will look into. 2 days later havent heard anything I call them back And they said they were putting it as a lost package.... texted my ebay seller. They refered it to Ebay. Ebay says, fedex confirmed packsge delivered so they closed the case.... tried to talk with FedEx they said Id have to have the seller contact them they cant divulge any more information.. So you Bay and the seller of say case clothes that acts says nothing we could do my last choice was to take a police report out !!!! Total Incompetence of FedEx 0☆ if possible

If I could do ZERO stars I would! You people are a JOKE!!! I have contacted fedex 3 times trying to schedule a pick up, your facility is the ONLY PROBLEM! FedEx corporate says I can pick up, the shippers say I can pick up, and this location (funny how I cannot call this location directly) has called TWICE to tell me that you can’t hold it! WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM!?!?!? This is my daughters birthday gift!! You’re insane! I’m supposed to wait at home and lose my job so you can deliver it whenever you feel like it!!!????

They didnt deliver my package two days in a row even though tracking information said it was on vehicle out for delivery. After a big Hassel I got a live voice at FedEx national headquarters. The customer service representative said my package was put on wrong delivery vehicle and was still on wrong vehicle. I waited one more day. No delivery. I called merchant that shipped via FedEx and cancelled order. Hope they get it back within a year or so so I get my purchase refund. Absolute poor poor service. I wonder how long it would have taken for them to get my package on the right delivery truck. SERVICE STINKS! And Im really impressed when FedEx drives up to my house in BRAND NEW AIR CONDITIONED TRUCKS! Must be tough! Plus they are incredibly INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!!!

Packages lost, not delivered on time and refusal to leave a package at my door even though it doesnt have to be signed for. No door tag is ever left when they attempt a delivery. Will only leave at a walgreens over an hour from my house or I can pay 6 bucks to change the delivery address. I am avoiding retailers that use fedex from now on.

None of the options offered by the automated voice response addressed my problem. Had a lot of difficulty penetrating the system to get a real live person on the line. That person was polite, asked questions and promised I would hear from FedEx about my missing package within two hours. Five hours later, no package and no phone call explaining why it isnt here.

Couldn’t deliver my package today because of a weather delay. It was 53 degrees. This fed ex SUCKS. I cringe when any package is being delivered via Fed ex. Give me UPS anyway!

I would not recommend using this FedEx. My package has been sent out twice on a truck only to be returned to the ship center and now 3 days later is sitting still in Quincy stating Delivery Exception. Ridiculous.

I have had 3 bad deliveries from FedEx IL.. this last one really set me off.. I paid for my package to be delivered in a certain time frame.. My tracking showed that is would be delivered the day that I requested.. No Delivery and I was home ALL day waiting.. I contacted the office and they said We dont know why you did not get your package it shows no attempt to deliver.. And Oh by the way you will have to wait 3 more days for our next deliver attempt!! Nice! Thank you for taking my extra money and leaving me and my customers hanging!! 3rd Bad Delivery from you all

After three bad attempts (two of which I was sitting in the living room for - driver didnt bother to ring the bell) my package that was for a wedding toast today is stuck an hour away. Since its a holiday weekend there cant be another attempt until Wednesday. Worst part is, I called the customer service line at 7am and they told me my package would be delivered today between 7am and 3pm. When I asked if it were possible to get a more precise window, he responded 7am-3pm. You better make sure you will be there because this is the last attempt. No such attempt was ever made.The local Fedex is now claiming they have no drivers today, so they cant send it out. I have received several different stories between talking directly with the local center and talking to the customer service line.

My shipment was on the truck and 30 miles away at 6a.m. Sat and they decided not to deliver it because of rain so my animal had to do without her prescription food for another 2 days because the two day shipment turned into a 6 day event! I ordered this on Wednesday and the supplier turned it over to Fed X on Thursday now it is Monday and they are closed! FedX is a poor shipper in the Midwest.
