They are so nice!I’ve been there 3 times to drop and pick up pieces I had to have professionally clean.They are so detail oriented. They have welcomed me very well. They are always sending emails to remind me that I have pieces to pick up. They even sent me a welcome note. They very very neat in customer service.Also, they attended me very quickly and of course my pieces were very well cleaned.

Love you guys! My experience was great! With majority of everything closed, I wanted to get some winter clothes cleaned. I brought a few sweaters, winter scarves. Etc., drove up to door, person came out, got them, gave tel. No. & left. I went yesterday to pick-up & same procedure, gave credit card to pay & dropped off more winter clothes. Great system. You people have it down! In/out! Loved you!

I dont understand how anybody could complain about this place! Its super clean and very well maintained! Theres plenty of seats to sit down and wait for your laundry to get done and theres plenty of space to fold your laundry too. Very affordable and many different sizes and prices of washing machines too. I didnt even need 20 minutes to dry! I ended up giving my dryer to another customer!

I dropped my Dads suit off Sunday morning at 10am and thought I needed it Monday by 2pm bc we were going to Cartwright Funeral Home to arrange my Dads services so I thought we had to give them his clothes then. They had it done for me by noontime Monday so I didnt have to be late meeting the Funeral director at 2pm and they had my moms clothes ready then also. They said you have a lot going on we didnt want you to have to come back. They were wondering. Everything looked awesome. I would definitely use them again and tell others to use them.

Dependable is one of the best businesses I’ve encountered. They have good prices, their VIP program (which is free) makes it very easy to drop off clothes on the morning and have them ready for pickup by the afternoon, and the staff are always friendly & knowledgeable. They do minor repairs like replacing buttons for free, often without even needing to be asked. I rarely write reviews, but Dependable makes it worth my time to do so. If you live near or commute past a Dependable Cleaners, they are worth a visit!

I have been a weekly customer at the Main Street, Hingham location of Dependable Cleaners. My dry cleaning & shirts are returned to me, the same day are done perfectly. Because of my occupation, Ive been a dry cleaning customer, weekly, my entire working life. Ive never been more satisfied with any other company than Dependable. I really enjoy the level of service they provide. They do both my laundry and dry cleaning. And they do a great job because they pay attention to detail. They have automatically replaced and sown on buttons for my shirts that had them missing. They also make notes of any stains where extra effort was made to help clean and remove the blemish.

Always personable and always so accomodating...they have my laundry ready ahead if schedule...thats just not heard of these days! The manager is AWESOME...she always remembers me and is so accommodating! Cant get any better service than this!!!!

I received a timely notification on my e-mail letting me know that my clothes were ready.When I arrived to pick up my clothes I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked through the door. My clothes were handed to me and my payment transaction went through smoothly. I even managed to grab a peppermint before walking out the door. I had a problem with an item last years, and although the item couldn’t be fixed, they went above and beyond to resolve the situation. They did this without any hassle or delays. They’re fantastic.

Skip to the end for the TL; DR.I dont understand the good reviews for this place, as my experience has been pretty terrible. Take them with a grain of salt; reviews online are easily manipulated.I was given a beautiful throw blanket from India for Christmas a while back. It had a bit of a smell so I took it to be cleaned. I pointed out (more than once) how delicate it was and that it would need to be treated with care, as it had a balled fringe around the edges. When I picked it up, multiple balls were missing, and others were hanging by a thread. They offered to find the balls for me but they did not find anything. No other solutions were offered.After my husband and I got married, I took his suit and dress shirt here for cleaning. The (very expensive) white shirt came back with rust stains all over it. They offered to wash it again. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told (with serious attitude) that the manager was unavailable.We had a mold issue in one of our closets due to an unseen leak. My clothes didnt have mold on them, but they smelled. I took the dry clean only things to Dependable, told them the issue, and asked that they make sure they got the smell out. (The smell came out of everything that I washed myself.) After two washes with them, the smell is slightly better.The last straw for me (should have been a while ago, but I am a creature of habit) was getting back my pants with the deepest creases in them, after telling them no creases over and over again. And yet every damn time, creases. This is basic stuff.TL; DR: Avoid. They will damage your things and not even pretend to care as they take your money.
