I feel like I am being robbed. Nowhere else do you pay money to have something done, and literally have to chase down the company to get what you paid for. I called to have a bulk item pick up. I have 4 items, and needed to pay upfront, but also one item per day. I scheduled 4 pickups over 4 weeks and paid $140 up front. I am also told to leave my items across the street, the same way my trash is picked up, so i do so. Friday comes and goes with no pickup. I call Monday, and they have no clue who i am or what pickup was scheduled. Admittedly they say there was an error on their end, and need to reschedule my pickups. Frustrated, I ask to speak with a Manager, they arent able to do that, I ask for a refund, they can only request it, I ask for any sort of retribution for not only having my pickup ignored. Instead they put me on a missed pickup list and will pickup as soon as possible, while having to then reschedule all my other 3 pickups. Unbelievable. It is has now been 4 days, I have been hung up on 4 times and continue to have to wait over 30 min each time. I have asked for a number to call incase we get disconnected, I am told we wont be. Well it just happened to me again. If you can prevent it, do not use this service. They not only dont understand customer service, but have made several mistakes, with no effort to make anything better after mistakes they admit they made. I have asked for ETA on pickup, I have no answer. Definitely the worst do not use.UPDATE * 4.29 (after CRM responded below )So even based off the below, the CRM manager has still yet to call or respond to my emails, even though in his reply below he said he would be On it. My couch is still in front of my house, and I have my 2nd pickup scheduled for tomorrow, and I have no clue when to expect to get what I paid for. At this time I am going to put picture up of the collection of items I paid to have picked up and Republic Services fails to do so.

What a terrible company. In all my years managing real estate I have never had to deal with such poor responsiveness from a waste removal company. They have been unable to close a contract for 6 months and can not even remove their own dumpster full of trash. It is a borderline health hazard and they dont even care.

This is the 3rd week in a row that my recycling bin was not completely emptied. The guy performing this job has very low work ethic.
