Garbage Pickup. Very unreliable as to day of pickup. Missed 4 days of picking up in Feb., although they said only one, but neighbor said missed 4 too. Not happy with service!! Also increased prices for next three months period.

I have area dispos as my trash pick up. They have been good about it, but if they are going to be late or not have pick up cuz of the weather I feel they should notify the customers so they are not leaving the trash outside to be picked up. Yes it is negative degrees out, but I am not bringing my trash can back into the garage since it should be picked up. Something for them to look into doing is contacting customers about delays instead of me calling them everytime.

I do not use Area and now I never will! My neighbor uses their dumpster and the driver always drives through my yard and leaves ruts. This morning I came outside and they had ran MY trashcan over! It was in my yard! This is radicicolous!Edit: The e-mail they provided does NOT work. Obviously they dont care they just want to make it look like they do

They left half of the garage in my can very unhappy with them but they are the only ones who can do my trash so guess I’ll have to deal with them

We received fantastic customer service from both Keith and Randy. When I ordered the dumpster I asked that the service person let me know when he would be arriving so I could lay some plywood down. Our driveway is a pebble aggregate and could be easily damaged. Randy took the time to carefully position the dumpster so as to not damage the driveway. His care was so appreciated that I asked if he would be the one to pick it up as we were not going to be home. He said to call and ask for him and sure enough he took the same care in picking it up with no damage.This leads me to Keith. Our dumpster was scheduled for removal on Thursday, January 2. On Monday I received a call from the nursing home where my 88 year-old mother had taken a turn for the worse. The nursing home is 2 1/2 hours away from where we live. I thought I would be home to finish filling the dumpster but she passed away late in the day on January 1. I tried to call to have the dumpster rental extended but, understandably, everyone was away for the holiday. It was picked up on the 2nd as per our agreement but before I could get back to fill it or get in touch with anyone to have it extended. I called to explain and Keith could not have been more sympathetic and understanding of the situation. He has arranged for us to have another dumpster at no additional cost. I cannot thank these two people enough for the great customer service.This is the first time I have ever posted a review for a business, but felt I just had to since the service was truly exceptional.

My town uses them and they seem to pick and choose what trash they want to pick up. Been a lot of complaints to the Mayor about this. They started out good but went down hill fast.

My last review on this company was great.but in the last three months their service has gone .down hill

Hard workers, very accommodating.

This has been 4 times now that they have skipped over picking up my trash I live in a mobile home park and they pick up all my neighbors trash so its starting to seem intentional
