They did a good job on my car however the guy that manages the place is super rude and condescending, I had taken my car and the price was reasonable. BUT when I went to pay it was like $75 more I asked him why this was and he pointed at a sign saying price can be impacted by condition on vehicle, my car wasnt bad yet he said it was terrible, and continued to be rude about it. The sign isnt noticeable and nothing was mentioned when I had asked about pricing. I also had a couple gallons of gas in the car and was planning on filling up after it got detailed, but when I got it back it was on E and it wasnt when I brought it in. Turns out they will turn the car on with the heat running to dry out the carpets. They had also removed my seats to clean under them which is completely okay but they didnt even put them back in correctly. Overall terrible service, rude manager, and incomplete job. I would recommend just about anywhere other than here for a car detail.

Rob should expand this business to more areas. But... he is “one of a kind” and few could follow his example. His energy level is incredible! His team is so efficient while still friendly and professional. When there are required services outside of cleaning such as upholstery/dents/ even headlamp restoration (yes like new...without replacing), he knows everyone and is ready to suggest other local valued businesses which specialize in that area. He is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Auto/Truck Detailing and his team does it all!!!

My interior was in really bad shape as far as coffee stains and other. They steamed cleaned the whole inside and detailed the outside of my truck and now it looks like a new one inside and out. I would have never guessed those seats would have come clean but they look new again. BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT. Thank you all that work there for a beautiful job. I will be back

Ive been here several times before with good results, but after today, I will never go back.Heres what $35 gets you at Water Works:-A marginally cleaned exterior (with many more extra scratches and swirl marks than you had going in. Forget about addressing the damage, Rob wont own up to it.)-A 90+ minute wait (for a wait that long, youd think the guys in the dry bay would take 2 seconds to shake out the sand & gravel from their microfiber towels.)-A missing key fob that may or may not be placed back in the car.-A jacked up seat & radio setting.I hate saying this, but today, Rob and his team reinforced that expression If you want it done right, you have to do it yourself.

We took out 2008 Kia Rio 5 to get detailed. We just bought it and it was filthy inside and out and under the hood. It had been sitting on a gravel parking lot with 18 wheelers coming in and out. These guys did a fantastic job on it.

First of all I made my appointment a month in advance. When I called the owner said it would be three weeks before he could schedule my vehicle carpet to be cleaned. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30am. I thought I would be the first vehicle since their office hours are 9-5.When I pulled up to drop off my vehicle the bay was already full with cars being cleaned. ????? I wonder what time they had their appointments????? I was a little concerned about this since I had an appointment but didnt think much more about it. He had told me when scheduling the appointment I would be able to pick it up by 12:30pm if dropped off by 8:30 or I could choose the 12-4:30 slot. Althought he said they would call me when it was ready. I chose the 8:30 time because I had things to do that afternoon since we were leaving town the next day.Well 1pm came around and no word from them so I called to find out if my vehicle was done. The owner said No, it was not done and they would call me. Then 3pm came around and still no word so I called them again. When the owner said it was not done and would not be ready until close to closing I was very upset. I asked him what time they started cleaning my vehicle carpet and he sputtered around trying to avoid answering but I pushed the question again and he replied 10:00am. I reminded him about my 8:30am appointment and he said they got behind with other vehicles that were before mine. I will remind you their hours are 9-5 and my appointment was 8:30 so I dont know if he makes four appointments at the same time or what but if not I should have been first that am.Anyway I was very upset when he said they would call me when it was ready. I finally told him I would be there by 4:30 to get my vehicle. When I arrived to get my car they had the keys in my car and it had been running in an effort to speed up the drying of the carpet. Guess what.... I was then just about out of gas.The owner continued to give excuses and would not be honest about anything. I will never do business with them again. I will say the carpet looked good but because of the experience I will never go back. Customer service is bad and the owner really doesnt care. He never once appologized.Thankfully there are other options in Quincy now.

I remembered that I received a gift card for a car wash after hearing their radio commercial. So I called to make an appt and was told 45 minutes to do and no worries, we have record of your gift card in the computer system. They said no appt needed. Fine.So I arrive and ask a few questions about process, etc and I let him know that the vehicle is indeed filthy (no understatement). No problem. He says leave the keys in the car. Fine.I come back after an hour, car hasnt been touched. No where to be found to see how long this might be. So I went home to return later.I come to pick up my car as he proceeds to tell me that I must not like my car because it was dirty and on and on about how he likes to make $8 per hour on a car and he barely made 1$ on mine. Says it should have costs me $80 but because I wasnt around to ask, I did it anyways. Then asked for my gift card after I told him a second time I didnt have it. He proceeds to lecture me about how hes been ripped off before and dont come back here trying to use a gift card so I better tear it up.(As a customer: First, I looked for some sort of notification or sign about extra charge for excessively dirty cars, none. I am familiar with car wash services and my car used to be cleaned weekly and detailed monthly, so Im not naive to the work. Second, I warned you. Third, you could have asked for my contact info and called or how about have someone reachable for follow up and questions when your timeline isnt what you said it would be. Fourth, its your JOB. I pay you for a service, no matter how easy or hard. You do you best and move on. I wasnt expecting miracles. Fifth, I could care less how much money you are trying to make off of me. Telling me Im not worth your time is hardly a way to get a tip or repeat customer. Oh wait, I tipped over half of what it costs and still no thank you. Sixth, dont presume I just hate my car. Maybe there have been other situations and circumstances out of my control that I cant steam my carpets weekly. Seventh, dont brag about your fancy computer system tracking gift cards and coupons when clearly you cant track them well enough to not get ripped off. And Eighth, dont judge me as someone trying to rip you off and two time a coupon. Are you kidding?Im not one to complain so for this to be irritating me to the bone is a lot to say about the customer service and quality care they provide.

Had my car cleaned here. Ok job for that, but make sure you take all of your personal belongings out. Stole my prescription sunglasses out of my car. Hope the person that took them needed a heavy prescription lens, or goes blind from them!!
