I brought my daily here for a wash and interior clean. I wasn’t expecting a full detail but wow what a waste of $37. I looked at what the interior plus package included and it seemed like a good deal. It is a good deal if they actually did what they say they do. There’s still dirt under the floor liners and the liners were put in soaking wet. I could splash my feet in the water on the drivers side. I let it dry and it seems like they leave it soaking wet so it looks clean. When the mats dry. They don’t look much better than before they were “cleaned”. Seems like they were just rinsed with water. Windows have streaks everywhere and smudges. Seats weren’t vacuumed well at all and definitely not wiped down. You can see in the rear seat all the dirt and the residue that wasn’t wiped clean. Door panels were also not wiped down you can see in the rear door panel picture it’s definitely not clean especially near the bottom right near the speaker. Regular drive through car wash was ok. The tire shine isn’t on all the tires. the tires it is on it’s only on half the tire.

Interior plus ($37) is WELL worth the money - wash and dried the seats, everything wiped down, vacuumed, only 10 mins or so.

ScrubaDub has just open their new location in Quincy. Great!!! They have an interesting initial membership offer which is very affordable. System is totally new and automatically recognize your membership sticker. Process is usual with many options depending of type. Think about what you want and how many money are you able to pay after the promotion.The clean service is good although I have to say not too much deeper. It’s a machine. I think they are working to open vacuum area as well interior cleaning.At the end of the tub and if you are with your kids they will see some toys. Nice detail for the kids.

First time using this new car wash. Bought the “Ultra Wash” for $24. When I got home and inspected the vehicle there were water spots all over it despite there being a “spot free rinse”. The tire shine shined parts of each tire as the pictures show. I called and left a message. Still haven’t heard back unfortunately. Maybe just a glitch, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

This was our first time using your facility.Collin Wallace was the attendant when we arrived.I can not say enough about this person.While he multi-tasked with ease on an incredibly busy day, (Sunday), he also handled my crying child with the wisdom and maturity of someone way above his years.I was super stressed out when I arrived and he turned the day around completely!the last place I expected to have my heart touched by the kindness of a stranger was at the car wash, but that is exactly what happened.You are lucky to have such a person working for your company.I told my daughter that she learned an incredible lesson today…..There are still good and kind people in the world and kindness can spread just as quickly cruelty.Thank you again Collin…… for being you….Karen and Lexi

This ScrubaDub location is one of the best. All the employees there are very helpful and professional. The only thing I would suggest is to try to keep a time limit for the self vacuuming bays as some people just sit there forever detailing their vehicle. Sometimes you need to wait a half hour or more to try to get in one of the bays just for a quick vacuum.

Collin at the Quincy location befriended my son who has disabilities as I was pulling in for an exterior wash. Collin has helped me a few times since my membership began recently. He’s always super helpful and polite every time we communicate. Every time he sees me he makes an effort to wave to me even if too he’s busy to say “hi” in person. All in all, the staff is great and all very helpful!

I don’t write reviews often but this is a great car wash facility. Collin helped me, he was super cool and sprayed my car before entering the cleaning tunnel. He was very helpful and let me go in again if there was any dirt still stuck to my car. Thanks so much Collin!

Good intro deals on unlimited plans. The wash tunnel is fast, even with a line waiting to go through. Vacuums are $2 or free/included if you have an unlimited sticker. Attendants are super friendly and helpful, cant beat a brand new wash. And hey, my car looks great, too. Very happy this Scrub a Dub is in my neighborhood!

Excellent managment. Someone hit my car here and then drove off, but Santiago was able to give the insurance agencies the surveillance footage proving they were at fault. They also maintained communication during the entire process to ensure everything was being handled to my satisfaction. The car wash itself is great too. I recommend investing in a monthly pass.

I’ve been to other Scubadub locations in MA and I have to say the one in Quincy is by far the best, with exceptional wash, cleanliness, and excellent customer service. Collin stood out the most among the staff members at the Quincy location. Collin is always smiling and showing his enthusiastic to everyone. He was extremely helpful during the time I ran over paint on the road and luckily Collin was there to help me. My car looked beautiful again..thank you Collin! Collin knows all the customers! I have been to a thousand car washes. Now, I won’t go anywhere else! Brand new facility, super friendly and professional staff. So easy and fast! I did the Works wash and Basic Interior for $39 total. My car is clean! Plan on about 20 minutes or so. Very happy!

It does the job! It would be nice if they offered brushless and dried the vehicles with hand towels. However they are low cost, friendly, and offer a turbo dryer at the end.

Used a free car wash coupon. The Works. All new equipment only one problem. The machines didnt do a good job on the back of my Jeep ~ missed the lower half of tailgate. The rest of the Jeep looks good. Also had to re adjust drivers mirror to normal position.

I went to this place for the first time, I had a gift card just to see how well they would clean my car. I checked my car before I went and it was dirty with a bunch of dirt and marks on the exterior and windshield. After I got the Ultra Wash, the car looked like it just came out of the dealership, my car was almost spotless but they were marks that didn’t come out that I was aware of, but other than that, they did a great job. I finally found a car wash that isn’t too far from me and it quite affordable

UPDATE TO 5 STARS. In january the quincy s- a- dub car wash ripped off the rear wiper of my car. Things happen, its life. not the end of the world. Contacted them immediately, came back with in minutes. They took down my info, mngr called me the next week. He eanted an estimate for parys, It took a while for him to get back to me but he said to order a new wiper arm and blade and theyd reimburse me. Can not ask for more. Very satisfied. Have asked the car dealer to order the new part. Thanks to Santiago for the followup. Nice clean car wash, looking forward to going back and get the monthly special car wash. Ken .

I guess I would like that share my experience too ! While heading into the machines the attendant ( Colin ) stopped me and advised me to come see all my windows as they were . Then he walks to the back of car and closes my trunk fo me . Thanks again sir my tools also thank you !

Scrubadub car wash is operational in Quincy for couple of months now. I took membership considering better automatic car wash, but wonder if the machines are calibrated appropriately. Wash is good, but the drier isnt good, especially the SUVs cleaning on the backside isnt not even average. They should consider having quality check to remediate the issue.

The deals are good, but new also comes with hiccups...the thing that is makes me most nervous is when exiting the car wash and you see a car right in front and a car right in back of you and the car or truck is taking forever to get on the street... i suggest instead of squeezing in as many vehicles as possible might want to make it so there is half a car length bewtween to avoid some potential issues....but the staff is good just some kinks to work out....also for truck or van drivers use the right lane only easier for turning into carwash
