Outside clean was decent. Inside was left dirty and poorly vacuumed. I went back and no help from the manager; he just wanted me out. I’m not coming back here.

This review is LONG overdue but nonetheless, very much needed.Ive been going to South Shore Car Wash for a few years and they have never disappointed. If anything, I wish they were available 24/7 because they are that good!I pay for the $45/mo plan for unlimited car washes which includes hot wax AND full interior vacuum which is a steal in itself. And every time I get my car washed it looks like I got an interior detail as well. They even wiped down all the windows and surfaces!I recently bought a used Honda Accord coupe which had some scratches I could buff out. Somehow when I got my car washed, it made the vehicle look almost like new!I’ve got my friends who live nearby in Quincy all going here now. Try these guys out, youll love them too.

!!! NAMMYOHORENGEKYO-THANK YOU. Have nothing bad to say about it. Two things I need to be worked on. Number one– make sure that the car is fully dried off. Changing the towels shouldnt be an issue or a hassle. Try and cars off with wet towels only leaves wet streaks still looks absolutely Queen from the waxing but I dont want any streak marks or drip marks on my car so please change it out your towels. And then number to – when you pull the car into the wheel position for to be able to go through the machine, please have Webers driving it into that mechanism do it slowly and softly. My rims have been scratched multiple times because of not paying attention to the sensitivity of this detail.

These guy are super professional and do a great job cleaning the inside and outside of your car. The only small complaint is they dont re-open the mirror on cars with automatic mirrors and in turn wipe them down completely but that is such a minor issue. Im always happy to get my interior and exterior cleaned for 19 bucks. The 25 a month unlimited is also a great value if you can get there before 5 on weekdays.

I drive from Northern decatur to South shores car wash. I have a convertible and I can not use a drive thru car wash, that is by far the best spray yourself carwash in town it even has a hand held powerful dryer. I had vacuumed up something of value to me in the vacuum. I contacted the owner who is right next door. She was so nice and stayed late for me to drive all the way back for her to open it for me. In the negative world we are living in she made my day. I will always drive across town to go to south shores carwash! 😍

Exterior clean was OK, interior clean was quite disappointing, but its also cheaper than comparable places, so I guess its allright overall except if your car really needs a good interior clean

MONTHLY PASS SHOULD BE REDUCED BY 30% - theyre CLOSED SUN and MON since at least beginning of 2021. 😕Ive had monthly pass for 2+ years and continued paying it even after they reopened part time and did outside only. Mostly because I wanted to support them when covid restrictions were beginning to reduce and schedule changed out of everyones control. If theyre not paying their people when closed those days, pricing should reflect theyre only open 70% of time.

After i paid i get the car dirtyThey are dont knew how to cleanI back to talk with them and they answer was that i need pro clean my recoomend is do it yourself or get another car wash

Exterior was great, vacuumed interior but only cleaned drivers side window - not passenger or rear windows, windshield or back window. Have 2 child seats in back but a car wash should be prepared for that. Cashier didn’t speak a word - doesn’t have to chat but hello &/or thanks goes a long way.

I used to always go to this car wash. At one point I even paid monthly for unlimited washes. But in recent months the quality of the washes and vacuuming of my car had gone way down hill. To the point that I need to dry both the inside and outside of my car after the visit. Needless to say I dont go here anymore. I will check back in a month or so and amend my review of things change.

Towel dry is a joke. And there is no difference between $19 works and basic car wash. Better go to a touch less car wash. I just wasted my money by trying to go to the closest one.

Terrible job cleaning the inside they don’t wipe down like they advertise it’s more like a quick vacuum a fast wipe down your car is done in about 2 minutes console and dash still needs to be wiped down the outside comes out all spotty. Nothing like the old Quincy car wash that is now scrub a dub. Not worth the money you still have to wipes the inside down yourself and vacuum some areas

The employees here must stop smoking at work or wash their hands and face thoroughly after smoking each time every time before they get into the car for cleaning.The car comes out of the wash with a huge cigarette smoke stink!!!Car is supposed to come out clean and smell better than before not worse!!

So I went in for a car wash 19$ package and doesn’t look like they did anything!! Just a basic car wash and the interiors still look the same. They didnt clean the windows or anything!! Worst car wash ever!!! I would suggest you are better off cleaning it yourself or go to some other car wash.

Quick service, thorough exterior cleaning for the basic wash. However, the interior wipe down left the seats beaded with water instead of fully dried off. Make sure to check your car before driving off.

Don’t don’t buy the expensive wash there(19$). They have list of things on different types of car washes, but it’s a horrible service.They didn’t vacuum the cat well, the stuff is everywhere like that. Doesn’t clean the full body of the car well also, the dirt is just like that. The tire shine and underbody clean are nothing ( they don’t do anything). It’s same like other basic wash.After I come home I have to use my towel to clean the sides of the door and back and front dirt on the car and vacuum again.Very bad and horrible service.I don’t understand how people are going there, may be because if unlimited washes and take advantage of it.But poor service and horrible wash and clean.

Good car wash package for month unlimited time go through wash 👍Any problems can go back thru wash and they clean inside too. Great for busy people or if u want to feel like a princess 👸 no more self cleaning inside of car. Quick and easy in and out during week wkend very busy. Would give a 5 but they didnt vacuume some areas of car at times. Pretty happy overall w service 😊Dislike only option for monthly service is that they automatically deduct monthly $$$from credit card.

They towel dryQuincy Car Wash near Sea Street does a slightly better job but are they also more expensive.I still recommend South Shore Car Wash because it costs close to $30 dollars more for a similar service at Quincy Car Wash

Didnt like anything about the service. Almost $20 paid for the same way my car looked before the wash. Tire shine was included but when I got my car there was no tire shine. I asked the worker if they put the armor all and he said no. They dont do that! What? Very disappointed. Never again.

So this car wash is good just some time and is worth it if you pay monthly, some time because I so many times when my and some cars they go thru and no soup so I was spoke with them, they say this is computers problem, and I say cople times, they say we dont know if you dont like something how we wash your car without soup you can cancel contract .So Good luck

I paid 19.00 plus a tip Which is supposed to include wiping down the dash, vacuuming ect. They never wipe down my dashboard they didnt wipe down anything . Iwould not recommend this place terrible terrible job
