Wilfredo did ceramic coating on my model 3.It works perfect. He is patient and careful to do the coating.For these kind of work, it is more like an art.Therefore, you need someone willing to treat your car as their.I definitely recommend fresh start detailing.

This review is delayed as I used Fresh Start last year for my car, but they did a fantastic job with a full detail as well as a wax on the exterior of the car. This was a used car that smelled a bit like a dog at first when I bought it, and was pretty dirty. After a service with Wilfredo at Fresh Start, it looked and smelled great! A coworker told me my car looked brand new. The coating they used on the outside made it shine consistently through a Boston winter, I was seriously impressed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area that needs a car detailing.

I took my car to Fresh Start Mobile detailing on Saturday and had a great experience! Wilfredo and the guys are so nice and professional and took the time to explain what the service that I purchased entails, and provided other options in case I want more services in the future. The work took about an hour and a half to complete, and my car was ready when promised and it looks great! This is the first time getting my car detailed after owning it for at least 6 years. Wonderful customer service and my car looked fantastic. Ill be using them again. I couldnt get my car to his detail shop and he had someone come pick it up at my house. He sent insurance, DL and the persons phone number before.Once my car was picked up he sent me photos of the car in the shop so that I knew it was safe. He also helped me purchase all weather mats with his discount and even dropped those off to me once the arrived.

Wilfredo provides impeccable service in a professional, friendly way. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, including sending me before and after photos of my car. He gave a detailed walk through of my car after working on it, providing tips for how to keep it looking as great as it does. Wilfredo treats you like a friend, and doesnt try to push extra services on you or take advantage. My car is a 1999 Toyota Camry, and it had never been detailed before. For being 17 years old, this car looks brand new. I would say this is probably one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, and I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking for this kind of car work. Fresh Start Mobile Detailing is one of my favorite companies that Ive found recently! I utilized their services as a surprise gift for my boyfriend, and they were professional and thorough throughout. They certainly had their work cut out for them, as the Audi that they serviced gets used to transport bikes and equipment to mountain bike races almost every weekend of the summer and hadnt been cleaned in two years! I have already started recommending their services to my friends and family, and am looking forward to the next time I can use them as well! Great work, fellas!

Incredible customer service and quality. Was truly shocked by the detail. Would highly recommend.

My experience was nothing short of excellent. Wilfredo was fast to respond, quick to schedule, and on time for the detailing. His knowledge of the trade was outstanding. He took his time to do all the steps (wash, dry, clay, polish, wax, detail spray) necessary to truly detail the exterior. Dont be fooled by the cheap Groupon detailers. Those are just cleanings and will not protect the paint or last. Pay a little more to take care of your expensive car with Wilfredo.

Our niece threw up in the back of Prius (two minutes from her house, no less) last Friday evening. We cleaned it as best we could, but it still smelled pretty bad. On Saturday, I Googled detailing companies and found Fresh Start on Yelp. Only four reviews, but all excellent, so I thought Id give it a try and made an appointment with Wilfredo for Monday afternoon. He was right on time and got to work. Wilfredo is pleasant and professional. Despite my willingness to have a full interior detail, he suggested we didnt need it, which saved us a lot of money. He did an amazing job -- the car looks and smells great -- at a very reasonable price. We will be using him for our other car and I would unhesitatingly recommend him.
