Great service, high end but low prices – Crew cutz appears to be a high end mens barbershop, but the prices are more than reasonable. For my sons haircut it was only $17.00.... The shop is cool and retro it almost feels like a cafe or bar because the music is amazing!!! In fact all of the entertainment such as television, snacks and music make the atmosphere the best place to go for a haircut, tan, face shave, facial, shoe shine. I enjoy the Crew Cutz staff because theyre professional and polite! The music was awesome!!! Crew Cutz truly rocks!

Im balding in 3 spots... this is the only place I trust to cut my hair. Not only does the fade come out nice, but he scissor cuts like Edward Scissor Hands. Keep driving back even after I moved to NH. 🤙

This place is clean, bright and fun. Great atmosphere and music selection. I have been taking my son to here for quite some time now and I have to say we love it. My son is 4 and has some sensory issues so haircuts are always quite a challenge. That being said Mike was beyond patient and understanding. He took his time and allowed my son whatever he needed to feel comfortable. Our first appointment we were there for about a half hour before my son even got into the chair and mike never made us feel rushed or unwelcome like we have felt in the past. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Mike

Made me wait for TWO HOURS and then did not take take me because somebody else had an appointment. I checked in once I got there and waited 2 hours. Place looks nice and vibe was nice till I saw how unprofessional they are.

Only giving it one star for the mere fact it was opened soon after the holidays. I would probably even take out the star for having to wait so long for something not worth the wait. He couldn’t even cut it as directed. He went too far and didn’t even ask if the amount he cut off was something I wanted. Highly upset for the price and came out looking worse than coming in. I don’t recommend at all unless you are up his a** to keep having to tell him what you want during the whole process. I regret ever coming to this place.

I would highly recommend reading the reviews below before making the decision to get a haircut at Crew Crutz. My barber butchered my hair and left an uneven patch around my ears. Apparently it was a miscommunication.This place is not far from my house but I don’t plan on going back.Overall, great customer service but terrible product.

I came into this place because it was one of two open I walked in at 7 one barber I sat in the chair got a fairly long hair cut when I dont have any and Im balding so I thought that was odd as we come to the end of the hair cut he doesnt use a straight edged razor on my face and I was so shocked I just wanted to leave as I went to pay he told me 25$ and I was thinking for what??? But I didnt want to be that guy I also tipped the barber 5$ because i will always support a black barber but I would never want anyone to go here if this is how they treat people in Quincy yall can have this city I still cant believe it cost 30$ to cut the hair of a balding man wow terrible

Mike gave me a very nice haircut. He is very welcoming and understood what I wanted and was very patient in thinning the hair to perfection. Finally happy with my hairstyle after a long time..

Been bringing my son to Crew Cutz for about 4 months now and we love it! Jovan is great! He listens to what you want, hes clean & meticulous with his cuts and he makes an effort to connect with his clients. The shop itself is clean, the staff are all very nice, its super easy to book appts online, and they have a great music selection! Well be staying here for awhile!

Been asking my hubby to get his hair cut for a while, chose this place and when he got home I couldnt believe how much he messed up. It was literally a simple buzz cut with an edge up, there was hair all over the place uncut, just random longer hairs sticking out. His edge up was completely lopsided and uneven. Someone must have been in a rush, and Im not hairdresser but my fixing it came out 100x better than what this guy did. 2 stars because he said the guy was polite. Otherwise it would just be one star.

Discount day is Wednesday and I go in the morning when its slow. Easy online scheduling. Ask for Mike. I felt most comfortable with him.

I have been bringing my sons there for almost 8 yrs now. I absolutely love the service and environment. We as people are usually quick to point out the negative. So I felt I should come on here and write something positive about a place that has made me enjoy going to get my sons haircuts instead of dreading it. Thank you for the A1 service always. In reference to the prior post its kind of hard to compare getting a hair cut to the lunch line in jail. But I could see why you would not like the place because its not ghetto enough for you.

Great service, great haircuts but very poor with timing. Barbers are always running late. Ive never seen a barber during my scheduled time. They are always about 15-30 minutes behind, which can be frustrating if you are busy. Would not recommend scheduling here if you are ever in a rush.

This is a great shop, they are careful, professional, and friendly. They often seem short staffed and can fall behind, but in general when I make an appointment Im seen to at that time.

I go about once a month. Haircut always looks good and service is very professional. It can get busy, so book ahead if you can.

Ive only dealt with Brian. Hes a very respectful guy and a professional barber...especially with beard line-ups. Although theyre on the pricier side, the place is clean and comfortable.

Great haircuts. I have had both Lawrence and Andrew. They do get busy because they are good, so think about calling ahead if you want a 4-7pm cut. Worth the wait.

Been going for over a year. They do great job on my hair especially Mike Y. He does a great bald face, always happy usually can get me in even when I need to it last second when something comes up.

Looks like this place is closed. Its written as open on Monday till 8 but its not open even at 6.00.

One of their barbers flew through my haircut only to realize once I got home that this guy mangled my hairline. Pushed it back on the sides both sides as well as both sides shaped differentlyand never cleaned up the area. There were hairs next to the fold of my ears that were never even trimmed. He didnt use a straight razor which is fine but I take a close look at it and not even close to the skin. Looks like it got done 3 days ago. The lighting is poor and the colors inside dont help. I went in on a discount day and honestly it still wasnt worth it. Never again.

If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away from this place. They do not know how to run a business. you book an appointment, and they will cancel on the day you are scheduled to come in. No one in management knows what the hell is going on. Completely worthless. Dont waste your money on people who clearly dont want to provide a service.

I had gone to Supercuts and received the worst haircut of my life today, stopped by crew cutz right after and Freddy squeezed me in to fix the atrocity that Supercuts had done. Great guys, turned something I thought was not fixable to a clean cut just in time for the holidays. Will be going to Crew Cutz from here on out.

Honestly, this place deserves a ZERO star and they are terrible with timing! Never trust their website neither appt calls.My appointment was canceled twice in a row, even though I scheduled online and confirmed via phone call.....If time is not important to you and you enjoy waiting on terrible $5 chairs, I recommed you go here.

My bf got a haircut and beard trim from Jr. When he came jome he had hair that was uncut and hair that was too short on top. His beard was a mess seems they only bothered to trim the edges. I had to redo his hair myself.

I worked at crew cutz quite a few years ago and I loved it. I will be forever grateful for my experience there. I learned so many barbering skills. I am a stylist but take pride that I can also do a fade like the best of them!! I was taught by the best! 😉 I popped in today hoping to see John and say hello but learned hes in the sunshine state. Business is booming here. Good for you John. 😊. Such an upbeat atmosphere!! Its truly a feel good place. How can you not feel good when you look good, and you absolutely will when you walk out the door here.

Awful service! I scheduled an appointment by phone, but when I arrived I was said that there is no appointment for my name and phone number, like the person who was answering the call did not put my name in. Also, they were booked for the end of the day, so I had to look for another Barber shop in the last minute. The guys there did not even try to help or figure out why my appointment was not scheduled.
