I asked her to do layer cut! But the output is completely different

May was extremely rude, on phone and even when I was at supercuts. I asked someone else to cut my hair. Kristy was very professional. Not a bad place to go considering how much they charge, just avoid May.

This is right next to my apartment and wanted to try. But my experience has exceeded the bad reviews which I read down below. I dont want to say her name in public (But I would really share if someone from SuperCuts contact me), she is really lazy, I requested her to use scissors, but she shaved my head with a trimmer. She completed my haircut in 5-10 mins, and after I took a comb and have literally shown her the length hair which is still left un-cut. Then and there I thought I would never ever come back here. And during billing, she literally demanded for tips. This is too much. I would like some one to contact me from Super Cuts. Guys and girls, Caution.

Rude won’t get off the phone to cut hair or book you then starts yelling at you because you don’t know who she’s talking to and she won’t even look at you when she’s talking. Walked out it awful.

Took me right in very friendly and fast service

I brought my 8 year old in for layers, and her bangs trimmed. Well bangs cut way too short and sideways...no layers just back trimmed. Wont bring her back again. This was her 2nd time there. First time was great...this time, awful.

Overall very quick and easy, even with the precautions in place. Staff called as soon as it was time for me to come inside, as I waited in my car. Quickly checked my temperature and was asked if I was in contact with anyone with covid. Staff was regularly cleaning and taking precautions. Also all staff used disposable gloves while cutting the hair.

Staff is very friendly but they dont understand what the customer wants. I did not feel good about my cut after I left the store.

I had one great experience here with a lady who wasnt rude, and who could actually do hair. Everyone else is just rude behaving like their paychecks dont depend on their customers.

Trying to make an appointment over the phone was pretty much impossible. We asked for what was available in 30 mins or more (it was 4:45 when I called) they said 5:20 so I said perfect. They then called back 5 mins later at 4:50 asking where we were and that we had a 4:50 appt and that I did not speak to someone 5 mins ago and make the 5:20 appt (but yet they had all our info) after arguing with me for 7 mins which got us nowhere they finally said ok come in at 5:20 which now only gave me 10-15 mins to get there. So I said we would be there as fast as we could. So that was a nightmare and then when we got there two of the three ladies were rude but the one who actually did the haircut was really nice, she was quick and did a great job so she is the ONLY reason this review got the 3 stars.

If only I could rate it zero! When I arrived, the lady at the register asked me to wait for a couple of minutes. She then continued to do something on the register for the next 15 mins or so. When she was finally done she put my name in and I was assigned a hair dresser immediately. I start to walk to her but she says nothing at all. Not even hi. I just stopped where I was because at this point Im confused as to where she wants me to sit. She finally hand signs me to sit in one of the chairs and has still not said a word. NO SMILES, NO GREETINGS. Very cold behavior. Finally a word from her what do you want?. I ask her to cut off two inches in a straight line and add some angles in the front of my face. She says nothing at all again and starts to wet my hair. At this point my hair is not even parted so I ask her to do that. NO RESPONSE. She continues to wet my hair and now Im worried that she didnt get me so I repeat myself. Her response I AM NOT GOING TO JUST CUT ANYTHING. Sure you hopefully wont cut just anything but it is nice to acknowledge you get what the customer wants. Finally she starts to cut and is done pretty quickly. She then moved over to cut the angles in the front. Ive had this done Everytime for the past 6 years and never has it been this horrible. She cut it in 3 different parts and cut them as if I wanted 3 different lengths of bangs! She did not smooth then out. They are not even on both sides. They end way above the rest of my hair so it looks like some took the middle third of my hair length and just went crazy. After all this say over, in tried to check what was done and asked her that it was not even, she very rudely says that Im picking more hair on one side and not the other and that I dont know how to compare. She did that like 3 times and at this point I didnt want her to touch my hair anymore so I said its fine. Finally came a big loud reply I THINK IT LOOKS GOOD. She did not even help me clean up, I just paid and left. Ive been going to Supercuts on comm ave (Packards corner) for 3 years and never once have I had such a horrible experience. I would really like my money back on this one!

I had a great experience.Called in the morning and set up time to come in. A sweet woman Tamika took care of me and gave me the best haircut iv ever had to be honest. She helped me to look my best for a buisness meeting. Highly recommended.

Supercuts Quincy is clean and bright and friendly. Their staff is very knowledgeable. Tamika did a fabulous job!

They are amazing I asked for two inches off and they did a great job, they are going to order stuff for me and call when it arrives, you do need to call ahead, make an appointment and they clean between each client. MASK UP

Find somewhere else...not the best place

Had long amazing hair as a guy after the pandemic and this place cut it so short and uneven. I was laughed at then got it fixed on Newbury st. in Boston. they showed me how messed up it was. never going back here or recommending it past a shaved head

I personally dont get my hair cut at super cuts. I go to the barber school in Quincy. I have been going to the guy who runs it for close to 15 years. However, my buddy rich always goes here and this time I brought him. Theyre very nice and they are quick to get to you.

Definitely will never be going back to this company ever again. The place was dead. I was seated immediately and the hair dresser was more concerned with the conversation with her other corworkers. I got my normal 5 3 which I’ve been getting for 15 years. Never complained once. Took a total of 5 minutes because there was no effort or care. Messed up my sides really bad. Didn’t even take time to fade or go over for missed spots. I still paid because the service was completed. I went to the car and my wife was upset how dumb it looked. Never have I asked my money back before but I needed to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I went back inside ( 5 minutes after I paid ) and requested my money back. They said they don’t give money back. Called corporate and said same thing. If I just got my money back I wouldn’t even of cared as much. People make mistakes but the company doesn’t own up to that. They would rather take my money and say “c ya” rather then taking a bad situation and doing the best they can to make it right. Money grabbers who don’t stand for the customers. No thanks... I’ll take my business to a place who will actually be empowered to satisfy all issues.

The worst haircut I ever had in my life. The short hair woman was very rude, it finished my haircut in ten minutes and with a horrible result. I had to go in another place to fix the lines she left on my head. Never going back

My wife was very disappointed with the whole experience. She has been going to supercuts for a while and she claimed this was of the worst customer service she encountered. The only nice person there is a young lady, the other staff there are very rude. She definitely will never go there again. Extremely disappointing!

Staff are usually friendly. I only get my hair trimmed but I have never had a problem here.

Its all on your LUCK.. if you want to go to this place just make sure you dont become an experimental dummy for the new comers. Make sure you know the name of good hair dresser there before you plan to go. I see new faces every time I have walked in.

Earlier today I stopped by a local Barber shop that i saw was open since my usual was closed at the current time..The guy as nice as he was did not listen to me at all and when I got home I was completely unsatisfied with the way my hair came out..uneven not cut enough etc...My nephew suggested I swing by Supercuts and luckily they were open.I was greeted by Mona a very nice soft spoken woman that could clearly see how unhappy I was. She sat me down took her time with fixing the other barbers mistakes and listened to what I had to say and was able to fix all of the other guys mistakes as best as her circumstances would let her.. I was close to shaving my entire head and she saved the day. I highly recommend them.

Located in neighborhood. Good hair cuts. I have a bad experience once as I requested for shampoo after hair cut and they did apply shampoo and washed my hair. After they let me go with wet hair without drying. Extra charge for dryer even after applying shampoo. It should be included.

The only reason I give them 2 star is for a woman called Roula. She is the only one who actually does a decent job.the older African woman smells and has bad attitudes. many of them dont pay attention and almost every time my sideburns were not equal and once I had half square and half round in the back.

They are friendly and kind here, you will enjoy getting your hair cut here!

Roula gave me a better cut than I have had at high end salons! She is the only one I will see now. Over the years I have paid $30, $45 and $60 for haircuts that were meh, and I noticed that half of the addresses Ive seen over the years disagree with what I want and tell me why I shouldnt get what I requested. Its like its my hair I know what I want more than they do! So Roula listens and has consistently given me the best haircuts I have ever had and I love her so much. If she leaves I do not know what I would do!

Just awful. the older African woman with black hair is extremely rude. i wanted to cut my hair with a part and she gave me horrible attitude and refused to do it. she made me feel very angry and I dont see myself going to a super cuts ever again. to be honest I dont even know why they hired her. the wait was also very long and I didnt end up getting a haircut that day.

The employees have favoritism for customers, the skip customers . Some people clearly said I have a 8:30 appt and I was waiting before he even called and they take him before me I was keeping track. . Never going back. Oh and waiting line is one hour and 20 minutes.

Worst haircut Ive ever gotten. I went there for my 230 appt on a Sunday. Someone who got there at 245 and said they were early for their 300 apt ended up getting in before me. When my name was finally called, a 7 year old got up at the same time as me to get a tissue., and the lady thought it was him, and you could tell she was bummed when she found out it was me, so she proceeded to give me the most rushed haircut she could. I told her I was growing my hair out and just wanted it evened out and trimmed, and ended up leaving to find my hair on a slant after I showered later.

I called ahead and was told to come immediately. I get there in less than 10 mins and I am told there are 4 people in total and 2 people ahead of me in the queue. After 30 mins, the last person in the queue threw temper about delay and they let him cut the queue and get haircut before me.I was the last person to get the haircut. My haircut is over in 8 mins after a wait of 50 mins...horrible appointment and queue management.
