The first thing I tell all car owners, dont repair this dirty auto body shop!About 2 week ago, I lightly hit my car sienna 2019 to the electric pole when I backing, cause my van the left side light was broken and serval side bumper was scratches. I went to this store because where is near my house and I checked 4.0 google reviews. and they are speak mandarin that will be so easy to communicate for me. at the beginning, the host(a man) advised me report my insurance company to fix that, I dont want to increasing my insurance fee and have more accident report on my car, so I decided to pay by myself. and the man was unhappy offer a price $1,100.00. and I accepted $1050.00 on cash.After day 1, the guy told my rear door is incline by phone. I was unbelieve the lightly hit will cause that big issue and went to shop at second day, and a mechanical told me the rear door has a unnormal big gap, and both of mechanical and the man didnt tell me the rear was unable to close by remote or push bottom key. and I definitely dont believe that was that hard to hit my car and before I sent my car the shop, everything is functionable, and rear door was working normally.Now they asked me to pay more $400 to repair, I refused and they have responsibility to fix it! and i will complain anywhere until they take a responsibility!

As an elderly gentleman I have never had occasion to post an opinion,(good or bad) about any service or product that i have received.That was until I had extensive repair work done by V and S autobody.The work done,the price,and the exemplary attitude in going the extra 9 yards was the best I have encountered.Damon and his crew have it going on.

Damon and his crew did an amazing job on my car! I had a fender bender, and had a couple custom parts (wrapped grille, etc.) on my car that Damon and his crew helped switch over during the fix, which helped me from having to get it redone. When all the repairs were done, I came back to my car detailed on both the interior and exterior! That is going above and beyond and I cant thank the crew over at V&S enough for their amazing work, and would not hesitate to recommend them!

Damon and his team was quite responsive when I called for an unexpected issue for not being able to start the car, and then arranged to solve the problem on site swiftly with a quite reasonable charge. I was able to drive to the appointment in time because of their timely help, and I really appreciate it.

I was so impressed by the repair! I book my car to other car shop and was quoted for over $2k...I decided to give this place a try, and they quoted me less than $1k to get everything done. I gave it a try, and they took 4 days. When I got the car back, it looks fantastic! They even did an interior detailing. The car looks very clean and like new now. Seeing it doesn’t get 5-star on google I guess I should share my experience here. Highly recommended

I rated 5 stars largely because of the owner, Damon. His customer service is excellent! I have never needed work done here, but I picked up a car for a family member, and aside from the great quality of work, you can tell Damon works very hard and is often accessible to his customers. My family member trusts this place for any body work.

Very professional and friendly staff. They did great work on my Ford Fusion. I had previously used another auto body repair shops with mixed results. These guys charge a fair price and know what they are doing. Highly recommend.

Nightmare of an experience. My mother took my vehicle to repair the front right bumper, fender and sideskirt through insurance since she trusted this repair facility. When driving the vehicle she had issues braking, and I told her it was probably the front brakes. So she decides to have them do it while it’s there (what are mothers good for) and surprise me when I get the vehicle back. Unfortunately, that never happened, instead they advised her to replace the rear brakes, pads and rotors. Here’s where the problem starts, I had the rear pads and rotors replaced at the dealership less than two months ago and driven only 1,300 miles. Questioning the owner and the decision from the gentleman that told her it was the rear brakes was like talking to a wall, non existent. More hostile than anything else.On to the actual body repairs.Repairs itself took close to three weeks for a minor fix. When receiving the vehicle back noticed multiple stained areas from the same side door and hood. They agreed to clean and buff the mess off, but blamed it on tree sap instead of taking blame on them self.All in all, worst experience ever, will not return.

Terrible.

9 days to do one thing. Then tried to tell me my brakes were extremely rusty when I got all the brake lines and pads replaced this year. Kinda shady. Just another place trying to get one over on their customers.
