Excellent honest repair shop.I had them peek at my car AC unit and they told me that they dont service them and pointed me in the right direction. However they were still willing to listen and give me a pointer on whether there was actually anything wrong and they told me it sounds fine although it was odd. Suggested I change the belt and I did. The odd noise is still there it may be a characteristic of this car but the other part of the noise was resolved by the belt change.Good mechanic ears!Id definitely come back for other work they would perform as needed.

On the recommendation of a co-worker, I took my Kia in for a brake job. Later Dino called and asked if I could come in so he could show me what needed to be done (I work close by). He and his service guy showed me what he was going to do, he gave a great price and a few hours later, I was safely on the road. Dino is a great guy, very honest and upfront with you. I highly recommend Japanese Motors. He doesnt take credit cards-cash or check, which was no problem.

We all have to agree that finding an honest and knowledgeable mechanic is rare nowadays. Dino takes good care of customers cars. I took my 1989 Mercedes benz 190e to replace my front and rear coils springs and Im glad I brought my car to him because Im %100 sure that no one would do the work the way he did it. My wife Judy and I have been customers of Japanese Motors for 25 years. We have had 5 cars serviced in this time. Judy had a Toyota Tercel. She got 225,000 miles and Dino bought it from her. A week later it died completely. She replaced it with a Honda Odyssey. She got 150,000 miles from that car and replaced it with a Honda Accord. My vehicles to date have been a Mazda Protege. I got 125,000 out of that one. I replaced it with a Toyota Highlander. Today Judy and I are celebrating 200,000 miles on our cars. I am sure that Japanese Motors is the reason why.

I have been going to Dino for 20 years. He is an amazing mechanic, extremely honest and very reasonable in his fees. I do not want to go anywhere else, so I will continue to purchase Japanese cars as that is what he prefers to work on. Love this shop and all my kids go to him now.

At Japanese Motors, you will get the best car service around. Dino and Brian are both honest and excellent mechanics and they take pride in their work. What I find most compelling is they never do work you dont need and they are very straightforward about the repairs they are doing. They will go out of their way to consider your financial needs and they believe (like I wish other mechanics would) that if they treat you right, you will come back again. I drive from the northshore for their service and I highly recommend their shop.

Hi, im Smacks and from the very first time i went to Dino, I was treated like Family and my car that was falling apart was restored like it was brand new after The guys at Japanese Motors got their greesy little fingers on it. Its been 12 years string and I wouldnt dare go to another repair shop!!!!!!! Every time i get ready to get rid of my car for a new one, Dino brings my car back to life. Hes The Doctor of foreign cars! !!!!!!!!!

I do not trust anyone, no other mechanic, car sales man, or dealer unless my mechanic here sends me there. He is my first mechanic and a blessing to boot! I will have to take the MBTA sadly the day this man no longer fixes cars, believe and trust me, I dont trust anyone else with my car!! If he worked on fixing trains the MBTA would be the best railway system in USA!! I mean that in a humble way, not exaggeratingly, but it is what it is.
