I went there for a oil change a d a bulb replace and was told that I have 2 nails in my two passenger side tires and cant be plugged but need to be replaced. they tried to talk me into getting 2 new tires with alignment for a total of over 900 dollars. Why do dealership service do this. Is it because Im a female. We do know what we need when we take our car to be serviced!

After Leasing two vehicles from there my current lease expired I called to buy it out right from the original contract as listed my buyout price as any normal lease contract states your purchase price they tried to add a 399 dock fee and another thousand dollar premium truck buyout fee due to a shortage of vehicles which is not stated in my contract anywhere the worst part is I went to a local Ford dealer and ask how I could buy my truck outright and they only charge me $27 which is normal for a title fee to purchase my vehicle that’s it!! be careful on their hidden fees it’s just not right especially after purchasing two vehicles from this location.

Tusani and all the Quirk Ford Team, were outstanding. First impression: we went to check a truck in a rainy day, They pulled the truck to a covered area and left alone, (as we preferred), and then Tusani came to answer any question we may had. Second impression: even thoug market is really hard right now, they are not increasing sticker price as in other dealers we visited. All transaction was easy and we left with all papers needed to get the truck registered at DMV. After registering, I emailed back paperwork an upon confirming everything was in order we were ready to pickup the truck. All in all I would recommend the dealer to my friends and family. Very happy.

Quirk has been my all-time best buying (or leasing in this case) experience in 20+ years. I think youll find the same if you know what you want, have done your research and are there to make a deal today.High volume = great pricing and on my last car I had a 4:00 appointment with no prior communication and drove away in my new lease with plenty of time to spare before they closed at 6:00.My advice is to shop a few other places first and make Quirk your last stop once you are sure what you want, have a good idea of the market and are ready to sign. Nobody else South of Boston can beat their prices, guaranteed, but you still need to do the work so you can make a well informed first offer.

What a pathetic customer service, I had taken my whole family (w/ young kids) during the pandemic to look for a truck. One person was kind enough to greet us and said to take a seat and mentioned someone will attend to us. And no one showed up after 30mins. We saw a bunch of sales personnel walk by, but no one cared to check in. We just left the place. If you don’t care for checking in on your customers you do not deserve my business. Lost a potential buyer! Never had an experience like this in other dealerships, where salesmen cared to at least check in .

I’ve been trying to get payment/term options for 12 days, for a truck they have in their inventory. I’ve dealt with five people and can’t seem to get a return phone call. My credit isn’t an issue. I have a good down payment. I don’t know what the issue is. I give up. It should not be this hard to give somebody money.

Dont take your car here for service. If it is a performance vehicle they will joyride your car. I caught this as I waited for my car and because I surprised the person it was left in sports mode as I watched him fly down the back area. Management was advised twice and no response. Stay away unless you want your car to be a joyride for their staff.In reply to your response, I suggest you check the cameras. If you do not see anything please let me know and Im happy to change my review.

To late to to take advantage of Ford incentives . Dealership is very nice and people are friendly but they cant sell what they dont have and should not advertise what they dont have.!!!

After browsing a couple Ford Dealers near my Residence area to replace and renew my old lease .I came across some good deals But nothing compared to what Quirk Ford had to offer . Jay came through with a search for everything I wanted in my new car and had a couple options sitting Next to each other for me to look at when I arrived to test drive it . Jay, Thomas and Anton was very professional and quick with all my requests, they dealt all the paper work and saved me some money on my old lease return. I will never use this company again for car repairs the the service department supervisor for car repair stated that they only use their warranties and that I could not use my own which is a good warranty for my Bank route 66 however I used it at Herb Chambers Ford and had no problem. This is a very ignorant way to do business with customers.

This is my 3rd truck Ive purchased from Quirk, my father has also purchased several as well, always excellent service and I am always able to get a deal done at the price I want to be at. This last purchase was the easiest one I made, I typically deal with the same people when I go in (mostly Tusani) and they remember me and know exzactly what I am looking for everytime. I drive almost an hour to get to the dealership and there are about 10-15 dealerships within 20 minutes from me and I have shopped around those places in the past and everytime I always end up driving to quincy because of the way I get treated and its an extremly noticeable diffrence.

When I arrived for my appointment at 10:15, I had to wait about 15 minutes for the sales person. After seeing the car I wanted, she said she had to attend to something and left for another 15 minutes or so. Oh wait, this is not Quirk, this is a competitor of theirs that I did not buy a car from. I left after the second wait.Our sales person Bobby met us promptly at the door and could not have been more helpful. The truck I was interested in was ready to drive, it was perfect as advertised, and the entire process was quick and easy. No pressure, nice helpful people, and an overall first class dealership. They were fair with my trade-in, and to be honest, the experience was more like going to buy a car from a trusted referral than a high volume place. They are respectful of your time and listen to your needs. Buying a car should always be like this.I highly recommend going to Quirk and specifically, Bobby Kulch. He knows his products inside and out and spends more time listening than talking.

I understand with this virus, that appointments are required to look at, test drive and possibly purchase. So when we drive 45 minutes to do this at our scheduled appointment time to only find out that the vehicle IS NOT THERE out having repairs since Friday 7/17our appointment was made yesterday 7/18 for today 7/19 at 10:15 am. Absolutely very poor communication between employees at Quirk Ford. Very disappointed! We will not be returning.In response to your response, why wasn’t the gentleman Steve aware on 7/18 that the vehicle wasn’t there? My appointment never should have been made. The sales manager is incredibly sexist and condescending to women. Their sales department also quotes different numbers to hook you and switches them when you try to move further on buying, and their sales manager was condescending and aggressive about the numbers I politely told him I got from his own sales department. If you’re female or non-binary, avoid this place like the plague.

Have previously had good interactions with the dealership however during my 25k maintenance appointment I was quoted for services such as transmission fluid and brake fluid changes that are completely inconsistent with the Ford maintenance schedule. When confronting them regarding this they did not have a specific reason for their recommendations other than it may be different in New England. Clearly a money maker for the dealership.

I brought my car to the Quincy Quirk Service center in hopes that they would be able to fix a problem with my brakes where I felt it was taking a lot of pressure on the pedal to take it to a complete stop. Not only did they hand me my car back with my brakes WORSE than when I brought my car there, they also charged me $600. They said the next thing they could try would cost $1,300 on top of that; I had to laugh in this kid Kyles face. The audacity, to think after $600 made my brakes worse I would trust the mechanic with another $1,300.. LOL. Absolutely don’t recommend taking your car to be serviced here even for windshield fluid. Scam Artists.

I like Quirk and drive from Randolph to Quincy to go here. Like the two spacious waiting area options, multiple t.v.s. Staff for the most part have been courteous and accommodating. Also, a guide man sit in passenger seat during the test drive, made us feel like road test. No happy.As they applied below, Quirk Ford cares about our safety while other dealers not because other dealer just let us free to drive alone. Dont pick any dealer doesnt provide you a caddy in the future.Due to the COVID-19, other dealers dont care their consumers healthy because they welcomed people to sit inside with coffee and water. Therefore dont pick any dealer keep you inside in the future.Quirk Ford provide a safety guard inside the car without COVID-19 concern, but keep you out of their service due to COVID-19. The only purpose of this post is to save someone else the time and frustration I have endured because of this place. I like the people here but I dont think Quirk Ford has the ability to do the right thing. Every exchange I leave feeling like I was worked over and that my time was wasted.Sales - Sold me a vehicle that had problems they were aware of. Well, you bought the truck already. This is from someone I respect.Service - They cant seem to get things fixed properly and it usually takes multiple visits for the same issue. Go get an oil change and the drain plug leaks. Go in for a check engine light and its on again the next day. Go in for exhaust fluid service and Im told by the assistant service manager that they need to keep it over night to cool down. The tech working on it told me I could drive it home and it should Regen properly in the morning. Conflicting information.Body - I had my truck repaired three separate times here and every single time there is a mistake. Doors not installed properly, hood installed crooked, remote start only works part of the time because of the poorly installed doors. I had a tree fall on my truck and they just forgot to replace the dash. At least the newer manager was willing to work with me.Steer clear of this place unless you have time to waste. They wont get it right the first time but eventually they will figure it out. Im just not interested in that type of service.

Bought a vehicle remotely and it was just a comedy of errors. Their system for paperwork went down for several days right after they sent me paperwork that had a service plan on it that I had already said I didnt want. Not sure if they were expecting me to give in and just pay the extra? A total PITA that took WEEKS to resolve and no one at the dealership seemed to particularly care or be motivated to do anything about it. Until I told them I was going to buy the vehicle somewhere else, that is.

I never write reviews, but I felt this was necessary. I brought my Fusion (and our Escape) to Herb Chambers and Baystate prior to Quirk. Both dealers said that my transmission was operating within parameters when I brought up a concern about harsh shifting, aggressive downshifting, and overall weird behaviors. I brought it to Quirk for a check engine light, and they checked the trans for me too. Turns out, every single internal component of the transmission had damage. They rebuilt the trans and fixed the CEL, and incredibly quickly I should add. Ill be bringing both my cars back to Quirk for the remainder of their lives. Thanks to Matt the advisor and Matt the manager for making it such a great experience.

Entire team, from John through to Mike were helpful. They found a vehicle with what we asked for, and did not try to top load it with options we would not use. They found discount programs we were eligible for but did not know about. All in all a pleasant experience, and I have rarely felt like that when purchasing a vehicle! Upon taking the car, Colm (?) was very helpful in setting up the electronics and media, and explaining it.

A few weeks ago I took my mother’s 2012 Focus into Quirk Service on the Southern Artery to diagnose an airbag warning light and repair if needed. It lead to a red rejection inspection sticker. My parents also lived with a sluggish and bucking transmission for some time. I noticed it immediately and mentioned it to the service rep, Donal. Donal checked and informed me that they would diagnose the airbag issue and told me that there was a recall on the transmission problem. If I needed one, they would provide a car while mine was worked on (recall). Donal is a polite, friendly, well-paced straight shooter who can explain things in a language that I could comprehend. Thorough without killing me with stuff I really don’t need to know. 24 hours later I had a car that could get a sticker and which drove beautifully. Donal Suggested I take it back to the original inspection garage because there would be no charge for another inspection and sticker - I didn’t know that. Great service. The garage is a clean as an operating room. I will be bringing all future work on the car to Quirk and my mother’s next car in a year or two will definitely be bought at the dealership. I rarely write a review for anything or anyone but this service was exceptional. I had a rather bad experience with another dealer with another car that was a text book example of how not to treat a repeat customer so this experience was a real pleasure. Highly recommend.

My experience with the sales team and finance manager was so great, they get 5 stars. The service department on the other hand to be respectful of your website, they are below one star. They dont know what products are available, they cant help the consumer pick the right products for their vehicle. When something doesnt look right they force the product to make it work. I am all about service. I am a police officer, my product is the people, families and the city I serve. If I dont know how to make them safe, secure and respond in the appropriate manner, they file a complaint, The department then handles it and I have to have a good reason for the service I provided. I am truly planning to go to another Ford Dealership for the servicing of my truck. I will also tell my family, friends and colleagues consider going somewhere else for service on their vehicle. That being said I give my overall experience with Quirk Ford One Star.

Had my first visit with Quirk Ford service today. I had extra time today for my first maintenance and drove in without an appointment. I was greeted promptly by a young man, Cory, who was a true professional. He appeared to be in his early 20’s, but from his professionalism and knowledge he made you comfortable and was confident with all the information he provided me regarding my vehicle. We were in the market to get a new lease for a SUV. We were visiting a lot of dealerships to check prices, conditions and special offers.None of the places we visited impressed us much.Then we came to Quirk Ford in Quincy. As soon as I went in, Steve was there to greet me, and he did his best to give us the best offer. Not only did he match other lower offers, he gave us a better one on a better car. We ended up getting a Ford Explorer at the end of the day. I knew that finding a better deal would be hard since the deal we got was amazing.I would totally recommend this dealership, and Steve Taylor in particular. He didnt rest till we were completely satisfied.
