It did take entirely way too long and at some point I believe the person helping me did indeed forget I was still sitting there after he told me he would help me get set up so I can leave and that he would return in 2 minutes it turned into 45 minutes. Also I made an appointment for only an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up paying more than I intended to. For future reference you should ask the customer if they would like a full check up and not go ahead and do it without the consent of the customer. I was not ready or prepared to pay almost $400 that day.
Yaw A. was excellent to work with. He was professional, straight forward, and efficient in helping me lease my new Nissan. I spent less than an hour and a half looking at cars, test driving, and making my decision, and then Yaw ran paperwork and got me driving my new Murano right off the lot the same afternoon. As a plus, this dealership was huge and had just about everything I wanted to look at in their inventory, which is something I had trouble with at other places. 10/10 would recommend Quirk Nissan & ask for Yaw.

Go to Coastal - Quirk Service department is terrible. Craig at the service department told me Nissan does not do loaner cars - called Dave at Coastal Nissan Service department, he is working with me to get a loaner car. Brand new lease less than year old with clear defects that I leased from Quirk - 2nd time bringing it back for something other than a routine oil change. Quirk wants to charge me $100 a day for rental. Common sense customer service would have waived the rental fee since they told me that I could not wait for the repair and I explained I work Monday thru Saturday and need a vehicle.
I had to get my Mom to her second vaccine appointment and Paul was kind enough to fit me in at an earlier time than my regular appointment. He reviewed all the service details and had a great customer service attitude. Great experience!
I came for an oil change and was advised that I needed an alignment. They did everything in that 1 visit. They also did my inspection sticker while I was there which was a plus since that meant that i didnt have to make an additional stop somewhere else just for a sticker. Thank you Quirk,. Dont buy from these crooks!My wife and I discussed leasing a new car that is in the showroom with Hany, who claimed to be the manager, based on a national Nissan offer. Hany while pretending to honor the national offer, claimed he can charge any amount of dealer fees that he can. Next, he said that his dealer fees for the national offer would be $4100. Obviously, he was not giving us the national offer. I acknowledged that, and he was very, very rude. Naturally, my response was that Ill be authoring a review online. Accordingly, here is our precautionary tale to stay away from these crooks!Further, I alerted Nissan USA to this fraud being committed by one of their authorized dealerships, and specifically by Hany.

Never see those happen, I was asking their prices for two different dealers, but prices are very different first one day are very friendly, and we are talking about price are great and after an hour come back there is a manager? We just want to speak with my dealer, he just always says he is manager never find my dealer for me He is very rude and sounds poor? I’m not sure I’m Asian, or I’m a student who looks poor? Never come back again will go to another Nissan store

As with buying any car, do your homework first. Quirk website claims MSRP is $10k above actual MSRP (fraudulent). Getting a quote from them they are trying to get $10k over MSRP even though most other dealers are charging at MSRP.

This is for Quirk Nissan, where we bought the car. The main issues were that the various people involved in the sale didnt follow through on what they said they would do, and not enough information was given to understand what we needed to activate a charge at a station. The tires were also over inflated and the tech said hed lower them when we picked up the car, but they werent. The process of getting the plates took longer than necessary, with no acknowledgement from the sales person as to when it would be done. We had to go there to find out for ourselves and got it done that day. Friendly people but did poorly on following through on necessary actions and information. When the salesman working on the plates doesnt tell me Thursday that he wont be in Friday to finish up the inspection and plates, thats just irresponsible. I guess I ran into a bad week there.

I came to the office to get my ABS system fixed on my 07 Murano SL . Paul i beleive the service reps name explained that the work needed to be completed on my car was more than what my car is worth. He referred me to the next available sales person who happened to be Rotimi Abu. He was friendly and appeared to be attentive to my needs however without pulling my credit he told the runner Angel to show me the latest Murano and any other vehicle. As we walked Angel was steering me to the basic models in which i didn’t want to see. I began telling him what i liked and he showed me the 2021 SL. I instantly fell in love and called her Black Beauty. I took her for a spin and we parked her in the front for purchase. Rotimi calculates some numbers which where to high for the finance office so he sent Angel and I back out to look at a used Rogue and used Pathfinder. Upon return the numbers were again calculated however they were not to far off from the 2021 leasing number I was offered. I agreed to purchase the 2021 lease Murano SL to my knowledge. Unfortunately I had to leave and was due to return before 6:30. When I was returning I received a call stating that the insurance didnot complete their part. I contacted my insurance agency who asked how did the dealer send the information. I called the dealer on the three way and a gentleman answered saying they did receive it and I was all set however I can not come in until tomorrow because it’s 6:15 and they are closed.Long story short I come in the next day to find out the car i actually leased was the basic model and not the 2021 SL Murano.This infuriated me because i never even test drove or saw the basic model but since he put the basic model Vin # which how would I know that was different from what I pulled up to the front different from what I was describing to him. The general manager Jerry appeased me by taking 30 off my monthly payment. I appreciate that however the car isn’t what I wanted at all but because i don’t want another hard inquiry on my credit report and it’s a better safer car than what i had i was left with no other choice. It appears that Rotimi didn’t hear my needs of what i wanted in a car he just gave me what he thought i should have had. Angel heard me who is the runner and he also thought I was getting the SL model because he was listening to the things I wanted in a car so i don’t know where the miscommunication lied at but i left not a happy consumer because what Rotimi wrote down on the paper trumped any conversation that I had or car i test drove.
Dave G was great from the service department. He kept me abreast of the repair throughout the whole process and when I had a question he always responded quickly. The text feature is very convenient, loved communicating in that way so I don’t have to stop and answer the phone if I’m at work.
Had a great experience at Quirk Nissan in Quincy. Stopped in on Saturday and wasnt 100% sure about a new car just yet, I was assisted by a great sales guy Deivisson Dos Santos and their sales manager Sean Buckley test drove the Rogue Sport, Sean and Deivission sat with me for a bit to but together the best possible deal, lease, purchase. I wasnt ready yet and they said to think on it, if the car you want sells, well make you another deal on another model. I came back yesterday, unfortunately Deivission wasnt there, But Sean was who linked me with Marquis Wilson walked me through and he got me into a newer model year with more options at a very fair price and I received a generous offer for my trade. These guys really tried their best to take care of me and make sure that I felt like I got a good deal. All in all I had a very good experience at Quirk Nissan in Quincy and would probably recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan.

Walked in to the dealership knowing what vehicle I wanted and knowing what Price I wanted to pay. I was introduced to Dung and he explained the financing and gave me a fair trade-in price. Once we negotiated the cost of the vehicle the financing was done quickly and efficiently. Mike introduced me to the car and went thru the details of the operating features of the car. I’m amazed I was even sent this survey. My experience here was terrible and very unprofessional. I brought my vehicle in to get the transmission looked at. I am covered under warranty up to 60k miles. I’ve gotten 3 opinions now and was told by two separate mechanic shops that my transmission is covered. Conveniently, I was told by a service member that “they didn’t notice anything off” and that I was “still covered for another 5k and to come back if it keeps happening” aka, ride out that 5k miles until I have to pay for it myself. This isn’t even the half of it. I brought my car in at 7am, didn’t hear anything until 1130am, and was told the computer didn’t read anything off, so they updated my computer system in the car to get a better reading (fine) and that they were going to test drive it. I asked if they could take it on the highway because that’s where it happens most. I told them I would be there at 5pm to pick the car up if they weren’t doing repairs and they told me that was fine. From 11:30am I was never contacted again. I called at 4:30 and was told that they left for the day at 3pm. I had to call out of work the next day because I had no car. The next day I called at 7am and was told my car was never taken for a test drive and that they would do it in the next couple of hours. I didn’t hear back until 2:30pm that “nothing was wrong”. I went to pick up my car again, no one was there. I went to the sales desk and had 3 people rummaging through the service people’s desks to find my information, no one knew where my car was. I told the person I was speaking to that they left my keys in the car, and that I just didn’t know where my car was. It took 25 minutes for my car to be found and when it was, the salesman that was helping out snapped at me and said “why couldn’t you tell me that at the beginning” when I told him my keys were in the visor. My response was “I told the salesman that I spoke to in the beginning, it is not my fault he did not relay that message to you.”Horrible experience.

I went in with an error code from my diagnostic system. I have an aftermarket warranty which meant I needed an evaluation of my car to get it fixed. Long story short, they said I needed a new transmission after looking at my car for 20 minutes and suggesting paying over $4000 for a replacement. When the warranty company sent a mechanic and technician out for a second opinion, they found no failure in my transmission at all. Plus Nissan totally neglected to fix the code that was originally coming up in my car. After taking a car to another mechanic, they found no issues with in my transmission and only the error code that was there to begin with. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me because they saw I had a warranty. I was out the money for the rental and the charge for the diagnostic testing. Had they fixed the original error code, I wouldnt have had to pay a dime. Never will I go back there. Biggest mistake ever. However, Rambo was AMAZING! He was kind and communicated with me throughout the whole ordeal. He is their saving grace.
They took a walk in ahead of me when I had an appointment and a very busy day of other appointments scheduled. I think they did it because it was a cute little blonde girl probably named Ashlee. Its not her fault, but I arrived before her and she should have waited her turn. I had to reschedule my appointments and my only day off was therefore spent sitting in your crowded waiting room which is the last thing anyone wants to do.
My advisor, Paul, at the Quirk Nissan Dealership, kept me informed as to what was happening throughout the process. I was thrilled to get a complimentary multi-point inspection along with my new tire and oil change. Paul reviewed the inspection results with me in a way that was easy for me to understand. The technician, Jeffrey did an excellent job servicing my car. It ran like a dream as I left the dealership.
