Very pleased with this Agency. Any time I have a question, Im always able to speak with someone. All the agents are incredibly helpful! I recently purchased a tow behind camper and when I called to ask a couple questions about the RMV form, the agent just asked a couple questions and took care of filling put the form for me. They did ask if I was interested in purchasing any supplemental insurance for the camper and I declined and that was it, they never pressured me or tried to scare me into buying the coverage, they simply said if I was interested in the future it would be something theyd be happy to help me out with and that was the end of it, no high pressure sales pitches or scare tactics and thats ALWAYS appreciated!! I recommend Allstate and the Hanley agency to my friends when they ask about my insurance when they are considering switching theirs.
My rep Erik Blondell is just a super nice, down to earth guy. Jillian also seems quite nice and they got me a great deal on renters and auto insurance. Wasnt expecting such human treatment from an insurance company.
I’ve called multiple times and have requested call backs and all I continue to get it email communications in return. I know we are living in a time where most people are working from home but it does not mean provide poor customer service. From the moment I’ve joined Allstate the communication is poor and no one seems to like what they do as they never have answers or can help. Also, my Milewise is counting down and I’m not even driving my car. Allstate and this agent provide extremely poor service!
TOM GUIDO! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! TOM GUIDO! Not a good experience. No calls back ever. Been waiting on a large refund. TOM GUIDO is the rep. I spoke with. Does nothing but tell you what you want to hear. I have been waiting for this refund for a month. Received a check after being told it was going back to direct deposit full amount. No, its dribs and drabs through checks. Shady group of people. I Originally called for a quote and once i was set up i get a call back saying we cant insure you sir. I said ok. Now my problem starts here where they have been auto withdrawing my acct. For 15 months. I dont even have this insurance company as a provider! Giving me the run around on my refund. Been way to long and unprofessional. TOM GUIDO feeds you garbage so you are quiet for a week until you have to constantly call back. He does not return calls. On top of all this they thought they had my address and it was totally wrong so my refund was sent to the wrong address. They dont seem to care if they have correct contact information to return a call or send a refund. This is a horrible experience and its still on going. I have filed with the state. This insurance company sucks!!! TOM GUIDO has horrible customer service. Overall experience is less than 1 star. Everyone is clueless and just keeps trying to pass you off to the next eat that will listen. TOM GUIDO has some learning to do.

I tried to switch to another Allstate agent and I cant even seem to do that without over 2 hours of phone calls. The only reason I am writing this review is because Jillian Hanley Insurance sent me an email asking me to write a google review. (?) Apparently they are not even aware of all the time I have spent emailing and calling because of their extreme lack of follow up with keeping my insurance current.
I have not had any problems when submitted any claims they are on point responding to any issues.
The Hanley Agency has always been helpful with any insurance needs I have had. All of the agents have been friendly and knowledgeable.
This Agency is always there to help me and answer my questions. VERY easy to deal with!
All requests are responded to in a quick and professional manner.

Initially, the owner and agency in general, were very helpful and pleasant. Until it came time for me to cancel due to moving out of state and finding a less expensive carrier. First, I was given the run around about required documents from my new agency. Then after multiple calls, emails, etc. I was told my policy had been canceled and quoted a refund amount to expect. Two weeks later i learn my policy had not been cancelled and that i owed 2 months worth for my old policy. When I followed up, i was met with no real explanation but was told it would be corrected. I must say, Stephanie and Garrett were pleasant and understanding of what i was going through. However, Jalisa and Rob were horribly unprofessional and rude. I experienced being overtalked, falsely accused, ignored, my requests refused, etc. I requested a call back from the owner 2 days ago-- I both left a voicemail and was told by the team they would reach out to make her aware of my request. I have now sent a follow-up email to Jillian. I tried to avoid leaving a public review, but at this point i feel this is the only way my message/experience may be heard.
