When adding another vehicle to my policy, Miles was amazing! He had my account pulled up before I even told him who I was, thanks to caller ID. Buying a car is difficult when you work a traditional 9-5 and you have to make so many calls in your short break. I was on the phone with him for about 5 minutes to add a new vehicle to my policy. He was polity, fast and knowledgeable. When I told him what bank I was going to for financing he was quick to know the email to send my info to and made it one less things for me to have to worry about. Derek and his entire crew is amazing and they are always there for everything I need! I would not trust my insurance needs to anyone else!

We just got our first home and auto policy thru State Farm. I had started our quote online and got a call from someone LOCAL first thing the next day. I called back with a bunch of questions and my rep wasnt available. But the agent that answered still took the time to field my pretty lengthy call. I feel that is unusual for a commission based industry and is probably a testament to this locations dedication to customer service. Also, our new auto plan is SO much cheaper than our previous plan, I was super skeptical and had to ask are you SURE?? about 43 times. And they assured me 43 times that they were sure. 🤣

We switched to statefarm auto insurance ( agent Daniel ) from progressive when we bought new house on sep 2019 to save some money from their bundle insurance package ( homeowner + auto )....worst decision ever. They forgot to send out my wife ‘s SR-22 to State of Illinois (after being reminded by us so many times) causing her driver license to be suspended on Sept 2019 and we knew nothing about it til Statefarm called us on March 2020 they couldn’t renew my policy and suggested us to switch to different carrier because of my wife’s suspended driver license (caused by them). I can’t even imagine how big of the deal this might lead if she got into car accident ....or got pulled over by the cops without knowing her driver license was already suspended because of their lack of resposibility. We pay our insurance bill on time every month but got a big gaps on our insurance now ( that leads our auto insurance go up so much) because of their fault and they refused to take any responsibility for it. Worst lesson ever. Lucky for them the mess they created did not cause us too much of damage, other wise next thing they get from us is the letter from my lawyer.Update on 6/29/2020: Sorry for the late update just saw your response today. My wife told him 3 times about the sr-22 he said he would do it. I even remind him myself twice when i went there and signed paperwork about my wife SR-22. All the insurance phone call was recorded, Check the recorder of your phone call you would find out the one who lied is your guy. Daniel even mentioned Statefarm do SR-22 also. The only letter we got from Jesse White is when Progressive canceled my wife sr-22 < because we switched to Staetfarm>, That guy Daniel knew he messed up and tried to fix it with underwriting but it was too late then he tried to blame everything on us so he could get out of clean hands? This is bogus. Check your phone recorder before coming up here with all excuses.
