Was fine until i wanted to cancel my insurance. I called to cancel in December. I find out 4 months later they are still withdrawing from my bank account for my insurance. I call to get it cleared. They would tell me they would take care of it, but only sent me a check for $8.00. Every time i call to talk to them they are out of the office or busy. Terrible place. *Update* After seeing this review Melissa personally reached out to me and has been working with me to get this issue solved. She was very understanding of the entire situation and has been great to work with.
